First of all not the first time I have eaten here,I have had good service and good food the past times I've ate here. The most recent we came in to dine-in, we ordered food but we soon realized they were prioritizing to-go orders rather than the customers that came in to eat. We spent over an hour waiting for our food then when they finally brought it out they gave us no utensils to eat. We were never checked on for the rest of the night until we requested our bill. I tip fair everywhere I eat, but they will be sharing a few cents among the all employees. I will not be back.

We usually get take out from here, as we did for this visit. They are consistent in having the order ready at the stated time. My usuals are: chicken pad Thai, massaman curry and chicken satay. I order the chicken pad Thai without tofu on it. The massaman curry comes with rice. It's pretty straightforward, it's good. The chicken satay is basically meat on a stick but the sauce it comes with is delicious! I think it's some sort of sweet peanut sauce but it's tasty every time. I tried ordering through a 3rd party app one time for delivery and it said you can't make any substitutions or changes. It's better to call them directly and it's a better way to support small businesses and pick it up yourself. They've always been accurate with our order. We didn't get any utensils, not even chopsticks. I believe there's a new ordinance in Washington State that says that restaurants won't give out utensils unless the customer asks for them. I would have liked it if they offered utensils. I don't know the details on the regulation but it's frustrating when you find out after you leave the restaurant that you don't have utensils. Overall, the food is good and the service is good. I know we will be back.

Pad Thai for DW and Tom Ka for me. The real winner today was the beef in the pad Thai. I may just order the meat next time I go back. And the Thai was delicious already so we really recommend the pad Thai beef. The Tom Ka Kai was good, it was really good. It was a little sweet for me as they put so much coconut cream into the dish. I would have had it seasoned a little more and will get a hotter version the next time, but we'll made and plentiful! The inside was largely clean and the smells were good. The service was perfect. Everyone was nice and welcoming, smiles all around and attentive without being hovering.
