2941 Restaurant

Dined here last night for Restaurant Week, and to celebrate a birthday. Everything was delicious, and the service was impeccable. Standouts were the duck on Mafaldine and crab salad, Ribeye, cheesecake, pistachio with chocolate, and the cocktails. Everyone loved what they ordered.

The restaurant was pretty and modern and clean. It had really interesting decor too. All staff was professional and quick to help. My water glass was never empty and our waiter was super knowledgeable about the menu.The different menu options were awesome because they allow patrons to choose between various experiences. The tasting and prix fixe menus change pretty often too.All the food tasted delicious and very rich and decadent. I was constantly looking for more acid in each dish. The raviolini portion was super generous. Some raviolini were more filled than others. It looked like a good number of them might have burst and leaked out in the water.

We came here for our anniversary since we love so close. We had about a five minute wait to be seated for our reservation. While there's not much of an area to sit and wait, there is a bar off to the side. There's simple minimal decor, it sort of reminds me of a fancy hotel lobby restaurant. It was a lovely space with the high ceilings and windows all around. The service is impeccable, and timed perfectly when you order appetizers and starters. We had steak and lobster ravioli. The lobster ravioli was easily one of the best meals I've had in my life. Unfortunately, there was a string in the food (I'm guessing and hoping maybe it was just from the lobster on top after a poach). The steak was very tender and well seasoned but not overdone.While the string was unfortunate, I think it says a lot that this is still one of my favorite meals, four stars, and I would come back again.

We had an overall okay time here but felt a little taken advantage of. We went out to dinner to celebrate a milestone with friends.We had lobster ravioli, sea bass, a steak. The sea bass looked the best, the ravioli were good, not great, and the steak okay. Everything was fine.Desserts were great, service was great, but the meal in general took 3 hours, very slow pace of bringing out food.It may have been 4 stars but we felt a little taken advantage of in regard to a champagne toast. My husband called ahead and asked if we could have a little champagne or Prosecco waiting for us when we arrived at the table to celebrate what we were there for. There were 7 of us in total. They do not have their wine list posted on their website for us to say exactly what we would like. They poured/charged us for 7 glasses of $27/glass champagne. We were appreciative of them doing this step but this felt a little off-putting, given that there are more reasonable priced glasses and bottles of Prosecco and champagne on the menu.

2941 is truly a hidden gem in Falls Church. There landscaping is beautiful so make sure to snap a few photos outdoors. We stopped by and had to tasting menu. I wasn't the biggest fan of my drink but my partner enjoyed it very much. The bread was a nice way to start our meal. Everything was delicious and our waitress was nice.

In general, it's an exceptional place to have dinner. And it is also a stunning wedding venue! It's such a rare find, with its breathtaking indoor and outdoor spaces, complete with waterfalls and koi ponds that create an enchanting atmosphere.A huge thank you to Michelle Marquez for her incredible support throughout the entire planning process. She provided us with all the information we needed and connected us with amazing vendors like our minister Jeffrey Maszal and Nesh photography, making our wedding celebration truly seamless. Sam and the entire restaurant team were outstanding--true professionals every step of the way.Chef Bertrand Chemel's culinary skills truly elevated our special day. Our guests were absolutely delighted with the hors d'oeuvres, in addition to excellent wines and cocktails.We are so grateful to the whole team for making our wedding day unforgettable! We highly recommend 2941 to anyone looking for the perfect wedding venue.

2941 is a hidden gem! From the beautiful grounds, dining room, and bar, to the knowledgeable and friendly servers, this is an experience in fine dining. Special occasions would be well-celebrated here. This budget conscious foodie left while still exclaiming over the flavors and textures. Highest compliments to the chef. 2941 was worth every penny.

This is one of the most beautiful restaurants in Northern Virginia and the food is amazing too. We came in and tried their tasting menu during the summer and every course was amazing, though I think if I were to go back (and I want to!) I'd probably order a la carte.Their mocktails are actually really delicious and LOVE their desserts. Service here is pretty top-notch and you can tell they're really passionate about creating a fine dining experience that meets very high quality. Love the decor and ambiance too. Huge windows that give a lot of light and it faces a lake that's so nice and peaceful!

Came here for my birthday dinner. As always, the service was perfect and the decor is still stunning!We decided to get the tasting menu and I got the wine pairing with it. I started with three baked wellfleet oysters. They were served warm and the bone marrow added an extra depth of flavor. Next was the sea scallop "tagliatelle". This was outstanding and my favorite dish. They cut the scallops like tagliatelle. It was served in a clam broth with two clams. Wow. I would like to try to replicate this dish for a future dinner party. Next course was a veal breast in a Hungarian paprika risotto. Poor veal- the risotto totally upstaged you!! It was creamy deliciousness! The next course was a venison chop. It was good at dinner and the next day. Dessert was ok. Really love this place.

This is a such amazing Reustarant and very romantic!I took my wife for valentine day and she was impressed!
