Andy's Carry Out

This place is seriously hit or miss. The bbq ribs were great, the chicken & broccoli was pretty good, the homemade dumplings were good, but they gave us free fried shrimp and fries. The crinkle cut fries were standard fare, and the shrimp seemed alright til I peeled off some of the breading. GUYS, THEY DON'T DE-VEIN THE SHRIMP. If you wont even devein your shrimp, what else are you not doing?

My favorite around the way American Chinese Carry-Out. Been coming here all my life. The owners are sisters and they have been there forever. I love their chicken wings with fried rice and mambo sauce. I would say a lot of things are pretty good here. They aren't cheap with their servings. Definitely a spot for some good ole around the way Chinese carry out.

Not good customer service, your basic mom & pop place, "you like it good, you don't get out"

Andys is not the same. Used to be my spot. Food used to be a lot better. The only thing I could say is good is the Steak n Cheese egg rolls but other the. That the service is horrible.

Woman there tonight was an idiot. I ordered general tsos chicken, no brocoli, subbed white rice. I also ordered combination fried rice. I left with the food. They added brocoli. They didn't give me white rice. And I wasn't given the combination fried rice. I didn't check the prices, so that's on me on why I paid a little less. Turns out I was overcharged for what I got, but didn't pay enough. I called and asked her to fix it. I'd pay the difference. She wanted to charge me the full amount for white rice and combination fried rice. She was rude. I loved this place. But this bit** caused them to lose business. I'd avoid it at all cost

It's been years since we've had food from Andy's. Used to live really close to it and when you're a kid on a budget, this place is where you go for great cheap food. Now that we've moved to Loudoun County, we've noticed the Chinese restaurants out here cost way more! We were not able to finish all of this food and it made for great leftovers. We ordered two combination platters. Chicken with garlic sauce, beef and broccoli, and some wings. Both dishes were flavorful. The egg roll was a good compliment. And the fried rice was not your average fried rice. It came with veggies and pork. The wings were really crispy. All it was missing was the mumbo sauce which we forget to request!Overall, very happy with this place. Cheap take out food that is delicious and portions are large. Will definitely be back sooner than several years!

Great value for the price! Everything I had from them has been good. Also their sandwiches were really well done. A delightful surprise! I've ordered from them multiple times since my first experience!

Always customer first patience with you as you tell them how you want your food cooked and what extras you want added. Their delivery service is always on time and food is hot and ready to eat. We call Andy's our first choice

I like the food! The prices are reasonable. And there's usually parking close by. I've been coming here for Chinese 'street food' since they first opened. Their egg rolls, beef Lo mein, and vegetarian egg fou Young and pork spare rib tips have always pleased.

Very nice food and everything is great here would not think twice to recommend this place 10/10
