Food was 10/10 as far as presentation, flavor, and freshness goes. The pisco sours were also 2 for 1 and were tasty and refreshing. It's only outdoor seating sometimes so just beware of that. It took a whiiiile to get out food but it was lowkey worth it. Definitely would come here to try some other dishes. I got the ceviche mixto which was so beautiful and equally delicious. The girls working were also so nice and overall the weather was good so great dining experience. They even tried to get us some off menu things. Oh also the menus are in Spanish so ask for English if you feel more comfy. Try it pls it was so yummy !

I absolutely love this hidden gem located off 355, the parking can be tight at times so please be mindful when traveling here. I was seated by the bar area in this small establishment & given a menu in all Spanish so make sure you bring a Google translator if you are not Spanish speaking. The server was also helpful in explaining what each menu item entails because it will only state the name of the plate but no details on what ingredients are included, that's the only downside, but it had many wonderful pictures of ceviches to display. I ordered the Ceviche Mixto & unexpectedly took 25 min for the ceviche to arrive but I believe it took that long since the raw seafood needs to be cooked in the juices first. The sweet potato was a plus being paired with the octopus, tilapia, clams, shrimp, mussel ceviche. In addition, there was "Maiz cancha or maiz mote" toppings which are large, cold corn kernels and toasted kernels.. not a big fan of the roasted ones because they are dry Look, I am not sure what other ingredients are used in the chicha morada other than purple corn but it's very tasty, not too sweet either compared to tamarind or marañon. I would definitely come back to try more Peruvian cuisine.

Their weekday lunch specials is amazing. For $14, you get 1 appetizer, 1 entree & 1 soda. The lunch menu's filling & changes daily with lots of options. And ceviche's always 1 of the options there! All the food I've tried so far are enjoyable. Their ceviche's absolutely fresh & delicious here - always our favorite. This restaurant's located inside beer & wine store. It's rather cramped & the service can be slower. Language barrier can also be an issue, especially since their lunch menu changes daily & has no English translation. However, the workers're friendly & patient enough to always explain them 1 by 1. Highly recommended!!!

I insist with the ceviche and leche de tigre being the strongest dishes on their menu. I also still consider that you need to go with an open and flexible mind as there's always (seriously, always) something wrong. It looks that they continue to struggle with the flow in their kitchen because the food keeps on going out at different times. I was there with other 5 people yesterday. We ordered four ceviches and a leche de tigre, one ceviche came out and the other three came out about twenty minutes after and the leche came ten minutes after that. Also, keep in mind that wether you like it or not, they'll charge you an 18% fee for the service and an additional percentage if you pay with credit card, even if you pay cash!!! So be mindful of this and always check your receipt and your bank account afterwards. They've charged me twice in two occasions. Two stars because going to a restaurant where the only worthy thing is the ceviche/leche and you have to be mindful of all the other negative components might not be very worthy of your time.

The place is very small and parking is limited. The food was really good!I got a causa limena de pollo, the only thing I did not like was that it had olive sauce on top but that is just my preference. Other than that it was really good!My husband got leche de Tigre chop (mild) and it was really good, it had fish, shrimp on top. My husband also got seco la norteña, I am from the northern part of Peru a city called Piura and this dish was really good The Anticuchos were a 4, I felt like it had a weird texture to it but the taste was delicious. I would give it 3 star but the food gave made it 4.

I'm so grateful that Barra Brava exists. The food is outstanding. I particularly recommend the lomo saltado - it's flavorful, tender, and cooked to perfection. The ceviche is also amazing - fresh, zesty, and bursting with flavor. And let's not forget about the alfajores - they're so good, I could eat them every day.My Pinay sweetie works down the street, and she often grabs orders to-go for me. The staff is always friendly and accommodating, and they answer whatever questions she has. If you're looking for a hearty meal, Barra Brava is the place to be.

I will give the food a four-star, but a two-star to the service and to the overall experience. In my opinion, it's super overpriced considering that you're eating in a parking lot next to the noisy road of 355. The service in the attention to the costumer is poor. We asked for maracuyá juice bottle which is the amount of about a liter, they try to make it look real or natural, but it wasn't natural and taste bad and they charge me almost $15. Then we ask for water, the waiter acted surprise, bring us three small bottles of water and charge us about six dollars! So about $21 to have something to drink while we ate.The food is good, super overprice and poor attention to the customer!

This is my third visit to this restaurant over the past four years. My experiences have varied: the first time, the food was a bit salty; the second time, everything was perfect. Unfortunately, this time, the food was both too spicy and too salty.I ordered the classic ceviche de pescado, and my daughter had the ceviche mixto. We both requested medium spice, but what we received was uncomfortably spicy. Although the dishes were still edible, the saltiness increased as we ate, making it difficult to finish. I managed to eat about three-quarters of my dish, while my daughter could only eat a third of hers. While I understand that spice levels can be adjusted by requesting no spice at all, the excessive saltiness is something that definitely needs to be addressed.
