Prices are way too high. Food is subpar, service is poor, owners support January 6th and encourage white supremacist ideals. Also removed my previous comment. I'll keep reviewing, people need to know who they're supporting and the way they will be treated on the property as a POC. It's incredibly relevant to the experience YELP.If you remove any of my reviews again in regard to this establishment, I will report to FTC for further investigations on Yelps "due process" and transparency.

What a fun, old fashioned burger place! You can drive up and order from a cute menu box. So cool to see this type of restaurant, as there are fewer and fewer these days! We both got the cheeseburger and onion rings. The burger was delicious and cooked well. The onion rings were the perfect amount of breading, crispy and delicious! The people that work there are kind, efficient, and friendly! The restaurant was so busy, they were all working so hard. Thank you for your hard work, delicious food, and fun experience!

Really disappointed in the horrible service. My Son just got back from the Army and I wanted to take him to Wally's. I got the AYCE Fish n Chips and I noticed they don't come up and ask if you want a refill on your fish, so I got up to ask for a refill and they stared at me like I was holding a gun and seemed scared and confused at my request. Really bizarre behavior and once they understood what I wanted, they seemed annoyed at me. I left after that. Paid $18 for AYCE Fish and I walked out after just one refill. Maybe that's their strategy to keep you from asking for a refill on fish. Step 1. Ignore you. Step 2. Act like they don't know what you're talking about. Step 3. Act annoyed that you dare ask them for anything. My biggest regret was giving them a 20% Tip before I even got served. I wish I would've tipped them ZERO.

I live nearby and used to love Wally's and we'd visit weekly, usually on Sunday afternoons. We made it a point during Covid and would always too 100% to be sure to take care of our favorite servers because we cared about them and wanted to support the business. The food was never anything to write home about but the shakes were pretty good and the car hop service is fun. (You can see from earlier reviews I've reviewed previously)All of that changed sometimes after Jan 6. I stopped feeling safe here when I started seeing a change in the crowd and lots more guys with pickups bedecked with flags (tattered US and political) in the parking lot. I started researching and learned learned that the Nordean's son was one of the leaders at the Capitol insurrection. To be fair, the owner (husband) put out a statement saying he and his wife don't support their son's behavior but further research refuted that since the owner (wife) continues to support those scary behaviors on social media and I suspect that in turn brings lots of dubious conspiracy theorist characters to this business because I noticed a change. I'm sorry but if I'm bringing kiddos to get ice cream I'm just not comfortable with guys showing one another guns in the parking lot with foul-mouthed words on flags. It doesn't feel safe and when I saw guys looking at one another's assault style rifles up near the outdoor seating picnic tables? Well, that was the last time for me. I packed up the nieces and decided that was my last visit.The shakes are good but it isn't worth the increased anxiety or concerns about safety.Recently a similar review about this was taken down by Yelp. (The Nordeans must be advertisers) so this time I am spelling out exactly why, on my last visit, I decided I wasn't coming back.And if this review is also deleted I'll understand that Yelp is more concerned about advertisers than they are about consumers sharing experiences with other consumers.

Soggy burgers with way too much sauce in the middle, making it an average sloppy burger to satisfy your cravings. It is better than most fast food places though.We ordered a butterscotch shake, a chocolate shake, and jalapeño burgers:Butterscotch tastes like melted Wether's butterscotch candies. - 7/10. Chocolate tastes a lot like a melted Hershey's chocolate bar. - 5/10. My fiance didnt like it because it was way too sugary and sweet. The jalapeño burger was average. Regular lettuce and tomatoes, nothing special. Patty was cooked well done. Just way too much mayo, causing the dining experience to be messier than usual. - 7/10. Tater tots were crispy and squishy in the middle. Not an overall crisp taste. - 5/10Overall, I will come back, but with a different menu item. There might be a less messier burger for me to enjoy.

We we're visiting from Florida and ordered cheeseburgers, onion rings and fried mushrooms, food was hot and delicious . Service was quick and polite. You ear in your car like the old days or you can go inside if you prefer.

Was driving thru Buckley and decided to give Wallys a try. I am soooo glad we did. I had the Steak dip. It was amazing. We decided to get something to take home too and they had a new Philly burger they were trying out. We got a couple and took them home. Had them for dinner the next night and even reheated they were very tasty. Will be definitely going back again.

Our favorite burger joint for the last 20 years. Love the fries too. Not really a fan of the ice cream here but the food servings are large so I never have room for dessert anyway. There's a nice covered outdoor area to have lunch in. Relatively fast service for made to order burgers.
