Amuse

I came here for a company lunch on a Friday and it was very easy to get a seat. The restaurant wasn't packed meaning service was very quick, which is always a great thing! We started off with appetizers for the table. I was very interested in the Burrata and tomatoes. The cheese was so yummy and the tomatoes were very fresh and refreshing! It was a great starter. We also got bread to go with our meal. It was wholegrain and was a great addition to the burrata and tomatoes. My main meal was a little underwhelming. I got the spinach ricotta and while it wasn't terrible, it was a little blander than I thought it should have been. The bread that it was served with was also VERY hard to eat and was a little too crunchy. I had to put in work to get it down. I liked that it was served with pine nuts which added a great crunch, but the pasta itself was just A-ok.

Great welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. Super friendly and attentive staff. Delicious fresh food. Wonderful fun cocktails. Def recommend.

This review is for the Bonvoy breakfast--scrambled eggs, bacon, crispy home fries and white toast with butter and jellies. Simple, clean, and tasty. Orange juice gave me some Vitamin C during the Winter Break, and got my coffee in the hotel room Keurig. The server was friendly and very helpful. A great place when you are near the Meridien Roslyn/Arlington.

I lead a very popular Meetup and tried to have a group gather there regularly but the staffer (with a very thick heavy accent) who answered the line said there is $250 fee to have a group gather at the bar for a happy hour. So I have been having my group gather at the nearby Westin lounge that charges nothing and provides great prices on drinks and free parking. The policy of charging a group to gather for drinks is ridiculous and causing the bar to loose local business big time. I get the impression no one there really cares about loss of bar business though. It is a shame, as the place has potential. The staffer actually hung up on me when I said that a fee to gather for happy hour is out of the question. What planet is he on? If I was hosting a wedding reception, sure, but a Meetup?

Came here for dinner in a Friday night. My Martini was perfectThe bar was hopping but the restaurant was dead with only 1-2 other tables. Total disconnect because the meal was fabulous and the service personable and efficient. The bread was warm and was served with a good olive oil with spices. I had the branzino which was incredible. So much flavor and so fresh. How did I not know about this as a great restaurant (last time I was here was for a wedding years ago)? The side salad was arugula and some onion. It was good. I'd definitely come back.

We were only able to come here for drinks, and we enjoyed it very much they had happy hour. I had a lavender drink with champagne which was very delicious. Service was good as it was not busy as well, but our stay at the hotel was nice.

Average food. Overpriced and not anything I'd go back for or recommend. The atmosphere in the hotel is a nice vibe, but the restaurant is bland. The service was also quite slow, even though the restaurant was not very busy. Underwhelming.

Went here at 10:30am to get breakfast, and the waitress said they were closed. Hours online say they close at 11:00. After we noted that, the waitress spoke to the cook and then reluctantly sat us. However, when we were seated, we were told they were out of stock of several items (including bacon, scrambled eggs, the omelets, hash browns, and whole wheat bread). Basically, half of the menu! We still were able to order, but with many modifications since they were out of stock. The waitress said, "This is what happens when you come when we are closed. Come earlier next time." Again, it was 10:30am and not 11:00. There were also other people also seated and eating. The food we received was alright given what we could order. Overall, it was quite a bizarre experience. Unlike any I've ever had!

First, beautiful place. Went there to a meet up with a few people after work. Sat down for a min, and went to the bar to order a drink at happy hour. Waited at the bar for 5 min and the girl tending the bar charged me full price for a flute 1/2 grapefruit juice 1/2 prosecco. The HH was until 7Pm and she, in front of me and other costumers, ripped the HH menu and said that those prices weren't valid anymore. I ordered at 7:05 PM! The bill was $14.35 and the change she gave me was $5. She also kept the rest of the change. I am talking to the meetup organizers to no go back ever again to that place. Horrible service with other customers while I was there. The other guy that was there (older guy) never said a word while watching the whole thing.We will try Westin lounge, like the other reviewer mentioned.

The food was good. However, it was nothing to write home about. The wait staff was hot or miss. The first morning it was great. The second night the waitress barely spoke English.
