Their Nashville Hot Chicken Sammy is a standout--crispy, bursting with flavor, and just the right amount of heat. The truffle parmesan fries? Absolutely addictive, especially when paired with the chipotle sauce. Tried this place and it's good. Great service from the staff. I got a Nashville chicken sandwich with chipotle aioli and cheddar cheese w/ Cajun fries. Fries are spicy, but good. Sandwich was a little too spicy for me, I had to add ketchup lol next time I'll try a regular chicken sandwich. Few tables inside, nice little spot.

First of all, I have been to this location several times and never once in the last five years have I've been disappointed. It is really the only place where you can get a real burger cooked to order and it is not smashed. It is just delicious. My wife likes the freaking good chicken sandwich again a star With fresh avocado and tender, juicy fried chicken.Now it's time to talk about Marquis and his staff. They are just exemplary. That's all I can say. The restaurant is super clean and the operation is just about as good as it gets in this business. Just wanted to thank them for always rising above and beyond my expectations and provide me with an unbelievably great lunch or dinner experience .

Big Buns-Mclean, is the newest addition to this great franchise.Located in a shopping center with plenty of free parking, Big Buns store is clean but with a much tighter space.Because of the store size, it seems like this location can get quite busy and fill up fast, but Big Buns keeps it moving! I placed my order to go, and it was ready within 10 mins...and I was even able to enjoy my cookie butter milkshake while I waited for my food.FYI..their milkshakes are phenomenal, and I must admit that their fried chicken sandwiches are among my faves in the area.I had their fries before, and they're nothing special (disclaimer: i received that particular order by 3rd party delivery, and the fries were cold), but I do like their fried Brussel sprouts, which comes with bacon jam and sriracha sauce. The customer service was also very friendly on my visit and my experience with Big Buns has been overall professional and service-oriented. One time, I called to express my concern about my milkshake (on 3 separate occasions) not being received with my food delivery. The Service representative was apologetic for my experience, and offered me a $25 gift card. They also explained that its expected for customers/delivery persons to retrieve their beverages from the small refrigerator.So just a heads up, if you place a to-go order (online) make sure you (or your delivery person) picks up all beverages from the refrigerator that's located next to the soda/fountain drink machine, prior to leaving. Overall, I highly recommend!

Stopped by today for a bite to eat while waiting for friends. The store was pretty busy at 6:30pm on a Wednesday night, Store is a typical modern fast food place. Order: 2 Angus Peppercorn crusted burgers medium + garlic Parmesan fries + 1 fountain drink . Total: $47.88 + $5 tip (they clean up so I felt bad not leaving a tip)The burger was moist and cooked properly. The initial bite was ok. Got a big taste of "bland beef" in first bite. As the second and third bites followed, taste was much better. There was many areas of salt and areas of bland which leads me to think they don't season or mix well. It is definitely juicy and it went everywhere. If you don't eat your burger fast enough, bun will get soggy. Seems like they didn't let the burger rest for a minute before placing on bun. Parmesan garlic fries has fresh garlic and if you like garlic, you'll love these fries. Overall, we would return here for sure. It was rated 8/10 for the meal however that is a pretty expensive tab for the meal . It's close to not be worth the amount. The burger $13.99 plus $1 for pickles . Parmesan fries $8.99. Some including myself may find this a little too pricey for fast food. Although we didn't enjoy any, most of the patrons were enjoying draft beer and alcoholic milkshakes. By the way, they have happy hour 3-6pm which may be why they were quite busy .

Excellent burgers, fries, and shakes. If i'm gonna eat food on the "greasier" side of things, this is what I expect. Great quality and taste burger. Would return.

This is a new place in McLean with apparently many other locations around northern Virginia. Excited to try the burgers based on their story. https://www.eatbigbuns.com/our-story. Well I did think the burgers were good, but maybe not reaching exceptional level. The flavorful toppings were nice and did add texture and flavor but again not exceptional in my opinion. The place was new and exceptionally clean, the service was attentive and friendly for sure. This is a great addition to a rather boring McLean dining scene to be honest. Though they will be battling Z burger for survival now. Truffle fries were average- but not like Randy's Steakhouse in Tyson's ( ok different level). Nice variety on menu though and I love the TV and draft beer to make it more fun to hang out. Give it a try it's worth it. Burgers are $15 ish! So it's definitely focused on unique styles quality burgers. I think it's pretty darn good but pricey for sure.

Great burgers and fries. Friendly efficient staff. Quality worth the price. They were helpful in taking the order and kept the table area clean

When I first starting going here I would have given the place a 5 but they no longer serve rare or at a minimum med rare burgers. The last 2 times I have been there the burger was medium. No pink or red.This is unacceptable at a place that prides itself on gourmet burgers. It is unlikely, i will go back. Will go to Great American Restaurants where I can get a rare burger with better quality meat.

There seemed to be two managers on duty...both were polite...our made to order burgers did not come as requested. Husband asked for no pickles, but with onions...he received the reverse, similar with mine. I spoke with one of the two gentlemen in charge, he pulled up the order, read it to the line cooks... the order was taken properly, but the staff either wasn't reading or not paying attention. The flavored lemonades were lacking in lemon...just tasted like sugar water. Asked for extra crispy fries, they did not come as so. Two stars for polite staff..otherwise, pretty darn expensive for not hitting the mark on the orders....also, while we were dining, only ourselves and one other patron at the end of the meal, we could smell cigarette smoke, and it was not coming from any of the three of us.
