Boardwalk Fresh Burgers & Fries

We ordered some burgers for delivery and they arrived warm. They definitely cook things to order and ingredients seem fresh. It feels like a simple and honest build... not trying to be some high end gastro-pub experience. The prices seem fair and if you can capitalize on some of the promotions they offer it's a great value. Realistically, this gets a 5 star from me because it has a very classic and nostalgic taste. I could nitpick they could season a little more, but if you build your burger you can essentially flavor it the way you want.I would put this in the family dinner category. I would go here over Fosters Grill because Foster's char burger is definitely over charred.

A step down from 5 guys. Meat Patties just didn't have as much flavor. You can taste the different quality of meat. Fries were too flimsy. I though the bun was too flaky. Bacon was underwhelming.

$22 for a cheesesteak with NO fries. Add another $6.50 for small fries.... or $10 for medium... if you want a drink another 2.50 for a can of soda. $30 for one person just seems so ridiculous for a take out restaurant.

I haven't been to Boardwalk Fries in roughly two years, but when they announced that they'd be closing up this location at the end of this month, I knew I had to pay one more visit. Thankfully, their doors are only closing temporarily; they'll be back up and running on 1033 W Glebe Road as a ghost kitchen in March.The food doesn't blow me away, but it's consistent and they have deals every day of the week. So while I'll miss dining in, at least they're not completely going away.

Came here for the first time after living in area for years (not a fast food person) and the burgers are nice!Came here for a quick snack with a friend and was surprised how clean and fresh everything seemed to be. I got a regular cheeseburger and my friend got fries. She ordered a burger too but it was lost in translation or something. No biggie. The food overall was decent for a fast food location. No issues overall. As with inflation, everything seems way more expensive than it was 5 years ago. Oh well!

Drove by in the morning, wife said lunch on way home. Bright & airy, clean dining area with plenty of seating. Friendly enough staff, was going to do burgers, but it was 1/2 price Cheese-Steak day so rolled with one of each. Food was served hot, fries were delicious (way more than expected) - nicely seasoned. The Cheese-Steak was pretty good, nice flavor & plenty of meat. The Hamburger was average, not as good as expected based on the Awards. It was not bad, but not great. Might be back for 1/2 price Cheese-Steaks & fries.

As a "first time customer" I was unimpressed about the fries and cheesesteak.. I noticed that they had "precooked" meat on the grill.. and the French fries were incredibly greasy.. the place was very clean and the employees were very cordial

I like Boardwalk Fries. Food is always good, place is clean, friendly service. A bit pricey comparatively speaking to other fast food restaurants. Daily specials, however.Suggestions: Sometimes it seems like they make it hard to enjoy the food.- Cut the subs in half- Put a bottle of Malt Vinegar out rather than pre-filled cups.- Ketchup dispenser instead of ketchup packets- Salt and pepper shakers rather than packets.- Put fries in a cup like they do at the boardwalk.- Shouldn't have to ask for hot peppers on a sub once you already ask for everything.

Food is good, my only issue with this place is that it is EXTREMELY OVERPRICED. Its crazy.Only time I will come here is to take part in their daily specials (i.e half priced burgers on Monday.. etc). Other than that, no.
