Excellent banh cuon here! The nuoc mam which they leave in a jar at the table is excellently prepared and makes the difference in the banh cuon dish. It's great when they put this on table so you can put as much as you want to your banh cuon. There is another banh cuon place at Eden that used to our regular but it has been bad the last few times so I'm glad we found this gem!

Fresh, comforting, & delicious Vietnamese food in the Eden Center! My friend brought us here while we were visiting the DMV area, and this was my favorite stall out of all the ones we tried. I loved all the fresh herbs and they had a lot of dishes I enjoyed having while in Vietnam. We ordered the Bahn Xeo (pancake), Bahn Cuon Dac Biet (combination steamed rice rolls), Bahn Uot Thit Nuong (grilled pork rice rolls), and Bahn Cong (crispy shrimp cake). Everything comes with a sweet fish sauce dip that paired so nicely with all the dishes. My favorites were the grilled pork, bahn xeo, and shrimp cakes. I also wanted to try their homemade tofu but they ran out that day, so I'll have to come back one day! I would definitely come here often if I lived in the area :)

Solid spot in Eden Center! I had a great time chowing down on the food here. I'd recommend coming here for some noodle dishes to anyone. I also enjoyed some of the other menu items as well such as the Cha. Service is quick and the small restaurant feels pretty homey.

My go-to spot for lunch or dinner at Eden Center! It's down the hall in the corner of the indoor shopping area and across from a hair salon. Like the other restaurants in the area, it's casual and not too big. There's always diners inside when I go, but I'm regularly able to get a seat when I walk in. I don't think I've ever had to wait for a table. The staff is very nice and quick to take your order. Usually it doesn't take me too long to figure out what I want. Although their menu has quite the variety, my usual order is the combination steamed rice rolls. It's a delicious and filling meal of rice rolls filled with steamed pork and shrimp. If I'm not feeling that, I always go for the soups, either the Bún bò Huế or Bún Mắm. Every meal I've had is a big portion. The food always comes out quickly. They do have a page of the menu for vegetarian dishes as well.

One of the most underrated spots in Eden Center. This place's a bit hidden from usual foot traffic as it's at the very end of an indoor shopping area.Crab & Conch Soup ($13) - Tomato Broth with Rice Noodle, Crab & Conch. This is their specialty & it's just amazing. The broth's more on a sweeter side & it blends so well with the crab meat. Possibly my favorite soup from Eden Center.Combination Steamed Rice Roll ($13) - Another popular dish from here. It's pretty enjoyable, especially if you like rice rolls.

It was a little hard to find but it's located in the mall in the back. Decent food but utensils felt dirty, and server was also not the most hygienic They have a variety of bun rieu, light tomato broth, and you can add shrimp paste to intensify the flavors The bahn cuon with grilled pork with the best compared to the ham; highly reco trying this Bo luc lac (shakin beef) was delicious but very small portion

Banh Cuon Saigon is one of the food stalls located in the 6795 building; once you enter, just go straight to the exit area, and it's located to your right.I was looking for fresh rice rolls, or bánh cuốn, to include in a KBBQ meal; I checked some of the snack shops and the bakeries, but they didn't sell them; one kind lady told me about Banh Cuon Saigon and directed me there, as I would have luck with that restaurant. When I stepped in, there were other patrons who were deliciously slurping away some hearty soups. I spoke with the kind employee up at the cashier, and asked her if they sold fresh rice rolls without any of the fillings; she said, "Yes!" I was elated!I ordered the plain ones, and she asked if I would like veggies with it; since they already came with, she suggested to get these on the side, which would also come with hot sauce and fish sauce.Due to steaming, I waited for about 10 minutes or so; everything was packed nicely, and the whole experience was super easy. While the rice rolls themselves were more thinner than I expected, I was so glad to find fresh versions quickly!I am wanting to return to try their eats, such as their noodle soups or their signature bánh cuốn dishes. Thanks, Banh Cuon Saigon!+sells bánh cuốn by the pound+friendly service!+located in the 6795 building+parking in the Eden Center lot
