Beijing Restaurant

Food was okay. Service was quick. Restaurant gave me a not so comfortable impression. Customer service was okay.

This place is one of my main go to's for Chinese fried chicken wings! And general tso chicken.

The food was earlier than expected so it was still hot. Tasted great. I forgot to take a photo of everything. But we will order from them again.

I think the food is good but the mannerisms on the phone smhDon't talk over the customer regardless if you have other calls and then get the order wrong smdh

This establishment is dirty, and filthy. I had to take my orange chicken back because it taste like it had dirt and grit on it along with overly burnt orange peels. The guy preparing the food did not have on gloves or mask and he was preparing food with his coat on. This is the reason why we in this whole situation now with covid. It's extremely important to practice safety measures when dealing with food. I will never order from this establishment again. They need to throw the whole building away so nasty and filthy

If I could give them half a star I would. Placed an order with them on 10/14/2015 @6:45pm. The minimum for delivery is 25.00. My order was for $41.00. We were having a variety. It was going to be our first time trying them. At 8pm, order still hadn't arrived. I called and the lady said they were on the way. I only live 3 miles away, so no problem. At 8:20, they still hadn't arrived. My family is pretty hungry so I give them other options. They don't want to wait. I call Beijing to cancel our order. They ask for "five more minutes". I tell them I'm not calling back, if the driver hasn't arrived in 5 minutes, I will not accept the order. I give him 10 minutes. Still hasn't arrived. I call for Pizza.At 8:37pm, Beijing driver rings the doorbell. I politely tell him we are not accepting the order. Almost 2 hrs later. .. wowThere are too many options for Chinese food in this area. Beijing will NEVER be a consideration for us again.

This is my favorite Chinese/American take out/delivery restaurant. They will cook items to your request or liking if asked. They have awesome egg foo yung, kung po chicken, and awesome fried dumplings. Really everything I've eaten on their menu us fantastic. The staff is friendly and their delivery service is really fast plus your food arrives steaming hot. A definite gem to have in the vast array of restaurants in the Waldorf area.

This place has delivered to my home for YEARS.. YEARS and now all of a sudden 3 miles is to far for these stupid fuckers to drive. The customer service sucks and the food has gone down hill. I would recommend EASTERNS CHINESE CARRY OUT IN LAPLATA worth the drive there to be treated like an actual person

I have been ordering from this place for 3 years and recently experienced the WORST customer service I have ever received. I called for delivery for orange chicken, shrimp and broccoli, 3 wings and rice, and 2 eggs rolls. Once the order was delivered and I went to check my food I had chicken and broccoli instead of shrimp and broccoli. I immediately called and was totally disrespected by the woman who took my order. She rudely stated I did not order shrimp and broccoli and I need to speak clearly. She then said the food will be replaced but it will be 45 minutes because they are busy and immediately hung up on me. I then went to eat my egg roll and noticed those were missing too. Instead of calling back I went to the restaurant where I was then discriminated against and called a liar. The woman who works there said I was lying I'm because the egg rolls were in the bag. I told her I had no reason to lie because I spend lots of money there. She continue to be disrespectful then told me I could take my money to another restaurant. I simply asked for an apology for their mistake and she yelled at me saying no you made the mistake. I then walked out and I will NEVER eat there again. They are the rudest most non customer service people I have ever met! DONT spend your money here they don't know how to treat people. They couldn't even nicely accommodate a loyal customer.

Okay if you want steak and cheese and American style food but when you order Chinese, they screw up royally. Ordered General Tso chicken, with the upgraded fried rice (instead of white rice) and steamed dumplings. I got Kung Pao chicken with white rice and fried dumplings. Told them about the mix up and argued with the girl for about 30 seconds before she pulled up the order. Guess what? I was right. Told me it'd be ready in 15-20 minutes. Uhh... I ordered it online, so I wouldn't have to wait. Told her never mind. I'd take my business elsewhere.
