"Pho Nom Nom is a tried and true Rockville establishment that is a go-to spot for pho! I actually haven't had it in a while but I was very happy to be back. The broth has a very strong beef flavor and is pretty rich. I do wish that the meat quality was a bit better and that the eye round steak came more raw. The shining star on the menu for me though is their limeade. It has just the right amount of sweetness and acidity to cut through the heaviness of the pho. Not to mention, all the staff here are very friendly and helpful. Highly recommend!"
"The mayo. And the price, size, and satisfaction of the perfectly harmonized flavors = perfection."

"This sandwich is EVERYTHING!... Lemongrass Tofu Banh Mi with crispy eggplant. Please follow the rules. You must order your food online... and yes they are located in a basement. But seriously, the sandwich is amazing"
"Best viet food I've had in DC and one of the best priced meals I've ever had in the city (DC is so expensive ). The pork vermicelli was great, authentic fresh flavors and super chewy noodles. The pork was also well seasoned and added great umami to the plate. Also got the try the Thai tea and Vietnamese coffee which were both bangers. If you need a little pick me up both are a super tasty treat depending on how tired you are!"
"I am giving this place 5 stars just because of the vermicelli. But if you want pho, don't go here. Go to Pho 75 instead. So far, I tried the following:- Bun Thịt Nuong (Vermicelli with Grilled Pork) - AMAZING!! Everything was so tasty and refreshing. The grilled pork meat was incredibly juicy and flavorful - a perfect grilling job!- Pho Tai (Rice Noodle Soup with Beef) - kinda plain... The broth was decent, but the noodles and beef were subpar. Go to Pho 75 for much better pho. - Goi Cuon Shrimp (Fresh Garden Rolls with Shrimp) - nice crunchiness and portions, but the sauce was different from what we expected. It traditionally comes with peanut sauce, but this sauce was a dark brown sweet sauce (my girlfriend also thought it tasted slightly spicy, but it didn't taste spicy to me). Not bad though."
"Yum!! Stopped by when visiting Virginia with my friends today! I normally struggle at pho restaurants since I don't eat red meat, and was a little worried coming in only seeing one chicken option on the menu. I ordered the chicken pho with a vietnamese coffee with condensed milk. Both were delicious! The broth had a rich flavor with a distinct spiced, almost cinnamon-y aroma. There were also plenty of green onions throughout the broth, adding to the depth of flavor. A lot of times with chicken phos at restaurants I find that the chicken gets tough in the broth, but here the chicken was sliced thin and stayed deliciously tender. I doctored mine up with the hoisin and sriracha provided at the table, and the sliced jalapeños and limes that came with the pho. Delicious! And extremely affordable, the small was only a little over $10--although I did come in pretty hungry and probably could've had a large instead. The vietnamese coffee was sweet and strong too, and complemented the pho.The environment is cozy and welcoming, with more of a crowd coming in as we were leaving. It does seem like it can get pretty busy inside! One thing to note is that they are cash-only, but there are ATMs in store to use if needed. The service was super quick, no complaints from me--we were seated immediately, our orders were taken quickly, and the food also came out fast. This is definitely the best pho I've had on the east coast, and I would love to come back!"
"A really good viet place with quality ingredients and a great price too! I got the Combo Rice noodle bowl and a fried Egg roll. It came with some sauce on the side (sweet/salty/umami). They chop up the egg roll which is nice. And you get a very nice portion of food for the price! It comes with the rice noodles combo meat (chicken, beef and shrimp I think) some other veggies , fried onion , and bean sprouts.Everything tasted great! The noodles were pretty plain and I wished I had ordered some soup too but the bowl was overall super good!"
"Pho was decent! If you're lookin( for an affordable, quick meal this is your spot. It doesn't compare to spots on the West coast or a home-cooked pho though if that's what you're looking for. But it gets the job done on a cold day! Cash only so don't forget to bring cash!Parking can be chaos no matter what time of day because of all the restaurants in this tiny plaza. We went over to the Giant and parked over there. Saw a few other ppl did the same."
"I actually love the chaos of Thanh Son Tofu - it's my favorite place in Eden Center LOL. On a weekday or on a weekend afternoon, the line is reasonable and not out the door. It was fun to go my first time and given pointers to a friend so I'll try to distill it here. So, you wait in line. If some old Vietnamese grandpas or grandmas cut you - you are faced with the choice of letting it go or not. I choose the former because I won't let it affect my peace. Alright, so you get to the front of the line and someone will make eye contact with you. Remember this person. This person will help you get whatever food or drink item you want, you just have to keep looking for them and making eye contact. Sometimes I try things without really knowing exactly what it is. I really love their baos and I love their lemongrass and mushroom tofus. Their Vietnamese coffee boba is also strong and delish. Other than that, I usually leave it up to the law of surprise. Again, after every order, make eye contact with your person until you're done and then they will flash you with a number placard. Memorize this number. You're free to mill around until the cash register person calls your number. You get a free soymilk (regular or pandan) for every $30 you spend. Sometimes they prompt you for this and sometimes they won't so just remember to ask :) Embrace the experience. I love it here. The food is delicious and well-priced. It's a go-to and we will be back often!"
"FINALLY... I went here! Le Bledo has been recommended by so many people but I never really go to Springfield to even be able to try this place out. This place is super roomy, essentially being a restaurant that has a lot of grab and go offerings too.Since they're known for their banh mi, my friend and I stopped by to order some. While a little bit on the pricier side of most banh mi shops, I definitely prefer their banh mi over other spots, as the baguette itself isn't super hard on the outside to the point where it might cut the roof of your mouth lolI really enjoyed that they have a lot of options here! My friend and I just wanted to grab the banh mi, but when we walked in I saw that they had banh bot chien and some other items, so I ordered that too. The staff were super friendly and helpful, and I honestly just love the decor here!I want to head back here to try some of the other items, so when I'm back in the area, I'll definitely stop by!"
"Great place for a quick bite. I've been here a couple times and the food is always good. My server could have been a little more attentive, but overall I was pleased with food and experience."
"This is my go to Vietnamese restaurant. I'm honestly not the biggest fan of rice noodles so I get the broken rice and I've tried the clay pot as well which I enjoyed a lot. The Bun Bo hue is also very flavorful if you like BBH. I sometimes get the egg noodles with the stew which is really good."

Good, quick service. The super large (SL) pho is the largest pho I've seen. Great price to performance ratio. Large is $14, Super large is $17. A 21% increase in price. But the portion increase roughly looks to be more in the 1/4 or 1/3 ballpark. It also feels justified because there was more meat in the SL compared to L. It is not just an increase in the amount of noodles and broth. And since extra noodles cost $3, ordering a Large with extra noodles would cost the same as the SL, but without the additional broth and meat of the SL. So If you have the appetite, SL size is the optimal play. The 2nd photo shows the comparison of size between the large and the super large. This is the main reason for the 5 stars in this economy. As for the flavor, I think it's good, the meat is plenty. But I'm the type of person who has never been disappointed by pho. So unless they are serving me dogwater, I would have enjoyed it. Although, maybe something about their pho does speak to me, more than my post rationalizing, yelp reviewer brain leads me to believe. Because I finished the whole thing, broth and all without really giving it much thought. And while I know that it may be detrimental to my health because of it's high sodium, I allow it to pass. Because it heals my soul.

Located next to Pho 75, Banh Mi DC is must stop for delicious excellent egg rolls. It's also a must stop for inexpensive and good sandwiches. They bake their own bread here, so there is always the pleasant aroma of fresh bread in the store.Because the egg rolls are so popular, Banh Mi might be out of egg rolls from time to time.Banh Mi also offers several prepackaged items and groceries as well.

NOTE: they only take online orders for pick up or delivery. They don't even accept you go there to order in person for take out. The food is cheap.I have ordered both braised pork banh mi and lemon grass beef pho. As you can tell from the picture, it does not look anything like pho. The broth is in a separate container, and it is not clear. The pho noodles is in a foiled pan, which I have no problem with just pouring the broth into the pan. However, even we don't call it pho, just say it is a beef noodle soup, the beef is not tender at all... The banh mi is just as its name says, very simple...

YUM YUM YUM. I love the Pho at this place. I usually get the Pho with chicken, since to be quite honest, I don't like the beef that much. The chicken is good. The service is great as well. I love sitting here, they have dim lighting so it isn't that bright (which I love). I not only would recommend this place for lunch, but a nice dinner as well (maybe even a dinner date ;))

Staying at a hotel near by and craving Vietnamese food. This was a great pick for delivery. It came fast, hot, well seasoned, and with all the extras I asked for. Went with our regular order but had leftovers because portions were plentiful. The lemongrass pork and large crispy cha goi rolls were stand outs. We asked for extra lettuce to wrap them and it was heavenly!

I suppose I could just copy and paste my review of the Pho 75 in Rosslyn, but I won't. They are basically the same experience. Cash only (though there is an ATM inside). One difference between the Pho 75 in Falls Church and the one in Rosslyn is that here, there is plenty of parking. And too, the Falls Church Pho 75 is next to Banh Mi DC where you can pick up some mighty good eggrolls as a way to top off your pho afterwards. This location is always very busy. But even if the line to be seated is spilling out the door, the line moves quickly.Service is brisk and no-nonsense, though still polite. If the server remembers you, he will dispense with providing you with a menu and just take your order right there on the spot. I like that!I have a bit of preference for their fragrant and tasty chicken broth over the still very good beef broth, so I always order the #17 (pho ga). You can order the regular or large size. The difference between the sizes is barely noticeable. For $2 extra, you can order a cup of extra meat.At Pho 75, I always order the coffee with condensed milk. The standard practice is to take your coffee in the mug, stir it with the condensed milk at the bottom of the mug, then pour it over the ice in a another glass. But me, I drink the coffee with a spoon, taking a spoonful of the rich dark delicious coffee with a dab of the sweet condensed milk from the bottom of the mug. The contrast in the flavors is a delightful experience.

This is hand downs my favorite pho place ever. The quality of the food is incredible and the service is so quick. I get food here when I'm sad, sick, too lazy to cook, happy, want to celebrate, cold outside, hot outside -- it's for all occasions.

"Came here for the first time for lunch with a friend on a weekend. We ordered the rice rolls for the appetizer, lemongrass grilled beef vermicelli noodles, and the beef pho. Total came out to approximately $43 (not including tip). What's Hot- Quality. Pretty good. The rice rolls were delicious, especially with the peanut sauce. It came with a small side of pickled vegetables, which was slightly sweet and tart. The grilled beef in my vermicelli noodles was grilled nicely. It was tender and flavorful. The sauce was good, as well, and not too sweet.- Portions. Decent size for one person, but see below for additional information.- Price. Each bowl of noodles was $16, which is pretty decently priced.- Location. Convenient location, as it's close by the mall and the Pentagon City metro station. Easy to walk to and find.- Layout. The half front of their restaurant has a large sliding door, which is helpful. It can slide open leaving a large screen, so there's a nice breeze that can waft through the restaurant, but keep any bugs out. What's Not- Layout. Their layout is tight as in their tables are pretty close to each other. There's not much room walking between tables, so be prepared to bump into others.- Service. Each seat gives you a napkin rolled around chopsticks and a fork. There's no soup spoon included. When my vermicelli noodles arrived, it did not come with a soup spoon, either, so I had to ask for one. Since when do pho restaurants, not automatically come with soup spoons? Additionally, their staff don't appear to be very knowledgeable of their menu. I asked if their vermicelli bowls have options of tofu and meat in one bowl, and their staff said their vermicelli bowls don't come with tofu. That was contradictory to their menu, because there is lemongrass tofu vermicelli noodles on their menu. He didn't even tell me if I might have to pay for an additional charge for adding something on their pre-set menu. Odd and off-putting that their staff appeared so unknowledgeable about something so basic.- Only one size bowl of pho. Call me old fashioned, but I grew up with pho restaurants that gave you at least 2 options of your bowl size- small or large. They only have one bowl size, which kind of sucks if you're more hungry. Just be aware.Final AnswerWould be willing to come back when I'm in the area, but not a place I'd go out of my way to return."
"Pho House is our favorite Pho restaurant in the east coast, and it is as good if not better than some of the top pho restaurants we loved when we lived in Orange County, CA, the Mecca of Vietnamese food in America. This restaurant is a hole-in-the-wall gem in an old shopping center, but don't let the ambiance fool you. The food here is so good that TV and movie stars from LA like to frequent here whenever they have to film or do anything in the DC area (good enough to drive to Germantown for it!). It is not a fancy establishment but the pho specifically is top notch. My favorite pho here is the #6, it really hits the spot on a cold fall/winter day. Food always comes out fast, hot, and with a good portion of herbs and sprouts. The staff take your order at the table but you have to pay at the counter. I highly recommend!"
"You can never go wrong with a trip to the historical Eden Center! Known for housing many Asian cultural stores and food marts, Pho Hai Duong is one of the many small but yummy businesses to find here. This was my very first time visiting this restaurant as it's somewhere my boyfriend who is Filipino, grew up going to here in the Arlington/Falls Church area. I ordered a small number 2 and we shared some crispy egg rolls. He ordered a vermicelli dish that had egg rolls in it as well that he thoroughly demolished lol. The service was fast and great. An easy 5/5!Parking does get crazy so definitely try to plan your visit."
"Highly recommend! The food is super fresh, made custom if requested. The service is wonderful and the atmosphere very cosy! I don't remember what exactly I ordered, I asked our waiter to surprise me and he did not disappoint. Definitely a great spot to meet up with friends or for a romantic date night with delicious and healthy food!"
"My go to pho spot. It never misses! The broth is consistently great. The flavor is always good. The veggies are on the side are always fresh and delightful. My spring roll was crispy not oily.Over all 10/10. I will forever be a customer!"
"I got a banh mi and mango sticky rice while visiting family. The pork banh mi was super flavorful and the crunch of the vegetables was just perfect. Beat banh mi I've had recently. Now, mango sticky rice is hands down one of my favorites things on the planet. And it's very hard to find as mangoes are out of season. But they had a perfectly ripe mango that complimented the slightly sweet rice. I ate it too quickly to take a picture but I'll definitely come back!"
"After arriving in Silver Spring from DC, I dropped my suitcases off at the hotel just down the street and stopped here for a bite to eat. At the time I arrived, I was the only one in the dining room. By the time I got my food, three more tables had been filled with diners. Quite a few people picked orders as well. The shrimp soup was very good and flavorful. I do wish they had cleaned the shrimp a little better. But the broth was flavorful and delightful. Those summer rolls were bomb! Bursting with veggies and flavor. Not pictured, I did have a strawberry smoothie. The menu offered boba, but unfortunately they were out that day. Overall a chill atmosphere. There was a tv in the corner playing a Spanish-speaking comedy; I found it pretty funny. The service was quick and friendly. They do have a full bar, which appears to be open all day."
"Great service and delicious food. Portions are also very good. We did various beef soup offerings and veggie spring rolls. Nice atmosphere and perfect for couples, families and groups. Also plenty of parking and just off Rockville Pike."
"This is my second pho experience. I decided to visit while in the area, based on Yelp reviews. I ordered a large bowl of eye round beef pho. It was great. The broth was a bit on the sweet side, but the large portions of beef came as a great surprise. I wouldn't think twice about coming back."
"I went here on lunch one day and the service was amazing. They just opened for the day, so the waitress was very attentive and nice. I got the meat lovers pho combo with a crispy spring roll and I got Thai tea to drink. The pho was alright but did not have as much flavor as other pho places I've been too. But the amount of noodles and meat was perfect. I just had to add some fish sauce to the broth to make it have a little stronger flavor. The crispy spring roll was amazing, it was so crispy and the inside had a lot of filling which was nice. The Thai tea was probably my favorite item. It tasted like actual Thai tea and not the artificial or instant type. AMAZING!The ambiance was very relaxing and chill. It felt very minimalistic but also calming. Very nice place for a quiet lunch."
"Great service. Nice for lunch, dinner and takeout. They remodeled the restaurant and made some updates and nice changes since I was last here a few years ago. Recently came here for lunch and everyone was very impressed with their orders. I will be back. Nothing like a nice big bowl of pho during the winter months!!"
"Ordered takeout for yesterday evening since it was cold and rainy, and the food was delivered quick! The pho tai is a smaller serving for the price but overall the broth had a clean and rich taste. Also got the combination bun thit nuong tasted really good, but wish there was slightly a little bit more of the fish sauce since there was a lot of noodles in this dish! Lastly, the beef stew aka Bo kho was really delicious-- beware it is on the spicier side but totally worth it if you can handle it. Overall would order from here again for takeout!"
"Was in town for an event and this was the closest place that wasn't a fast food joint. They're renovating but the upstairs is pretty nice considering. Also- tho they have counter service, if you're dining in, you can just go to the table and scan the QR code to order. I ordered at the kiosk not knowing and they still brought the food out to me. Great service. I got a signature bowl with a mix of braised oxtail and lemongrass chicken. It was delicious. Will def be back!"
"Solid spot in the Eden Center for authentic Vietnamese. We have had it multiple times and continue coming back. The BBQ Pork Sausage Rolls are our favorite. They are soft yet crispy and crunchy with lots of flavor. I have yet to try their noodle soups but all of their rice dishes are delicious. My partner's favorite is the steak clay pot, which looks and tastes amazing! Their service has always been great as well."
"Firstly, this review is long overdue!!I had the pleasure of dining at this establishment with two friends . We started with the roll combo appetizer made up of three different kinds of appetizer rolls from a rice paper fresh roll with shrimp to a crunchy roll. What's it out to me was how fresh these items were from the kitchen. Prepared well and extremely flavorful with quality ingredients. We also opted for some fresh squeezed juice options. This is very unique! I ordered a lemonade and my girlfriend ordered a fresh squeezed green juice and they were both absolutely incredible and refreshing to accompany our meal.We opted for filet mignon pho . And let me tell you... It was a luxury I never knew I needed or was missing. The steak was so tender. The broth was very flavorful as if it had been cooked for hours, and the noodles were tender. It was a bowl that was worth its price, and it is very difficult to beat. My friend ordered a different spicy soup, called Bo ho hue (I am sure I am misspelling this) but while it was a lesser known local Vietnamese favorite, when I sampled the broth, it was also incredibly flavorful with a deep beef and spice base that was so satisfying.I had the pleasure of meeting the owner, she is a very down to earth and lovely woman! It is clear that she puts her love and passion into her menu and into her products, it was also very clear to me that the produce that is purchased for these items is top-notch .If you are looking for an elevated approach to your next Vietnamese cuisine, absolutely look no further .Thank you so much to the staff and the owner and I am looking forward to dining again .Plenty of parking and seating, both indoor and outdoor! Plenty of fresh plants, and the mixLocation is very well-maintained! Great addition to Fairfax! Check them out on Instagram and the plenty reels and reviews :)"
"The best pho around!!!! Very hot and flavorful! Tony makes the best peach oolong tea - medicinal"
"The restaurant is in the little pathway by the Starbucks if you are trying to find it. Decent seating inside including both tables and booths. I was immediately greeted and seated and the waiter brought over water and utensils. I ordered the rice vermicelli with the grilled shrimp. It's a big bowl and you get a decent portion of everything including vegetables. I always get extra of the sauce because it's so good. Relatively quiet and casual in ambience. Once they noticed that I had finished then they brought the payment machine to the table for me to pay from there. Good service and the food was good also."
"I decided to order take out from PhoNatics Noodle Bar (listed as "Pho 54 Noodle Bar" on DoorDash) based on its strong reviews.I ordered grilled lemongrass chicken and an order of chicken wings. The lemongrass chicken was bursting with flavor, but very salty! The jasmine rice was plain; however, the accompanying salad (a refreshing mix of iceberg lettuce, tomatoes, cucumbers, pickled carrots, daikon radish, and onions) was a delightful addition to the dish. The portion size was generous, easily feeding two people. I would order this entree again with a request for reduced sodium.Unfortunately, the chicken wings were a complete letdown. They were essentially deep-fried shells of skin with minimal actual chicken meat inside. To make matters worse, the wings suffered from the same problem as the chicken - excessive saltiness. If you're in the mood for Vietnamese food, PhoNatics Noodle Bar is worth checking out. However, if you're like me and appreciate balanced seasoning, be sure to mention your preference for less salt when ordering."
"Just moved into the Falls Church area and this place is right next door to me. I'll definitely be a regular here because I just had the best pho I have ever tasted!"
"this is the best pho ive had in forever and the thai tea is 1000/10 i would recommend going and getting the shrimp spring rolls too! i cant stop thinking of the food honestly it was rlly clean w lovely staff."
"This place has been here forever and has served the same traditional pho for as long as I can remember. They don't care about service or any of the other crap people keep complaining about. Just get the pho, nothing else, and stop expecting poor people street soup to be fine dining.I was wondering what the difference would be between large and regular to go pho for the $1 extra, so I got both and took a picture for anyone else wondering. The broth container has an extra inch of broth. The noodle and meat container is much larger, definitely has more noodles and meat. The veggies bag (sprouts, basil...) is the same. Overall it's definitely worth the $1."
"A few of us stopped by last Thursday evening for a quick dinner since we were already in DC. 54 Restaurant is pretty lowkey, in a quieter part of the city. A friend approved of the pho and banh mi here, so all five of us either got pho or banh mi here.PHO DAC BIET (SPECIAL BEEF COMBINATION) - 17Has basically all the meats here, like brisket, eye round steak, beef balls, tendon, etc. The broth was flavorful and lots of beef flavor. There were lots of noodles, more than I can finish and it had a good texture. Meat was pretty good quality and there was lots of it in here. The pho here is good, and I'd recommend. The few friends who ordered banh mis here all enjoyed it. Overall 4.5/5, but will bump to a 5/5."
"Pho 81 is my go-to pho restaurant in Montgomery County MD and has been for years. I've tried a few others but they don't seem to compare!I'm a beef pho fan myself, and I typically go for a brisket pho with all the extra toppings. The broth is delicious, and the meat is always perfectly cooked. I've had the chicken pho a few times as well, and it's also very flavorful. The noodles are a great texture and the portions are huge for the price. I like to get crispy spring rolls as well. The outside is really crispy and flakey, and the inside has meat and a variety of veggies, not just cabbage. They're a great addition to a bowl of delicious pho. The restaurant is large and clean and you can always find a table. The staff are hardworking and kind, and typically the food comes out quickly. Take out is great here too, and I never have any issues with the order."
