We went here for a quick dinner and it was such an awesome spot! It was so difficult to decide on which pizza to get because every single option sounded so good!! We ultimately decided to share Tripper, Buona, and Sedgewick. The black truffle honey on the Sedgewick was so flavorful, but my favorite pizza was honestly the Buona. It's such a classic, but done so well!We also ordered the arancini and Brussel sprouts which I highly recommend you get! The arancini was earthy and had umami. Ugh I'm dreaming of it. This location is super cute and has perfect mood lighting. It's kind of small, but that's okay! It felt homey! And our food came out so quick and our server was attentive. I'd definitely come back here with friends to catch up and would love to try more pizza!

After a long workday, I was craving some comfort food and decided to order from All Purpose. I went with the calamari and Brussels sprouts, and let me just say--the calamari is hands down my favorite in D.C. And I've had *a lot* of calamari. Perfectly crispy, well-seasoned, and just the right amount of tenderness. The Brussels sprouts were a solid addition, but the calamari was the real star. This was the perfect order-in meal, and now I can't wait to visit the restaurant in person to explore more of their menu. If their other dishes are anything like the calamari, I know I'm in for a treat!

I am in DC for work and met up with a friend at All Purpose. I used to live in DC and loved All Purpose when it opened and am so excited that it is still here and thriving.We were able to easily snag a reservation on a Sunday evening and were quickly seated in a cozy little window spot. I loved seeing the non-alcoholic drink options. My friend and I don't drink and both got the Amalfi Spritz, which was delicious. We decided to split a few starters, including the tomato panzanella, caesar salad, and arancini. All was delicious, but the arancini were the clear standouts. They had some delicious late summer corn in them, although I would have loved just a bit more sauce on them. The panzanella was great and the basil they used was so fresh and bright. I went with the Belmar pizza, which has parm fonduta, mozz, roasted summer corn, jalapeno, red onion, lemon, and fresh basil. I ordered the feta ranch dippie to go with because I am a ranch girlie. Pizza was incredible -- I had forgotten how much I love their crust. And the flavors were delicious and very much on that late summer garden haul theme. And with outstanding service, it was a great evening.

I've ordered All Purpose on uber eats before but this was my first time going to try it in person. We randomly stopped by after an event in the area on a Wednesday night and had a great experience. Our server was friendly and prompt. We got the mushroom arancini, Brussels sprouts, Buona Pizza, Sedgwick, and Tripper pizzas. We loved all of them, and the feta ranch dippie. If I came back I would get all the same things bc they were just so good!

All Purpose is from the same restaurant group as Red Hen, which is a favorite of mine, so it's not surprising that it's also fantastic! The pizza crust is so good, and they have a lot of different options for topping combinations. My favorite is the Sedgwick, which is a white pizza with black truffle honey. And while Caesar salad may not sound like a must-order, at All Purpose it is. Their Caesar is lemony and fresh and better than almost any other I've had. But the true star of the show are the garlic knots, which are so well flavored and doughy, they are such a treat!!

Late night pizza happy hour? Sign me up! All Purpose is already easily one of my favorite pizza places in the city. Instead of my regular Buona, I got the Duke #7 and let's just say I have a new favorite. I paired it with a Lambrusco. It was the perfect solo date night with great food and great service.

This place was recommended to us by a local, and it did not disappoint! We came here during the weekend of the Cherry Blossom 10 mile and 5k runs. I was doing both and loved an excuse to carb load. Buona: 5/5. Could've been spicier but otherwise lovely flavors, just the right about of oil and honey, delicous meat and cheese, cornichone. I rarely eat the cornichone unless it was worth it -- this one was.Enzo the Baker: 5/5 from my partner who ordered it, 4.5/5 for me as the pickled vegetables on a pizza are less my thing. But it still tasted great, lots of fun flavors and textures here.AP Caesar Salad: 6/5 tasted extra good for some reason. Maybe it was the slightly citrusy or sour dressing, combined with the slight crunch and soft dairy of the various toppings that were well incorporated into the leaves.Clean interior, lots of sunlight from the windowed walls. Pies are a good, satisfying but not too-big size for one hungry person each. Best pizza in the DC area I've had so far.

As a Caesar salad lover your version has my heart. The gem lettuce is top tier please do not change it. Only thing I would add is some protein options or whole anchovies on top. It's addictive! I can't give 5 stars because I haven't tried anything else.

We have been long term lovers of All Purpose and have often had it delivered. While the Cesar Salad is great, something has happened to the pizza our last two orders had a thick, soggy crust. Not browned at all -- doughy. We will be looking for another place to order from.
