Drove 40 minutes across town to join a large group of family to have a family lunch here. Glad I only ordered an iced tea. The rest of the folks were over 65 and I think they remember when this place used to be good. I spent time at both tables hanging out with the family. The first table literally everyone (7 people) had ordered fish and chips and none of them liked them. I saw the F&C looked overcooked, overbrowned. I don't need that grease in me anyway. At the second table, an unusual thing happened which is why this review is 1-star. My dress got caught on the chair and I couldn't stand up or move. It took us some time to figure out where the dress was caught. A GIANT wood splinter about 1" long on the side of the chair. I didn't want to rip my favorite summer dress. Finally, someone in my family was able to unsnag me. There was some minor damage to the dress... hell, it was caught on an f'in 1 inch long wooden pick basically. What really got my goat was the act of gaslighting of the manager. I'm a short lady, he is a tall kinda beefy guy, towering over me. Probably used to kind of gruffing his way through his managerial duties with staff, used to not getting feedback, only compliance. He had an utter lack of understanding of how to speak to a customer.I really wasn't looking for anything, other than a simple "I'm sorry." This is the one thing he really couldn't get himself to do. I doubt he was even aware that it was all that was called for because it never happened. Instead, he tried gaslighting me multiple ways. I f'in hate gaslighting, especially when your'e a paying customer -- and our family probably spend a few hundred here in this empty restaurant that day.To prove my point, I checked a few other chairs. All you had to do was run your hand along the side of the seat to find all kinds of splintering wood. This is the place where a person's thigh goes... you know, people who may be wearing shorts in the summer... right? Or a flowing summer dress and not something that clings to the leg...Here's his various gaslighting over the multiple chairs that have splinters on the side of the seats:--These are old chairs. (His overall excuse)--I see no hole. (What did he want me to do? Lift up my dress right there?_--I don't see any damage. (Same as above.)Anyway, I'm sure I'll not be the only person pinned into their chair when their clothing snags on the side of the chair and can't even stand up without risking their clothing. But what about people wearing shorts who might actually get speared in the thigh or when holding the sides of the chair to push to/from the table? I've told them... it's up to them now. If they know their chairs are splintering (big time) with inch long chunks of wood stick out, I guess it's there problem now.I wouldn't even be writing this if it weren't for the crappy, contentious pushback I got. I've worked retail and food, and service... all in the past. You f'in say you're sorry. Say it more than once. Even offer an iced tea to go to just show you appreciate that the person is letting the matter go. (Not what I was after, it's just a gesture of respect...). My thin rayon-type dress is now truly snagged a bit like when your pantyhose get snagged. I have a long tight string pulled across the bottom of the skirt and a small vertical run. I'm not expecting anything but an "I'm Sorry" would've been nice instead of a mansplaining gaslight response that nothing happened. -- I was stuck in my chair dude, not able to stand up.Don't worry, I still don't want anything from you. But this will stay up in case there's a claim by someone who gets stabbed by the chairs.

One of the few places to find a great Wedge Salad! Other tasty and ample (understatement) entrees are the meatloaf, the Wally Burger and specials of Halibut or Prime Rib. The Mac 'n Cheese is over the top cheesy. The cocktails, beer selections and wines are very good and well selected. Enjoy!

So we've walked by the other Wallys that is by Gainey Ranch and have never gone in because it always looks like it isn't very full and that one doesn't have as much foot traffic as this one.Our friends live nearby and we were we're visiting them at lunch hour so we walked to this location, and we were very pleased with the service, the food, and the overall ambience. My choice was the California Cobb salad. It was very fresh and the proportion of ingredients was balanced. My better half had the Philly cheesesteak sandwich with fries, and it was the bomb. Really flavorful, moist with tender beef that had nice griddle marks on it and the fries were hot and well seasoned. The bar is very cool looking - all wood. It seems almost like a throwback kind of place so much nicer feel than all of the sterile, white and gray restaurants out there now. Luckily, the food wasn't throwback it was tasty and well executed. If we are in the area looking for a solid meal, we would definitely return.

As good as my burger (the Rodeo Burger/sweet potato fries) was, it was the service that was lacking for me. I had lunch with a group of 4 people total and it took quite a while to have someone wait on us after seating. It took forever to get our drinks. Food came out in a decent amount of time, we weren't checked on frequently, and it just seemed slow even though the restaurant wasn't busy. The inside bar looked very nice and the patio had great space but because of this encounter I'm not sure I would rush back to Wally's.

This place won't disappoint.Take a break from the other sports grills and check this place out you will not be disappointed. The restaurant is spacious, clean, and the staff are welcomingOn this visit we shared the French Orime Rib Dip Sandwich, fries, burger, onion rings, and the Cuban panin onion strings and everything was excellent. The Cuban was pilled high, flavorful and the onion strings added the perfect touch. The French dip and burger were also very good. Meats were juicy and perfectly oreoared. Can't wait to go back and try other menu items. Great service, food, fun atmosphere, and reasonable prices. Stop by you won't be disappointed

Perfect place to come after a global ambassador trip! It's hard to put words to this place. The service is amazing and very accommodating. The wood chairs are old and beautifully crafted. They add to the aesthetic of the pub and are comfortable to sit in. I know because my friends and I came in for one drink and ended up staying for 3+ drinks each, plus an app to share. They have an espresso martini machine that makes the BEST espresso martini. I was hesitant to order an espresso tini at a pub, thinking they would put bottled coffee in the drink like most similar places, but not Wally's! They pointed out the machine to us and we took a chance- this drink was like the N'espresso of martinis! I got one straight up. Delicious. The second one I got with a splash of baileys. also delicious, but purely personal preference whether you like it milky or straight. The manager even suggested to the boys a special drink they make which is half Guiness beer and half espresso martini. They said it was really good and got them drunk quick! We heard about the secret menu before coming and decided to order the Mac n cheese but we substituted the pasta for French fries. It was SO GOOD and the table could not get enough. You must ask your server about this!!! Customer service was over the top, and the staff was SO nice. Our server was kind and got everyone's order correct and served quickly. We were probably a big handle as we were all talking and ordering all over the place, but they got everything right!! We came from a nice fancy meal at the global ambassador across the street right before. It's a totally different vibe, but the perfect vibe. Once you're finished having that fancy experience with $25 drinks, head over to Wally's for a good drink and delicious food! Hopefully will come back another time for a full meal.
