Watch your tabs at this establishment, LGBTQ community. I was sober and got my friend a beer and myself a cranberry soda water and the total was $16 and I tipped 3 dollars. I was charged fraudulently for $30. Management was notified via email and they replied a week letter stating they would respond and investigate and never heard back from them. I know it's not much money but watch your bank accounts. This place is a disgrace and takes advantage of folks that are patronizing customers.

Visiting the area from NJ/NYC and writing this while I'm still here. I was told to come here by a bartender at another local bar if I wanted to keep the party going late. Came through and my god, what an absolutely divine place. For context, it's a Sunday night and somehow this place is still going on strong and hard. I usually HATE remixes of classic songs, but DJ Popperz here figured out a way to give me the best remixes of Britney's "Toxic" and Whitney's rendition of "I'm Every Woman" that I've ever heard. If locations with music so loud that you can't have conversations are not your thing, obviously this isn't your place. If you're looking for a ridiculously good time? BUNKER is the spot!

Love the space (All things considering since space can be limited in the city). Love the rotation of different themes and djs each week. It definitely feels like a bunker that's underground.. my only wish is that they should offer WiFi because Verizon doesn't get cellular service in there.

Music isn't the best, I would hope there's a better EDM gay scene in DC but it's always the same house/opening DJ and they aren't the best or know how to get the crowd going. The headliners are a mixed batch, but nothing to rave about from the several times I've been there. DC needs more queer dancing spaces like NYC has, but this besides flash and 9:30 club (which aren't gay) are the only options.

Great space but for f&@$s sake wtf is wrong w the DC EDM scene? Same crappy overplayed mashups. The space deserves much better music...there's sooo much of it it's almost as if the goal is NOT to play any. Friday night felt like a 90's middle school dance got hijacked by a "cool mom" from Woodbridge who gets her steps in every day.

Bunker club is a pops off if you like DJ dance club vibe. The bar tenders are friendly, the staff is always willing to do what it takes to allow for a good time, and it overall passes the vibe check. The place has a funky style and is decorated in an eclectic fashion that provides a great environment to let loose. If you're an uptight this place isn't for you... BUT if you like to dance and vibe all night to DJ sets, you will fit right in.

Definitely recommend stopping by. The bar manager was able to help locate my things. Very helpful and I think this was an isolated incident from a now former employee. I appreciate the time and attention I was shown.
