NOTE: You pick up your food at this location, but you need to order online via Door Dash, Grub Hub or Uber Eats. One of the staff greeted me, showed me the menu and explained that I needed to order online. This is a takeout-only place (so no place to sit). I ordered the vegetarian arepa because I really wanted some fried plantains. It had beans, queso, and plantains. It was fresh, delicious, and HUGE! Definitely recommend this place.

AREPATECA HAS THE BEST AREPAS IN THE DMV. My wife (colombian) and I have had trouble finding quality arepas and are finally happy to say we found a gem!I got the crunchy reina. The crispy chicken skin had an amazing crunch with the avocado and chicken salad was incredible. If you dont eat here...you are missing out on quality latin american food.

Really good arepas made in an interesting location, looked like a shared kitchen, coop food center. Takeout only, located behind a small retail strip, the door is colorfully marked with a few food logos. The kind owner came to the front door to greet us and offer if we needed help with the QR code for ordering. Our arepas (plus the free drink) were brought out to our car in 10 min. Delicious, generous fresh ingredients, had a brisket and a pork. The meats were tender and flavorful. Veggies and sauces completed the meal.

Ordered delivery and though their app didn't register it they made it for me right away so driver was only a little late. Tried the brisket and vegetarian black bean and both were absolutely amazing. Flavorful and perfect texture. Also very filling even though only a little larger than an English muffin in circumference. Pineapple salsa was amazing, too. Will definitely repeat!

Arepas were still warm when we got our delivery and everything was delicious. The crunchy chicken skins on the Reinas were a surprise and welcome addition. Overall I love the 5 pack mini arepas because I can't ever decide!
