Buffalo & Bergen - Cleveland Park

Buffalo and Bergen, a New York-style bagel shop, is a new addition to Cleveland Park's Main Street. There are two other locations in Capitol Hill and Union Market. This place took almost a year to open, so I was excited to try it, especially since I lived in NY and am still in search of a good bagel place here. The inside is cute and modern, with a moderate amount of seating. I ordered online and my food was ready in about 10 minutes. I ordered: The latkes: they came with bourbon applesauce and crème fraîche. These were delicious- crispy on the outside, and tender on the inside. I think I preferred them with the bourbon applesauce. Breakfast Reuben: pastrami, brisket, a fried egg, sauerkraut, Swiss cheese, and Russian dressing. I ordered it with an everything bagel. It was good, it came with a generous amount of meat, and the brisket was flavorful. I got two meals out of it. Overall, I enjoyed my bagel sandwich and latkes, and am looking forward to try this new addition to Cleveland Park again!

Beautiful Space, friendly staff!! Quon was soooo kind and Friendly answered all my questions and made me an amazing vanilla chi!! say Hi to him!! They have Tumeric Lattes!!! Hello!!!!! And a Lavender Latte ... so def go!!!

Was very busy on a Sunday afternoon. The decor and vibe are nice but may have to wait for a table. The latkes were very good and a good size. The bagel sandwiches are fresh and tasty. The French toast bagel is a great sweet dessert!
