Brothers Bistro is a roomy, sleek Vietnamese restaurant in Springfield offering a large menu of rice, noodle, and specialty dishes.Oddly, I have yet to try their pho because of all the other dishes they have that are uncommon at the average Vietnamese restaurant such as com thit nuong (grilled pork and broken rice), quail and hu tieu chim cut (egg noodle soup), and clay pots.Service is friendly, attentive, and quick, and the food quality and portions are always consistent. The ingredients and cooking styles are all authentic and leave me satisfied. Recommend coming with a group of folks to try a variety of their dishes since some are hard to find!

Brothers Bistro is a consistent hit every time I visit! The food is always fantastic, and the quality never disappoints. While all the dishes are great, I highly recommend the Cơm Tấm Đặc Biệt. It's a standout! The rice dish is not only flavorful but also generous with its side dishes, making it a well-rounded and satisfying meal. The atmosphere is inviting, and the service is always friendly and attentive. Whether you're a first-timer or a regular, this spot always delivers. If you're looking for a delicious and consistent dining experience, Brothers Bistro should definitely be on your list!

We had a hankering for Vietnamese food and wanted to try a place we had not before.Walking into the place, we liked the decor - had a fairly distinctly modern look, and plenty of seating available. we were greeted and could sit down anywhere. They speak Vietnamese here so feel free to order in that or English if you prefer. Or point to the great pictures in their menu - which is very beautiful. Our food came out pretty quickly and really hot the spot - definitely get the dac biet versions of what you want!

My family's new favorite place to eat in Springfield! This place has delicious Vietnamese Food at a price that's competitive to other local Vietnamese restaurants in the area. Upon walking in, the décor is nothing new if you have ever been to a Vietnamese Restaurant. Very plain colored walls surround the area with Vietnamese music playing the background. It's something to expect but the music is very calming. The menu is extensive and covered to popular dishes like Pho, Bo Luc Lac, Bún bò Huế, Cơm tấm, Banh xeo, and many more. We started off with Chả Giò which is pretty much Spring Rolls with Ground Pork, Crab Meat, Shrimp served with fish sauce and vegetables. It was pretty delicious and it came out fast too! What I got for this visit is Cơm Tấm Đặc Biệt. It's like a special rice dish with a grilled pork chop, shrimp paste fried in a tofu wrap, a fried egg, shredded pork, a shrimp roll on chinese sausage, and of course more vegetables with fish sauce. It is absolutely my favorite and it's just best if you pour all the fish sauce. Adds extra unami to your dish. It was delicious!I can't say much about the service because the server was able to take our order quickly but we knew what we wanted. They did refill our water cups numerous times so I do think it's a plus.Would I recommend this place? Absolutely. It is always delightful to try more Vietnamese food in my hometown!Check this place out if you are in Springfield!

Good quality pho, clean ambiance, and kind staff! Solid pho for around $15 a bowl. I got my usual Pho Tai that hit the spot on a cold November evening. While we came in at 5PM the broth seemed a little bland, the toppings and meat were all quite fresh and paired well together. Great drink deals and in a convenient location!

It's hard to find authentic Vietnamese food in the DMV area, but this place is definitely the best I found so far. We ordered a few dishes and everything was great.- Goi cuon: I found the pork to be a bit chewy, but it tasted good otherwise- Bun thit nuong: This is one of my favorite dishes, and they make it very well. You can really taste the lemongrass in it.- Banh xeo: It's rare to find a place that can make it without getting soggy, but they can. It comes with rice paper so you can make your own rolls. It was very tasty. The crepe itself could have been a bit crispier, but so good nonetheless- Tom rim man (caramelized shrimp): This dish was very tasty. The sauce was incredible and had the right amouny of spice.Overall, it's a bit of a drive for me, but 100% worth it

I had heard great things about Brothers and couldn't wait to try the food here. I must say the food here lived up to the hype. The interior is nothing special, very basic, but that's not why you come here. The shrimp summer rolls we started off with were so good, the wrappers come out dry and you dip them in water to soften just enough before you roll your own. This took a bit of instruction from our server to get the texture just right, but there is nothing like a fresh wrapped summer roll to start your meal! The pho here was a hit, delicious broth with heaps of noodles. The brisket and tai were tender and melted in your mouth. We also ordered the fish and shrimp hot pot, which was the highlight of our meal. The sauce they cooked this in (I think mostly black bean with carmelized sugar and soy) was delightful. The fish was super tender and went beautifully with some white rice.Overall we had a fantastic lunch at Brothers. Every dish was executed perfectly and the service is friendly and attentive. I can't wait to let more of my friends know about this hidden gem.

One of my favorite viet spots in Springfield offering more than just pho! Since we're coming from MD, driving to Eden center can be a lot so this location is perfect. Quality of food is super fresh. Service is also always good and really fast. The price point is also very fair too for what you get! Lastly, the restaurant feels very cozy and a great place to bring family.

Great Vietnamese spot for lunch, I got the bánh hỏi đặc biệt. Required a little work to eat for a work lunch lol, but I love the fresh veggies and the seafood that comes with it.
