Boro Kabob

I can't believe I haven't been coming here sooner! Everything is made fresh with high quality ingredients. When I placed my order, they asked me so many preferences like how cooked do I want the kabobs, what kind of bread do I want, how much rice/salad do I want, do I prefer roasted tomatoes or roasted veggies, and so on. This showed me everything is made right then and there and that the staff cares- I could customize my order exactly to my liking.I shared the combo #3 kabob platter which consists of chicken and koobideh kabob. The food arrived within 10-15 minutes. It was more than enough food to share between two people. The food was delicious and fresh with a big portion! I appreciate that since many other kabob places I know skimp on the salad, chutneys, or other sides. The interior is welcoming, but the shop is a little small. It is clean with decorative interior. I think I found myself a new place to go to for Persian style kabobs! Next time I'll be sure to try their Shawarma options and other items!

Boro Kabob is a great place for delicious Mediterranean cuisine. I've been there in the past to get kabob dinners to go. It's a little hole jn the wall that could be overlooked with it between an Indian restaurant, a Papa Johns and a Korean restaurant. I decided to stop in and order a beef shawarma tonight. The guy behind the counter was so polite and friendly. The restaurant has limited seating but no one was there so I opted to stay and enjoy my meal there. The shawarma was SO flavorful!! It came with the white sauce drizzled on top but I got some (not spicy ) red sauce on the side and it complemented the meat just right. I'm not sure if the guy behind the counter was the owner or manager, but brought my order to me and then checked on me after I started early to see if enjoyed it. I was in heaven. The meat was tender and flavorful and the sandwich overall was juicy. Another man came to check to see if I was enjoying my neal. I appreciated their attentiveness. I was in heaven. I got the shawarma with regular fries, which were hot and thick cut. It was nice to eat hot, crispy fries. The desserts are excellent too. I'm a big fan of baklava and they had walnut and pistachio varieties. The walnut baklava was cut into 4 little pieces and they were perfect to share. I also took home the espresso creme brulee. That was also a big hit. If you want some delicious Mediterranean food, try Boto Kabob. Great people and tasty dishes!

Update: they have a new spicy garlic sauce, which is perfect with the Impossible Kabob platter!!!

The lady at the cashier was super sweet to us. We ordered the lamb kabobs platter (which is huge) and the beef sandwich which was flavorful. The prices here are higher than what I'm used to but everything seems really good quality. The pistachio desserts were very good and the best thing were the fried flaky Spanish pies which were phenomenal.

This place was a GREAT find. I live in Annapolis & I wanted to meet a friend from Germantown halfway, so we chose Columbia based upon geography. Boro Kebab is a cute & clean place, convenient from major highways, and the food is delicious! It is tucked into the corner of the little strip mall. We both ordered the chicken kebab platter, with 1/2 rice and 1/2 salad. The salads came out first, and they were a generous size. The chicken kebabs were perfect--tender and juicy. There was plenty of rice, grilled tomatoes, red onions, and pita bread. It felt like a feast. I finished every bite. The fellow at the front counter was very friendly. I will be back for sure. Check this place out.

First Persian restaurant in Columbia!! Stumbled across the place while in the area and the owner was so sweet along with the rest of the staff. They were great and constantly checking in to make sure we enjoyed our meal! Portions were huge(!!) and very delicious, with a well-rounded veggies/protein/carbs serving. If you join their rewards program/app, you can get a discount on your first meal

Our first visit to Boro Kabob. The food is delicious and the service was very pleasant and helpful. Sunny and Angela worked the counter and couldn't be nicer. We enjoyed all the food and would like to see better cutlery. The plastic provided isn't the best for cutting through the meat. The dining area is small but cute. We came at an off time so not crowded. We split the wings - 6 at $13...good but extremely pricey. Wouldn't get those again for that price. The combo #3 was $27 and was very good but again super pricey, especially for one person eating with plastic on paper plates. We had a 20% coupon and saved $8 which was more palatable at $32 total. Apparently there is a mobile app that earns rewards and has special pricing. Still up in the air on downloading it due to prices. With that said, the food and service were very good. Give it try and decide for yourself.

Food is so delicious!! I always have zucchini fries they are so good!! Their lamb shawarma was so good and their truffle fries also great. Food is super flavorful (also taste super fresh) and juicy. Best Persian food I've ever had. Customer is also great super nice and attentive people.

I cannot say enough positive things about this place. Besides the food being excellent the owners are super nice and accommodating. I had a minor misunderstanding with their App and the owners went above and beyond to remedy. This is by far my favorite kabob place. Very excited about the new store opening in Ellicott City.

Came here on a whim. The food and service were fantastic! We had the chicken kabobs and beef kabobs. Generous portions. Took half of it to go after stuffing our faces. Probably some of the best chicken kabobs I've ever had. Staff was attentive. my only complaint is that the seating is a little awkward. It's a small place so when the door opened we could really feel the cold air. However that won't prevent us from coming back!
