Wanna Cupcake? Bakery Cafe

I came here on a Saturday morning with two other people and got one of their delicious gluten free salted Carmel cupcakes. They had so many gf options, and fun ones too, so I could feel included in the outing. My cupcake was great, and the frosting was balanced and delicious. My partner got a normal (with gluten) salted Carmel cupcake and also enjoyed hers.

I went into Wanna Cupcake to get a half dozen first time trial pack for my wife and myself and I'll tell you, it did not disappoint. I got 6 flavors from their January specials just to say we tried them (Samoa, Vanilla vanilla, chocolate w/vanilla top, red velvet, salted caramel, vanilla w/chocolate top). Each cupcake was very moist and had lots of flavor. My wife's favorite one was vanilla/vanilla which I just recently found out is their go to seller. So, if you want V/V, order early. Service was great with a nice ambient setting. Was greeted when I walked in by staff. Will be a regular (don't know if that's necessarily a good thing). Looking forward to trying their different options each month but making sure to have v/v on order as well.

You have to try their London Fog. It pairs well with their Salted Caramel cupcake. OMG.

Stopped in here using the drive-thru craving a scone & coffee. They only had two listed on menu and unfortunately the one I wanted (pumpkin) was sold out but after seeing the raspberry lemon in hand I had no regrets. I got a plain latte as well which was perfect temp and pretty good coffee flavor. I just don't pass this place often but will remember to stop in when in area. Tasty late morning treat!!

Its no secret I love this cupcake Cafe they always have new flavors and pretty much all of them have turned out really good so far and I am glad they are not too sweet unlike store brought ones. I lucked out today as the girl behind the counter gave me a few extra ones ( who doesn't love extra cupcakes ) My only gripe is they close too early around 6pm ...I wished they were open late on a Friday when I really crave a nice dessert!!

There are so many options here! I did not stay long, but there were tables and it was clean and tidy. This was my first visit and I picked up an assortment of 6 cupcakes. A red velvet, a peanut butter chocolate, a salted caramel, an apple, and 2 chocolate variations. The ladies working behind the counter were so nice and quick to assist. The cupcakes with flavorful and dare I say, moist. My boyfriend loved the red velvet cupcake, possibly too much. Overall, it was a great first impression and would definitely swing by again if in need and in the Puyallup area.

Wonderful experience! From the in-store ordering, the pick up process and the execution of product. We did a gender reveal cake with 12 cupcakes and it was flawless.

I bought my son's 1st birthday cake and smash cake here. I was happy with the design but, unfortunately, no one enjoyed the flavor of the cake. I am not sure if it was because of the icing or the actual cake. Either way, getting the cake ordered was not bad. The manager communicated very well with ideas and other cakes they have designed. I don't think I would buy another cake but I don't mind their cookies and cupcakes whenever I need one in a pinch.

I give them a solid 3! The shop is very cute, lots of options when it comes to cupcakes. Lots of frosting and a nice size cake. Service was also friendly, helpful, and fast. So why 3?Well...idk if it's just me but all of their cupcakes taste the same with an exception of one. That darn salted caramel!!! Just thinking about it....yeah..it's that good. They really did their thing with the salted caramel. I've had it twice and it is the perfect mixture of salt and sweetness. But their other cupcakes taste exactly the same. Even the frostings have the same taste. It would be nice to see some versatility in the flavors of the cake as opposed to just sweet bread and sugar. I may give their other cupcakes a try but for right now, im sticking with the salted caramel.

Just checked this place out for the first time! I really love the variety of flavors they have and their staff was extremely friendly!My favorite was the German chocolate cake. The cupcakes are not too sweet and are loaded with flavor!I also can't get over how incredibly fluffy the cake part is!My only complaint is that I wish the cake parts themselves were a little bit more moist, but I will definitely be going back for more!
