"Awesome subs. Be wary of the old bay seasoned tater tots. They are addicting. Plus lots of beer choices."
"This is definitely a go to restaurant for an experience that you probably would not have anticipated, but definitely need! We tried a little bit of everything, but it really blew me away was the calamari which is going to be an exceptional pic for your taste buds and the octopus quesadilla something I never would've thought to order but definitely will order again! The restaurant was clean and the staff was so warm and inviting. They make sure to make great recommendations and did not guide me wrong."
"Wandering around Union Market, this vendor caught my eyes so I gave them a try. An empanada costs $6 each, which is pretty steep in price. I did their 3 Empanada Combo ($17), although $1 in savings is not much, but allowed me to try a variety of their offerings. My favorite is the Argentinian Chorizo. The Beef Empanada is pretty standard from other empanadas I've had. The Chicken Empanada has some nice flavoring to it with bell peppers, onions, garlic & spices."
"Peruvian Brothers is not a hotel-only restaurant. They are a fastish-food place, a bit of a chain, a bit modern, so I'm not convinced they're fully authentic. But I enjoyed the meal experience overall. We went up to order and there is a digital kiosk. As my friend was entering his order, one of the employees said I could place my order directly with him. Perfect! All set with my chicken saltado, asked about the option for noodles but that would have replaced the potatoes and rice and I didn't want to do that. Before my dinner came out, another guy came over to me to explain they were out of white rice. Is yellow rice okay? Pro tip: Ask for yellow rice instead of rice. It's excellent, with veggies mixed in. Phenomenal with the spicy sauce, or if you're not a spice hound, the green sauce.Upon going back up to the counter to pick up my food (called by name if you order in the kiosk, buzzed if you order in person: Meat was good. Maybe a little light on chicken, but a satisfying meal overall. You see my friend got gigantic empanadas, but you pay more than other places for that bigger size. As for the taste, I'm not sure. The crust is good, not perfect, but the little bits of meat I tried seemed a bit sweet and light on fragrant herbs and spices. I didn't have a full empanada myself so I can't confirm, but the beef seemed better than the chicken and he agreed. The ceviche looked really good, comes with corn kernels of both huge and crisp varieties (that and a bit of the sauce is all I tried). So it goes back to - how Peruvian is this? How much do you want a sit-down meal vs. a counter order? Do you want a dark ambiance or a bright modern one? For now, and with my friend's repeated enjoyment, I will award a solid 4 stars and see if that changes should we return."

I've been coming back here and eating their cheesesteak sandwiches. It is quite good and very satisfying. Seems this place and other beer store delis are getting some great reviews about their cheesesteaks in MoCo Support restaurants group page in FB and I can see why. They also have beer on the tap and before covid, a smaller indoor seating. This place is like a smalller version of downtown Crown Beer and Wine store, but with a whole lot more of food options!I really like their beer selections and many local breweries beer are here too. Haven't shopped here for wine yet, just beer. They have an expanded outdoor tent with seating, since the inside seating has been removed.

Very good! I thought the food was tasty and margs were delicious.More fajita options would be great and more things could be on the plate to put on the fajitas (lettuce, sour cream, guac, rice).

If you're walking around Union Station, can't decide what to eat, look no further. These empanadas a deeelish. Service can be slow if understaffed but that's almost everywhere these days so know that if all the places in Union Station, here is one of the best places to wait on. You also have the option to buy cheaper by buying frozen and heating at home. While I liked all flavors, I liked the vegetarian ones the most. There's something about the sweet corn and the spinach and cheese that's just... chef's kiss level. Also the chimichurri sauce! Owner is super friendly!

This food is bomb idc idc idc. My boyfriend and I both got the Chicken Saltado after I begged to try this place after seeing it on my walks. The restaurant decor isn't anything to write home about--pretty standard for the neighborhood. The menu is simple, the price is reasonable, and I love that I got a crazy number of sauces to try (without knowing the names of any of them). There's an aioli/mayo that went really well with the potatos, and honestly the whole bowl is carb heaven. It's a touch spicy but mostly flavorful. My only critique is that we waited quite a while for the food but since it came hot and tasty I let it slide.

This is a new food option in terminal B. There is one of these in the Miami airport too. I heard other customers complaining about the price on my second visit but I knew, they are really good. Better than the other breakfast options, and they have an espresso machine. The americano was very good and what brought me back a second time.

I got a pesto and cheese and Nutella empanada! I love that the empanadas are stamped on the borders with what is inside--no more mixing up empanadas! Delicious, hot, and perfectly flavorful.

Delicious! We loved everything we ordered and the buffalo cauliflower and the meatballs were especially good. We'll be coming back again and again.

"They replaced the Starbucks near Terminal D escalators with this Half Moon Empanadas a few months ago and I love empanadas, so I stopped in one morning for an empanada. They have a huge selection of savory and several sweet flavors to choose from. The young lady working the counter was very friendly, so I asked her which was better between spinach or spicy chicken and she said spicy chicken was her favorite, so I went with it.They're slightly pricey, at $7 each, but they're packed and a decent size. This spicy chicken empanada was great! Nice flavors and not too spicy, just a slight kick. The dough was very good and the whole thing stayed together nicely without falling apart. It also wasn't greasy at all.Really good empanadas here!"
"They are located next to Marshalls. You can order at the kiosk or they'll take your order. I ordered one shrimp and one chicken empanada. The shrimp one was seasoned good but their chicken one was ok. Im not a fan of bay leaves being in the mixture. I had never had a bay leaf stuffed inside an empanada. The empanadas seem that they are baked, their shell is labeled with the type of empanada you're getting. It as like a sweet taste. I've also see that they have saltenas, I'll try next time. The ladies that work there seem nice. They are very small. So seating is very limited. Plan on taking it to go."
"I picked up lunch for my mom and I and everything was incredible! We tried the empanadas, ravioli and cheesecake. Everything was very flavorful and the portions were generous. Will definitely be coming back here often!"
"Great to see a new Argentine empanada spot in Alexandria, conveniently close to Arlington! The empanadas also travel well via UberEats.I tried a variety and enjoyed them all. The spicy beef had a nice kick, caprese tasted like margherita pizza, and the fugazzeta was reminiscent of a white pizza--very good. The jamon & queso was delicious, with just the right amount of salt and a satisfying chunk of unmelted mozzarella in the middle. Both the fried and baked empanadas were great, but I preferred the baked ones overall.Definitely worth stopping by to try for yourself!"
