Bonchon

I would give zero stars if I could because I arrived to pickup an order my husband placed and there is no Bonchon here. It's not a real restaurant. Of course, when my husband called to try to figure out what was going on, nobody answered the phone.This is a nasty money grab and it's disgusting that Bonchon keeps it running. It's sad because we were really big fans of proper Bonchon but since it seems they've tainted their name and begun defrauding customers, I don't think we can ever eat their food again--not even in another location.

I paid a lot of money and received vile food. I posted honest review pointing how this location is sus and doesn't seem real. Instead of addressing it they got it taken down. Back to the food. It was nothing like any other bonchon location.Food poisoning.

Bad customer service via DoorDash, ordered at 4:56 pm and it's now 6:27 pm and the dasher is still waiting on my food. I should have reviewed the reviews first.

I ordered from the website and unfortunately, this location serviced my order. The "call us if you have any questions" phone number listed in the order receipt goes to an automated message telling customers to try the website, instead. There is no human to contact at this location. Also, none of the BonChon stores WITH humans have any contact info for this location, either. Shame on them for putting corporation over brand. This BS can burn a brand down.My food showed up a few hours late, delivered by a person who did not speak. The food was ice cold and time-stamped to match on the receipt. The delivery guy said via text "there was a delay" when I asked him in person why the food was so old, wet, late, cold, inedible, etc. I have no way of getting a refund because there is no phone number to call.I filed a complaint via their website but no one ever got back to me, so now I've filed a consumer complaint against Bonchon with the DC consumer protection division. Late food is one thing, fake contact numbers are something else.

my door dasher waited an hour for my food and then they cancelled the order. waste of time on all ends. very disappointing, i wish i read the reviews.

My boyfriend and I ordered from here last night. The chicken was undercooked and he got sick. We ordered from uber eats which came pretty quick but the food was soggy and for $54 it just was not worth it. The sweet tea was missing and the pickled radish smelled rancid.

DO NOT ORDER HERE! My usual for many years at Bonchon has been the 8pcs strips and even though they are pricey, the strips are huge and last me 2 days. I ordered from here earlier today and was extremely disappointed to receive chicken strips sooo thin and small I thought it was some wet napkins. The strips are usually the width of my palm (almost cutlet shaped) they also had little to no sauce and were wet and white. If you respect food and want to enjoy a nice meal DO NOT order here. AND the building itself is just some concrete square. No humans to be seen, just food coming out of a window for drivers.

This is the third time we have received food from this location. The first time was less than good. The second time they gave us something that is not even listed on their menu, nasty chicken nuggets with no sauce. The third time I asked for half-and-half and they gave us all super spicy. I literally cannot even eat it. I love Bonchon and get it often back home, but this location is absolute trash. I am beyond disappointed. One time is a fluke. Three times in a row is who they are.

Worst Bonchon I ever had! I ordered several time cause nearly. However they chicken never crunch super soft not like bonchon quality

not a real kitchen, three drivers cancelled our delivery after waiting 20 minutes each. glad we didn't get our food from this location since it seems like others got food poisoning.
