Bangkok Street Lake Ridge

We came here at 5:30 for dinner. Family of 6. We were seated immediately.Appetizers took a while to come out and the waitress took a long time to get our order because she does the orders plus all of the pick up orders.Another lady came from the back to help but they are a smaller restaurant so please be patient.The portions are HUGE and they aren't overpriced! You could definitely share an entree with someone and then have leftovers still. Pad Thai was amazing, my husband got the beef garlic pepper entree, my sons got the Thai noodle soup and the crispy duck entree. I didn't know that I needed oven crispy Thai basil leaves in my life.Overall a great experience and we will definitely return to try other stuff.

I am regular customer since the restaurant was open at this location. It the food, ok? yes 90% of the time it good because I ask the chef to make certain dish the Thai way. Service it good and friendly staff, the restaurant is clean, the floor can use some deep cleaning since it open thou. it 8 mintues from my house so I come here a lot because it not too expensive compared to to McDonald now day . Most of the customer is take out but they have around 9 table of 4 seating on each table. It good for intimate setting or even family & friend gatherings.The food here is really Americanize to be blankly honest but most of the Thai restaurant in America will be cater to the surrounding community. Food 4.5/5-Pork jerky $9.95 3/5 - The pork Jerky it most the time is good flavor, but they use to make it better went they use the meat that a little bit of fat on the meat, but I guess giving the area most of the mature clientele prefer lean cut. Num Tok 5/5 $10.95 5/5 - Beef salad is actually delicious here with zestyness of lime juice and savoriness of fish sauce and herb and rice powder. I do normally ask them to cook it rare and I bring my own fermented Fish sauce to be added.Ginger Perfect chicken $12.95 5/5 - Comforting stir-fry sliced fresh Ginger with savory sauce with onion and mushroom. I opt out of scallion because I feel they can push too much. I like went i need some ginger zing for a coldTom Khar- Coconut milk soup 3/5 - The soup it ok nothing amazing , i have better in Thailand. The flavor is good it you look creamy version of tom yum, sour savory. I feel like the flavor can be too intense but lack of balance

Awesome first visit! I splurged and ordered the Pad Thai Talay that included a fried soft shell crab. It came with shrimp and squid stir fried into traditional Pad Thai. I requested that squid be replaced with shrimp and was happily accommodated as I'm not a stir fried squid fan. It was DELICIOUS with the delicate, exceptionally meaty soft shell, battered and fried to perfection. I topped it off with a mango with sticky rice. Totally satisfied and looking for a place to nap. The server was swift, accommodating and pleasantly friendly, leaving a special treat with the check. Will definitely return and highly recommend!Almost forgot, the Thai Tea was an awesome pick-me-up.I was also comped a Thai coffee to go with the treat No Nap Needed!

First time trying this place. I ordered take out in advance but arrived a bit earlier than I originally planned. Not a problem because they quickly made my order in 10 minutes. I ordered a bunch of items: som tum, chicken satay, pad thai, drunken noodle, and crispy basil duck. Yes, it was a lot of food but I was celebrating a special occasion. The food was delicious and the portions were good too. Definitely coming back again for sure.

Disappointed in a Thai place that doesn't offer red curry on the menu; bummer. I got the Thai Noodle Soup and Curry Puff appetizer. I was a little sad about the soup, because I guess I expected more of a tom yum / lemongrass noodle soup, which a lot of Thai places tend to have. That's on me for assuming I guess. It was basically like a Thai version of pho; I doctored it with lime juice and sriracha and it was pretty good. The curry puffs were excellent. Prices are decent.

ordered twice, both times drunken noodle, and both times the noodles were so overcooked they fell apart when picked up with chopsticks. taste is fine. their siu mai is less than one inch wide so keep that in mind.

A solid neighborhood Thai spot in Lake Ridge!We were eager to try this new Thai spot, after seeing it was "coming soon" for months! The interior is clean and fresh, with about 10 or 12 tables for in-restaurant dining. Despite having six or seven of those tables full, the kitchen staff and (solo) waitress kept things moving! We split a som tum (Papaya salad) for our appetizer, along with an order of Pra Ram Long Song, Pad Thai (both chicken) and Drunken Noodle with shrimp. All three entrees were solid, and portions huge. For drinks, it's non-alcoholic (at least at the moment). They offered Thai iced coffee or tea, sodas and water. Hoping they'll get their ABC license and get some Chang beer! :)

This place is great! We've been here twice and have had the same great service and tasty food each time and will certainly be back in the future. The prices are very fair and you get humongous portions that you can take home for later. The staff is so friendly and our food comes out so quickly. Try it out!

Delicious! I've wanted to eat here since they opened but something always got in my way, so I decided to get everything I've wanted to try, and boy am I glad I did! Everything was yummy. I'm excited I'll get many more meals out of it.
