"Great vibes. Great food. Good for large groups too. Will definitely be back sooner than later."
"Had a great time eating brunch at Miss Toyas. It was a slow day when I visited but do recommend making a reservation as it did start getting busy towards the end. Our server was very attentive and gave us suggestions when we were deciding between options. For the appetizers, we had the salmon bites which were not that great. They were fried a little too hard and became dry. The main courses were the lamb chops and fried chicken with eggs and potatoes with a side of pancakes. The food was good but a little on the dry side. I really liked the pancakes, they were a generous portion and had the perfect sweetness."
Spicy. Freshly marinated tilapia with fresh lemon juice, onions, cilantro, jalapeo, tomato on a bed of lettuce.

"Nice little restaurant with good service. I had the salad and my friend had the soup. We shared a dessert. I wish the chairs were a little more comfy but there were people there working on their laptops so it is probably a great place to get some work done."
"Tagging on some pics to Lissa G's review. We had a great time at Rose's Luxury. Not stuffy for Michelin star spot. Loved that!Initiative, fun, tasty dishes. Love the vibe and the service too."
"6 of us dined and hung out here for several hrs on a sat. evening. A friend is traveling to Morocco soon and wanted to try the counties food before going. We went upstairs which is lounge like and comfortable for a group. Later the the area became filled with hookah smokers. If you have trouble navigating stairs you may not want to venture up there. We ordered a variety of appetizers including pita and hummus (to be honest the hummus tasted store bought) and the pita bread was fluffy and served warm. The person who is traveling wanted to try the lamb on the menu and they didn't have any. She and a few others ended up ordering the jambalaya which was kind of comical--Moroccan jambalaya! I had the masculin salad which was huge (enough for 3) and enjoyed it. I also had mint tea which was served nicely and tasted great. It's sweetened upon arrival. We had a good time. Service was fine. I would return if in the area. Didn't take pictures!"
"Great environment and energy all around. Food is nicely plated and with great taste. Service is on point,"
"First of all very very nice atmosphere, great service, and beautiful cocktails. If you are looking a nice bar to drink and chill, this is the place! Got hit with the Alice signature cocktail it was so good. You will enjoy the taste of combination of something that I couldn't describe but check it out!! Highly recommended"
"After dinner bar, weather was nice and the staff was great. I always have a great time when I go."
"My girlfriend and I went here for Jazz Night on a Tuesday, and we had a really nice time. The place looked great inside, with some tasteful Christmas decorations that added to the vibe. We arrived at 5:30, just before the band started at 6:00. Next time, we're planning to come right at 6:00 to catch the music from the start. Our server was fantastic--super knowledgeable about the menu and very attentive. My girlfriend ordered the salmon, and I went with the steak. The salmon was a bit over-seasoned, but my steak was delicious. It came sliced on a thick piece of bread, which wasn't mentioned on the menu but was a nice surprise. Next time, I think I'll try the lamb chop.Just a heads up--gratuity is included in the bill. It's a bit of a pet peeve of mine when that isn't mentioned upfront, so definitely double-check your check.Overall, we're excited to come back!"
"The happy hour was truly delightful, and the service was commendably swift. The gin and tonic was expertly crafted and satisfyingly strong. The culinary offerings were unique, and I wholeheartedly recommend coming here."
"About a 3.5: Halbi Shawarma recently opened up as part of the Ivy City Food Works' ghost kitchen series -Their menu offers various apps, salads, sandwiches, plates, and combos. We ordered:+Baba Ghanouj - was thick and had a smoky flavor; slightly bland, but good with the pita and the falafel+Falafel - which comes with 6 pieces; these were crispy but slightly more on the herb-y side; instead of the tahini, I enjoyed these with the baba ghanouj instead; these came on a bed of lettuce with pickled veggies+a Mixed Kabab Plate - this comes with chicken kebab, kofta kabab, and beef kabab, and served with rice, salad, pickles, sauces, and a choice of a canned drink; definitely a large combo-like meal that can be easily split between 2 people or into two meals; all the meats had a good taste, but I preferred the chicken the best; I also really liked the stewed vegetables, as it was great to eat with the warm pita+a Chicken Shawarma Sandwich - this was a grilled wrap that contained a generous amount of chicken shawarma and pickles; comes with a choice of sauce, which I opted for the garlic sauce; I thought it'd be shaved chicken from a spit and more of thinner slices, but it seemed more chunkier? Smearing some of that garlic sauce on each bite added a nice touch, but I just wished they provided more!We did feel that this place was much better than most Middle Eastern eateries in the DMV area, as it tasted more fresh. I'd be interested in trying their beef shawarma and their hummus next time, if I'm in the area! The process was super easy, as you either order in-person at their kiosk or order ahead on their website - not much way to customize, but there is an option to type in some notes/requests at the end in which the eatery will try to accommodate; cashless payments are accepted at the kiosk, and since you input your mobile number, you'll receive alerts of your order confirmation, the status, as well as when it's ready.Once it's ready, you'll receive a text that gives you a 'button' to click to open one of the parcel lockers that contain your food; if you had already ordered ahead of time via their site and were on your way, you just scan a QR code at a tablet that's mounted by the window to their kitchen and the designated parcel locker will open up. It was neat to see the setup!Note that there's no staff interaction, and whether you are ordering 'in-person' at their kiosk, or picking up an online order, everything is communicated with you via text.Plenty of street parking in the area.+located as part of the Ivy City Food Works' ghost kitchen+online ordering or in-person kiosk ordering available+plenty of street parking"
"Came here for a birthday dinner and today, November 17 2024 for lunch. The tasting menu was fantastic and I was staying the WA hotel time around and stopped by for lunch. I agree with what most people say about the prices for such a small amount of food. But the quality of the ingredients and tastes makes me feel okay paying for the meals here. We enjoyed our lunch. I didn't go all out like we did for dinner. Our server was nice enough and recommended the chicken wings, PATATAS BRAVA, and the crab croquettes for us and my little girl. It was good but everything was fried. To counterbalance it we got the Caesar salad which is very anchovy forward. But the star was EMBUTIDOS SELECTION which he recommended too. It was great. Lots of meats and bread. It was just missing the cheese. The main lobby floor at the hotel is beautifully decorated with fall like color fake tree and sets the mood on the first floor bar area. But why on earth did they buy chairs so heavy? $130 for lunch for two adults one kid and no alcohol drinks."

Enigma is a surprisingly fantastic vibe! The music is feel-good, the cocktails are creative, the service is personable, and the food is fantastic!Because of the colorful and artfully stylish decor, plush seating, and low seductive lighting, you would think this place is only good for drinks, but the food is A+++.The branzino (seasonal item), the duck fat fries, the U street burger, the roasted brussel sprouts, and the seared scallops were ALL sooo mouthwatering and delicious. Everything we had was amazing..but those few items were THE standouts in my opinion. The branzino, which we ordered twice, was so well seasoned and cooked to perfection! And Their dessert was phenomenal! -the warm brownie with ice cream. oh my goodness!! And this brownie wasn't some "regular-degular" brownie; it was the most moist, chocolately, not overly sweet, perfectly baked brownie...like how??? We attempted to order two more orders, because it was so good, but unfortunately our waiter did not know the kitchen was closed, so we waited and waited, then was informed that the brownie wasn't going to be in our mouths again that night...sigh!Their cocktails were creative spins on classic drinks, but could've been a bit more consistent with the taste-perhaps one of the bartenders was still in training? But overall, the cocktails were good.My good friend had the pleasure of hosting her celebratory dinner in the upstairs area-which was breathtakingly stylish, cozy, and bougie..just the way I like it ;) And after 10pm, the entire place turns into lounge w/ a bustling bar area...definitely a vibe.Parking---hahahahaha...it's U street, so just ride share there...or prepare to walk because you had to park so kinda far.Overall, highly recommend! And oh, did I mention this business is Black owned? Ethiopian to be exacted..congratulations!

So I've been to the Miss Toya's in silver spring for brunch before, but a friend and I decided to go to the one in laurel for dinner. The first impression was it's much smaller than the one in silver spring, more like a diner, but that was fine. We were seated promptly (we had reservations) but it wasn't that busy so either way we would have been seated quickly. Once seated, we had to wait what seemed like too long for someone to come take our order. We both ordered water and the seafood pasta. Again, we waited quite some time for our water. The food came out and was very tasty! The only comment we both had was that it could have used a piece of garlic bread or some type of crunch to go with it.The parking is sufficient, it's in a strip mall. All in all, the food was good but the service was slow and somewhat lacking. I will return to Miss Toya's but maybe not this location again.

A cute little cafe that breathes Armenia. You sure do feel at home when you get there! We tried their lentil soup which was delicious. We also tried the lahmajun, zheygalov hats and Ashtarak salad. AllPresented in Diradourian pottery hand made in Armenia. They have a variety of desserts, Armenian wine, brandy and gift items. Arthur was a great host who told us about the owners of the cafe. By the way, they were playing my favorite music of @gorsujyan, @rubenhakhverdian and many more.

We haven't been here in a long time. The style has changed a bit-- no more a la carte, but also no more waiting in line because you can make reservations. And we were able to make a reservation just a week in advance (albeit the early bird dinner timeslot on a Saturday). The food was still carefully thought out and very good. They asked for allergies and very specifically ensured we knew what we could/could not eat based on our allergies -- yesterday I learned that togarashi (a Japanese seasoning) tends to have orange peel, which is what I'm allergic to.... The non-alcoholic lychee lemon drink was really refreshing and not too sweet. Very well done.1) I missed their soft rolls with butter, something I always loved and remember. But the truffled Madeleine was incredible. Crispy, slightly moist, truffle flavor. 2) I chose the pork and lychee salad-- they used to bring this out regardless of whether you ordered it. Now, if you've been here you know what to expect. Same wild combination of flavors. Loved it. My spouse chose the tuna tartare stuffed avocado-- that was pretty good too. Tuna mixed with tortilla chips, topped with smashed avocado. On the mushy side but the tortilla chips for texture help. This wasn't on the menu but they also brought out charred cauliflower on a bed of yogurt I think? That was very good. 3) we were to each choose a pasta but we both wanted the lamb Manfredi so we didn't share and each got our own. I had a LITTLE bit of buyers remorse because the calamari shaped pasta looked really good, but this and the other option were meatless and we have meat mentality lol4) here we wanted different things but were supposed to share... And we asked if it was possible for us to both choose the course. We had to pay extra for one of the courses, but they made it happen. I got the fried pork which was like a schnitzel with a slightly tangy sauce on top. I loved the tea cup with the salad in it. I wasn't a huge fan of the fried pig ears but my husband loved them. He got the adult happy meal- he loved the burger; got the truffle upgrade. I loved the ranch-dusted fries, and especially dipped in the cheese.5) we picked the "least sweet" and small portioned dessert -- the corn bread ice cream. It surprisingly came in a tea cup- 'like a latte.' The whipped foam on top was slightly tangy like a sour cream, and the ice cream was buttery, and the chunks of corn bread went perfectly. Really happy with the choice. Then for our anniversary they brought out a coconut sorbet (not sure if they said sorbet --it might've been an ice cream) with a candle. And it was the most creamy thing, great with the fruit and a little bits of stuff I don't remember on the bottom. Presentation was lovely.Glad my husband thought about Rose's I don't think I've been since before COVID, and the food and service is as good as ever. Definitely deserving of a Michelin star or more in my opinion.

I have to say that despite this place being in one of the most popular streets in DC and open so late, it has still managed to impress me. Very nice and inviting staff to begin with, I had some of the best Moroccan tea I've ever had. The hookahs are really good and they offer a special pipe add on for $2 for smoother smoke (I'm forgetting what the name is). You can either sit downstairs and get a good view of the street or go upstairs, which I recently discovered and it's a very comfortable beautiful room. Easy 5/5 for me.

I visited Karizma for the first time recently, and the food, drinks, and service were all very good. Karizma is an offshoot of the similarly named Karma Modern Indian restaurant. In October 2024, they split up their restaurant space to have a more casual, a la carte concept (Karizma) and a chef tasting menu experience (Karma). They have separate menus, websites, and reservations but share a space and kitchen. You will probably see some Karizma reviews on the other Yelp listing for Karma. To eat, we got the Nirvana 37 ($28), Kakori Kebab ($16, four pieces), Chevre and Herb Naan ($9), Dal Makhani ($17, without rice), and Kerala Fish Curry ($32, includes rice). To drink, the Vimana ($15) and Vieux Carre ($17, but menu said $15).I heard that Karma was creative, modern Indian so I expected the same from Karizma, albeit a la carte. That wasn't really the case. The menu was fairly standard dishes that I've had at other Indian restaurants, like lamb chops, chicken tikka, butter chicken, dal makhani, and lamb vindaloo. The most interesting dish was the Nirvana 37, which they heavily promote. It is a huge tower constructed of 37 different ingredients. It was the highlight of the meal. They present it as a tower and then mix it up on your table, turning it into sort of a salad. It reminded me a bit of bhel puri. It serves 2-3 people depending on how much else you are getting. It was delicious and, despite the size, felt light and refreshing. There were sweet bits, savory bits, spicy bits. It was great. The Chevre Naan was also a highlight. The kebab, dal, and curry were all good but not very interesting. We would have liked more lentils in the dal and more fish in the curry, especially given the fish curry was the most expensive entree (and I don't really see why). Between two of us, we had about half the naan and dal as leftovers and skipped dessert. The drinks were good. Either the menu is outdated or I was overcharged for the Vieux Carre, but I decided not to take it up with management.Service was very good. Staff was both friendly and informative, including good, clear descriptions of the menu and other pleasant interactions. Service charge (20%) was included and the service was worth it.The decor was new and modern, but also a bit generic. I'm sure how to describe it, except it reminded us a bit of a hotel lobby. Like, it's new and clean, but not very welcoming.Overall, a good experience, and I'm curious to check out the more creative Karma menu.

C U T EPerfect spot for a date night, fancy cocktail night, girl's night...or all the nights. We loved it. Their menu is creative yet approachable for those who are just getting into fancy cocktails. Their bartenders have curated to all with something for everyone and what we adored were the pictures on the menu! Walking up the staircase, you can tell they use high-quality, fresh ingredients because you get hit with the aromas of smoked components and fresh herbs. The appetizer was also a knockout (Bang Shrimp). If you're in the area and looking for a place with outstanding cocktails and top-notch service, this is the spot. I'll definitely be back.

There is nothing bad to say about this place. We stayed near Dulles Airport and this place was just a few minutes away. It is in a beautifully walkable shopping center with plenty of stores and boutiques. Our server, Kate and the manager, Cynthia, went out of their way to make sure our visit was perfect. The food and drinks were amazing. There was so much we wanted to enjoy on the menu and we ordered plenty! (Enjoy the photos.) The restaurant patio overlooks the shopping area, has a beautiful fireplace and outside bar, heaters and umbrellas and plenty of comfortable seating that allows you to enjoy each other's company and conversation. This is by far my favorite place in the Dulles area and we will be back again each time we visit DC/Virginia.

"We just dined here for the first time and my parents have already declared it a new favorite. My favorites:+ Gambas Al Ajillo ($13.95) - This classic sauteed shrimp dish was so good we even ordered a second round and used the bread to mop up all the olive oil in the pan. + Shrimp Quesadilla ($14.25) - I love a shrimp quesadilla but these surpassed expectations--there was plenty of shrimp and the tomatoes added a nice savoriness.+ Plain Plantain ($4.50) - One of the best plantains I've had in recent memory and nice and caramelized on some of the edges. We also enjoyed:+ Calamares Fritos ($12.25) + Pulpo A La Gallega ($12.50) - The octopus was so tender!+ Croquetas ($9.50) - These were just okay and not super flavorful.+ Paella Negra ($44.95) - We prefer our paella rice to be cooked through instead of al dente and was pleased to find it nice and soft. I thought the tilapia was a little fishy but overall we enjoyed it!Despite slight apprehension when looking through the pictures prior to our visit, we were very impressed and will definitely be returning!"
"Beautiful decor. I have been eyeing this spot for awhile and finally was able to visit. Great location, away from all the Manassas traffic. The music was so relaxing and although we didn't eat here, we had prior plans, I did pick up a four bottle sample/gift pack (flavored EVOO and balsamic vinegar) and a cappuccino. My SO doesn't even like coffee and he went back for a few sips. Elias packed up my goodies and you can tell the pride he has for his business. Two other couples were dining in and to hear the crunch from their paninis almost had me wanting to cancel our other plans. We will definitely be back to grab more flavored olive oil and eat brunch."
"Loved the one in Pittsburgh and love this location even more. Super friendly and helpful staff especially when making and helping pick the perfect drink. And we got the happy hour specials of calamari... some of the best ever. Breading stayed on didn't fall off when eating and just the right crunch. Def want to get that again and again! The salt and vinegar chips with ham when first reading thought it meant Serrano like the pepper but it was ham which made me love it more. Really nice happy hour treats before diving in. Then I got the guns and rose drink and had to get another so delicious. For small plates we got the prawns which had a nice spice but a bit overcooked for me but loved how they took off prawn heads and I enjoyed those my friend was grateful cuz she doesn't. We also got the thin potato dish with chive cream sauce and LOVED it. It was like a potato as gratin vibes and I'm here for it. Croquettes are always a must super rich creamy great ham flavor and something great to split with friends. I will def be coming back super cute place and loved the music as well relaxed but still party vibes in the neighborhood."
"Very nice and upscale looking establishment. Though Era is a wine bar, it does look the part of a proper dining venue.Myself and a friend made a stop here on a Saturday evening after hanging at another nearby establishment. We were greeted by a friendly host and opted to sit at the bar. Our Bar Host was equally friendly and very outgoing (wish I could remember her name). She made suggestions in terms of what we might consider ordering which was helpful. We ultimately chose wine flights and a couple small bites (bars). The food was very good and so was the wine. Somehow, I ended up ordering a pecan pie for dessert which I didn't need but was also delicious. All in all, this was a great experience and I would be really happy to go back.Side note, Era wasn't particularly crowded when I got there. I'm not sure if the "word" has officially gotten out about Era, but I do hope that more people patron this wine bar as it is really great."
"Honestly everyone and everything here was good.1) Turkey necks2) Lamb 3) Drinks... I live in the south so of course I have opinions about southern cooking. This place is doing it right ;)"
"A fabulous experience with great friends. Happy hour was perfect. Many food choices with superb service. Secretive ambience with a tinge of romance"
"We came to grab a quick drink, my boyfriend grabbed a beer and I grabbed a cocktail but cannot remember its name for the life of me. I enjoyed it though! The bathrooms are big, nice and clean. It's in a plaza so there is ample parking but still can get pretty full fast. They do daily specials as well as HH. I'd check it out again on their Latin beats night! Service was also great and both bartenders were kind."
"Bar de Tapas is a gem! The cozy atmosphere, warm lighting, and rustic decor make you feel like you've stepped straight into Spain. Each dish was a little masterpiece--from the perfectly crisp patatas bravas to the melt-in-your-mouth jamón ibérico. The sangria was spot-on, fruity but not too sweet, and the staff was incredibly attentive and friendly, making us feel right at home. We couldn't stop raving about the churros with chocolate sauce, a must-have to wrap up a perfect evening. Bar de Tapas is a slice of Spanish magic, and we'll definitely be back!"
"I just moved back into DC after living in Columbia Md. in Columbia I had a go to for Thai food call Dao Khao (shoutout). While there were several ramen bars in Columbia none made me go back regularly. JINYA! I will be a regular. The food was crazy good. The flavors all popped! . This is my go to spot now. HH, dinner all look awesome. I had a chicken ramen and it was very tasty. But y'all need to up your spice factor. I asked for hot it was maybe medium at best. Next time I will ask for spice factor 11See you soon JINYA!"
"We found this place because of the bourbon/whiskey menu and it didn't disappoint. Great service and drinks. Food was good too! We sat upstairs and had a lovely evening with friends for my husbands birthday. Just wish they didn't have the 2 hour limit because we would have stayed longer. Food is small plates so price adds up but delicious!"
"My friend and I came because of the 555 Noodles, and it didn't disappoint. We visited on a Saturday, at noon, right when they opened. The owner, I think she was the owner, was very friendly, and made very good suggestions. Always came over to check on us, conversed with us during her free moments. We sat by the window in a small spot but it was just right for the two of us. We had two noodle dishes, mom's noodle soup "khao poon beef" and the banh canh tom cua, from the 555 menu along with the pun khao poon. So good but I think our favorite was the banh canh tom cua because the broth was thick and so were the noodles. Had a kick to it too so if you like spicy, this might be up your alley. Street parking of course in DC. I'd come back to try more stuff, I wish this place was closer to where I work so I could be a frequent customer! Thanks for the delish lunch!"
"Loved the vibe and music here. Both appetizers I tried were so tasty, we cleaned our plates. Simple bar foods that were elevated with umami flavors. Bartender was mad cool, and made a delicious cocktail."
"I love coming here! It's such a hidden gem! Their main menu is served all day, tapa style. And everything you get has such good flavor and is just simply delicious. Not just saying this but HIGHLY recommend!"
"Experimental bar upstairs from Del Rey Pizza, magical bar experience with excellent drinks and great music. The staff is very attentive and if you want a great pour, this is your spot. My wife ordered the Alien Landscape made with matcha (her fav) and she was pumped!!! Literally. She loved the experience. I ordered American Gods which is Woodford Reserve and bitters. Fabulous drinks and relaxing environment. My only advice would be to add cheese, nuts and olives to the menu."
"Dc's new hidden gem. Estadio's old chef opened this spot. He knows what he's doing. Top dishes:- Gambas al ajillo. Wow. Better than other Spanish restaurants.- Pork belly. Incredible. Crispy yet soft and perfect accompaniment. - Crispy potatoes. These kill the Jaleo patatas bravas. Decent dishes:- Croquettas: definitely decent but not wow. - Shishito peppers: v tasty but they could add more seasoning. - Churros: these were just ok. Greasy and needed more sugar coating and cinnamon. - Mussels. Great sauce but they didn't taste very fresh. Great corkage ($15). They need new wine stemware (it's very average) and a decanter. The atmosphere is meh. But the staff is super nice and relaxed - we loved them. Otherwise this is my new favorite restaurant in DC."
"I was here for a birthday dinner with a large group of 20 people. This restaurant was one of the very few that would accommodate such a large group without booking a private room. I ordered a glass of house Cabernet Sauvignon and the picanha biro. The picanha biro was delicous. The meat was cooked perfectly. The collard greens were garlicky and delicious. The rice was also delicious and I enjoyed the crunchy pieces of potato sticks sprinkled on top. My boyfriend ordered the feijoada which he said was really good. Again, collard greens were super tasty and meat was very flavorful and well cooked. The food didn't take too long to come out and everyone received their meal at the same time. Also since we were celebrating a birthday, the restaurant provided complimentary cakes for our group! One chocolate, one vanilla (both cakes were able to serve over 20 people. Plus there was extra!) Overall we had a great experience here and it was a wonderful place for a large group birthday dinner."
"Beautiful ambience - highly recommend for a classy date night or just night out.The service was amazing. The servers are working hard, constantly walking around and checking on all customers. The FOOD:- Patatas bravas (no pic) 8.5/10Very crispy potatoes and lovely aioli sauce- Croquettas (jamon) (no pic) 8/10Awesome if you like the texture of croquettas! Mind you, you only get 3!- Seafood paella 9/10Hit the spot for my paella craving! Not too greasy and oily and just the perfect amount to taste! Highly recommend trying this here.- Lamb skewers 8/10Lamb was cooked perfectly and didn't have any of that distinct smell. Went very well with the toppings and sauce."
"Ever wanted to eat a wide range of Asian street food from East Asia to Southeast Asia all in one place. Usually to have this wide range of Asian dishes from Thailand, to Singapore, to Hong Kong all under one restaurant, one would usually have to brave through a gentrified monstrosity of pseudo Asian-imitated dishes like a Voltron made from the Asian items off of a Cheesecake Factory menu... but the food here actually tastes authentic and I had to look up the owners which 3 out of the four founders were Asian... so it's like the ninja turtles but they kicked out Donatello and replaced him with a street shark... I'm pretty sure I made no sense... not that I ever do...But the food is actually off the hook and taste really really good... my one complaint is that there doesn't seem to be any dipping sauce but to be honest... food was that good that I didn't realize that till after I was done. The ambience also makes me feel like I'm in a Wong Kar-wai film... or maybe Blade Runner... but we have an emotionless robot running Facebook so... the future... yeah..."
"Unexpectedly nice and upscale yet casual Japanese restaurant in south Arlington. Came for lunch in July 2024.*Food: All excellent given the price. They offer a $1 nigiri/sashimi deal (with some types costing $2-5 per piece). Excellent value given the price, as all the fish were fresh and flavorful. Also had the chicken karaage and skewers, both would recommend.*Service: Phenomenal. The waiter we had was incredibly attentive. Brought extra napkins when he saw our newborn spitting up. *Ambiance: Nice, clean, quiet, and cutely decorated."

"I've started career #2 in the Hyattsville area in 2020 and I thought I knew it all.. Sike! She couldn't wait to Hip me to some game and took me here. Talk about a diamond hiding in plain site.. Geeezus! Tapas style restaurants are probably my fav. I mean, you get to try several items in one seating.. who doesn't love that? We've been twice and so far we've tried the sautéed shrimp, lamb chops, bacon wrapped dates, grilled octopus, grilled pork chop, and jumbo scallops. For this being a neighborhood store front restaurant, the quality of the food made us think we were on K Street NW. Absolutely delicious!! The signature cocktails and the attentive friendly service matched the food!If you want a great dining experience in beautiful downtown Riverdale..LOL, please come to Riviera Tapas Bar, you will LOVE IT!!"
"Food was amazing and you get great portions for the price. The bread they give you with olive oil is to die for. Service was great even though the place is small. Can't wait to return and try more dishes."
"A little tricky to find (park and go inside the shared building) but not too hard. Food was top notch! We got two appetizers and various ramens and everyone loved everything. The interior was definitely cozy, a great spot for a winter evening and catching up with friends."
