"Driving here put me in a bad mood haha The awkward turns to get into the parking lot and then finding out the parking lot is very small and incomplete... whew, I had to park in the lot next door. I wasn't sure what to expect inside after that fiasco, but wow, i'm glad I made it inside. I got the Chicken Shawarma Shrak, all spreads and toppings included (pickles on the side). This was one of the BEST Chicken Shawarma wraps I've ever had in the area. A lot of places make it too dry, but Haifa's was moist and full of flavor. Very generous in size too.Worth the headache of driving and parking there, I promise you!"
"Had no clue it was also a hookah bar and lounge, but if the weather was nice there's a TON of patio seating.Food was quite good overall! Next time I'll just get a bunch of small plates because those were all excellent (sausages in lemon butter were PARTICULARLY great). Main dishes were ok and drink prices seemed high...thus the 4 star and not 5 star review."
"6 of us dined and hung out here for several hrs on a sat. evening. A friend is traveling to Morocco soon and wanted to try the counties food before going. We went upstairs which is lounge like and comfortable for a group. Later the the area became filled with hookah smokers. If you have trouble navigating stairs you may not want to venture up there. We ordered a variety of appetizers including pita and hummus (to be honest the hummus tasted store bought) and the pita bread was fluffy and served warm. The person who is traveling wanted to try the lamb on the menu and they didn't have any. She and a few others ended up ordering the jambalaya which was kind of comical--Moroccan jambalaya! I had the masculin salad which was huge (enough for 3) and enjoyed it. I also had mint tea which was served nicely and tasted great. It's sweetened upon arrival. We had a good time. Service was fine. I would return if in the area. Didn't take pictures!"
"Sushi, sexy vibe, and hookah is a great concept if done well. Came here on a Monday night to celebrate a friend's birthday . We advised the waitress there will be many of us and we will need separate checks. She said she could accommodate our request but, we would need to put up 1 card for the entire table. The 4 of us that were there at the time offered to put up our own cards to cover our own tabs but, she couldn't grasp the concept of what we were saying. After 10 minutes of back & forth she understood and took our drink and food orders along with our cards.FOOD:The sushi here is good. They have very limited selections on sashimi and sushi but, if you like creative rolls with interesting twist this is great and fresh. I had the Tiger roll, Lasagna roll (very tasty), and the Gazuza roll (it was warm so it wasn't my favorite but, good). DRINKS:I ordered a Lychee martini, which is one of my favorite flavored martini's, and it was just ok. I'm still trying to figure out why it was hot pink. Traditionally a Lychee martini is pear color looking and taste very much like the Lychee fruit and vodka. This one was very sweet and left me desiring more vodka. My suggestion use real lychee juice and and the fruit if you can to the cocktail... less hot pink please. My friend had the mojito and said it was good. HOOKAH:We were a group of 15+ and had several hookahs at our table. One of the ones at my end of the table wasn't functioning properly and instead of changing it out the wait staff kept loosening and tightening but, it did not work. I finally tooled around with it and we got it to do something but, we were over it at that point and just utilized th eff others. The hookah was good.I want to give this place another try because it's cute, sexy, in a great location, good music, and great vibes. Please work on your service! As a patron spending money at a table, I should not have to get up and go to the bar to close out my tab. This will ruin an experience. I recommend this place but be warned the service needs improvement."
"The Elroy just opened up on May 25th, and still smelled new when we went for drinks for a friend's birthday on the 28th. Yes, a bar smelled NEW. Crazy huh? Anyway, they still had some kinks to iron out such as stocking the bar upstairs and taking the price tag off the grill they bought at Home Depot. The Elroy definitely shows promise. Similar to other places on H, there are two levels and a back deck that is fenced in. There is a bar on both floors, but the first floor one is more substantial. Drinks were average priced, but came in those slanty glasses, so be forewarned that if you're not used to them, you will spill. (You'll see what I mean). Upstairs there are a few padded benches along the wall and drink tables and chairs to accomodate groups. Hopefully they've put up a curtain or something to block the direct in-your-face beams from the street light outside. The coolest thing though? When you're in the bathroom on the second floor, it's one way glass, so you can see out, but people can't see in with normal lighting conditions."
"Really nice hookah spot with great music!! We didn't have food, so I can't speak to that.I came here on a Friday night with 4 others around 9PM! We came at the perfect time, didn't have to wait and got a good spot for all of us! I can definitely tell this place could get packed due to the size of the hookah spot, so I'd probably get there early if you're with a group! The location is a bit small, but I love that it's an intimate setting. The speakers are great, and we loved the DJ. He played a variety of music from hip hop to reggaeton! I loved that he played some throwbacks as well! Our bartender was super attentive. She made sure we always had drinks and our hookahs had fresh coals. I only took a star off because of bathrooms. There's only two bathrooms, one for women and one for men. I always had to wait to use the bathroom, and that's not fun when you've had a couple of drinks lolI'll definitely be back to try the food!"

Huge portions, reasonable prices! I had the chicken shawarma plate with rice and a side of hummus and pita. The shawarma came with pickles, onion, tomato and a white sauce. It was a little bland so I added hot sauce, but glad to have a healthy meal and enough leftovers for lunch tomorrow. I ordered delivery so I can't speak to how the restaurant or service in store is, but my food was prepared and delivered quickly.

Lebanese flavor, class and hospitality are abundant here.Came in hoping for a quick lunch to-go on a Sunday. Unassuming spot from the outside and once you get inside you get a feel by high ceilings and the choice of furniture. Wait staff were friendly and said hello, very polite. My bartender was Belhassen, who was well coming and very accommodating.I knew my food would take a while because it is cooked fresh so I tried a glass of Lebanese Sauvignon Blanc. The wine was just okay. You can skip it. The owner came by and treated me to a few snacks and a cultural facts. There's a huge painting of Raouche on the wall and he took the time to tell me about it. Sweet! Food! Yummy! Rice was slightly spiced and very warm and fluffy. Long grains with toasted egg noodles. Imagine jasmine rice but with a seamless up-notch. Also had the kafta, grilled chicken, and house salad. Yes! One tip. I'm used to well done beef but if you like it medium, you may need to say this while placing your order. Hummus and nuts were very good! Other things I noticed were the comfortable couches and hookahs other patrons were enjoying. Grape and orange flavor were recommended, if you enjoy. I'll be back soon!

I have to say that despite this place being in one of the most popular streets in DC and open so late, it has still managed to impress me. Very nice and inviting staff to begin with, I had some of the best Moroccan tea I've ever had. The hookahs are really good and they offer a special pipe add on for $2 for smoother smoke (I'm forgetting what the name is). You can either sit downstairs and get a good view of the street or go upstairs, which I recently discovered and it's a very comfortable beautiful room. Easy 5/5 for me.

I went here for a hookah around 9pm. The place wasn't completely full so we got a table right away.Hookah: too smoky/burnt-ny tbh, but strongVibe: music was pretty loud, couldn't really hear each other when we were trying to talk to each other.I didn't try the food so I don't know if they're good.

During 2018 H Street festival some friends and I stopped at a bar called Elroy. We was greeted by the owner I believe her name is Donna. This was a quaint bar as much of bars on H Street but it had a lively and friendly vibe. They offered happy hour drink special, and you can do hookah. The bartenders were on point. Downfall, Elroy don't serve food but you can bring your own food in from one of the local establishments. Elroy have a DJ and she was excellent. I would defiantly go back again and patronize this minority business.

This spot was cute, small but the service was good. Some of the cons; not so great music (our friend literally stepped in as DJ.) Once the DJ arrived it was better. The drinks are a little on the pricier side - which is disheartening given that they're served in small plastic cups. The food was meh. The fries lacked salt and the wings were more breading than meat. Other than that the vibes were chill. To their defense we arrived pretty early evening and were out by 9-10. Can't speak for the vibes after those hours.

This is a great place to come and telework. The music is never too loud and there's always plenty of space to work. They also have free Wi-Fi. The food is always really good and fresh. The bathroom is spotless every time and the customer service is pretty good as well.

The food was really good and worth it for the price ! We couldn't even finish it all and took some home as well !The place does have some parking space upon arrival but looked like it was limited cause it's close by the roadside The only problem we encountered was that our server gave us the old menu and prices were cheaper .. So, make sure you ask for the new & updated menu to avoid the confusion But overall nice place ! Bomb Suya ! Will be back

"I really really loved this hookah bar. The staff was so friendly, they have fumari, and they have private little booths outside where you have your own tv! What a cute concept. The staff really made us feel like home and provided us with everything that we needed. The booths are outside and they have a flat screen tv with your own remote so you can play any music that you want. They were attentive to anything that we need and constantly changing our coals. Highly recommend this place."
"The best suya, the best hookah and the best bottle girls! Like seriously I use to come here as a customer now I work here and I love it. The owners Nj and Val are great and their main goal is to make sure everyone gets the best experience of the nightlife in the DMV. Everything is newly renovated so it gives off luxurious with Afro beats playing all night it's giving nollywood. Definitely come and visit us we gets lit for sure!"
"Friendly staff and good hookah. Decent spot to chill and puff away. Eats weren't bad either"
"I really want to give this place 3 1/2 stars. The ambience is amazing it is giving lounging she lounge type for the music they do not have a DJ so I am assuming that somebody is playing from their phone and they played 50 Cent song in the club at least 25 times, so I would suggest that they either create a curated playlist or eventually did a DJ. This place also gets really crowded so I suggest making a reservation to secure a seat.As far as the food, I would say, it's upscale bar food so you have pizza you have tacos you have quesadillas fries the food was pretty standard, pretty basic nothing to really rave to rave about. I came with a party of 10 people and our waitress although she was all right I felt like she struggled with taking out orders and then when the food and the drinks came out, we were constantly given items that weren't for our table, so we kept having to tell the other servers to remove items from our table because we did not order them so we would not be charged. The hookah is pretty good I think probably the cheapest hookah in the DMV area $25 so the flavors were good. They were pretty consistent the mock tails they were good but if you're not a fan of sugar then don't even bother getting the drinks. They do provide separate tabs which includes three different types of taxes. You have a service charge you have I think states tax and you have automatic 18% gratuity. Overall, if you're just looking for a chill low-key vibe, that's out the way then I would suggest giving this place a shot."
"I have gone to Eden Center dozens of times over many years and I never knew that this place existed! It's a BIG underground restaurant & lounge with food, alcohol, hookah, and casino slots (real machines like you see in MGM!). The staff are super friendly - even to us as a random group of non-Middle Eastern folks - and provided very attentive service. The hookah was good and the drinks were solid. There's a big fountain, private areas, and large screens showing music videos. You could imagine throwing a family reunion with a catered dinner buffet or the most legit and wild party. There are disco lights and strong fans for good air circulation - so it doesn't feel suffocating in this subterranean space. It's a hidden little gem. Who would have known that this place existed under Eden Center's giant Asian grocery store and Vietnamese, boba tea, hot pot, Korean BBQ, and bakery spots. I love Eden Center so much. It never ceases to amaze me."
"Was afraid to try this place based on prior reviews, but glad I did. Food was delicious and just what I was looking for for a late night dinner."
"Sunday Funday continued here!Nice little area. Good music. I had a cocktail. I just remember I didn't care for it much and had it returnedI didn't really care for the hookah eitherJust had good company and met a dope lady friend there :) These 2 made the experience worth while!"
"WOW!! What a beautiful little spot just opened in Manassas. The theme is beautiful and very colorful. They serve full menu food on the other side of the restaurant and we tried a few different things off the menu snd they were delicious and definitely recommend. They serve Pakistani and American infused menu. Service was good not too bad for the first day open. The hookah was on point! Tasted really good like it should, nice clean ambiance. We had a good time. It's a nice chill spot and not so loud. We were able to relax and talk. They told us they will have their outdoors up and running too once the weather gets warmer. Definitely a spot to check out and good prices."
