Food and Service needs a lot of help. The young male bartender was more into socializing with the young girl crowd then taking orders and putting in the orders correctly The food was overcooked put together sloppy. Presentation was horrible the girl doesn't even look at you and drops the plate.

Came back today after some time and really glad we did! Our server Peyton was amazing - very attentive and helpful. They're under new management and you can tell! Even with a packed house, the food came out quickly and everything was delicious - prepared fresh, great flavor, and great temperature. Hubby and I are putting this spot back into regular dining rotation. So excited to have good tasting Cajun/Seafood/American options all in one spot. Hubby enjoyed checking out multiple sporting events and I enjoyed the music. We will definitely be back

We were in the area to get a haircut and since we were waiting for Supercuts to open we came in for beers and beignet bites. This place just recently opened so it's new the beer is nice and cold there's a huge selection and a full service bar. The beignet bites were nice and warm now the customer service was lagging considering it wasn't very busy but it wasn't a bad experience either all in all coming here for happy hour or a sporting event is definitely a fun time. Make sure you bring plenty of money the food is a little expensive so with all of this being said it's a fun family friendly place.

Ordered for the first time today thru GrubHub. The food was lukewarm which I was surprised by because I live 10 minutes away. Overall the food was good but I was surprised to cut into the ribeye sandwich and see that most of it was bread. Also they are pretty pricey for the quality. The food was okay but I don't think for the price. Mozzarella sticks for $16? I'm down to try something once but if it doesn't make sense, then won't be going back.

Driven by here multiple times and decided to come here to watch football games on a Sunday. Honestly this is an awesome place to enjoy great Cajun food from New Orleans. I had the blackened chicken sandwich with the gumbo. So good and a huge sandwich that was perfectly cooked. The seasoning is next level on that sandwich. Also with a cup of gumbo was awesome. Super good food, solid service and great ambiance to enjoy watching football games.

A new favorite place for me. Walk-On's Sport Bistreaux is it. Had to head out to Mesa to surprise my friend's daughter during her gymnastics class and decided to get dinner beforehand. Well I found Walk-On's and checked them out. I was a little skeptical upon pulling up because the parking lot was empty at 4pm, but I was not disappointed with the experience.I ordered the Louisiana Platter with the fried catfish strips, fried shrimp, crawfish etouffee, and hush puppies. I am always checking for places that claim to serve catfish, but it ends up being swai they sell. Walk On's is serving "catfish". The shrimp were fresh jumbo in size with almost 4 bites to eat. I have not had shrimp like this since I moved here from Chicago. The crawfish etouffee was really delicious. I've cut back on eating certain grains like rice, but that bowl of etouffee got eaten. The only miss on this plate were the hush puppies. They looked dark in color on the outside as if cooked in old grease or maybe overcooked. I attempted to eat one but it fell apart crumbling as I tried to seperate to see the inside. It's supposed to be like a fried cornbread ball, but these were full of oil/grease and not edible. Because this was not my main meal, did not take away from my meal, and could possibly have just been a one off, I'm still giving this place rave reviews. Also the customer service was great. It may have been a manager that came over to the table shortly after my sister and I sat down that she wanted to make sure we were taken care of because they were in the middle of a shift change. She took our drink order and made sure someone came out to wait on us. Out waiter was really cool too.The ambiance was cool and sporty. Plenty of TVs and a really nice bar area.I'm planning to return for more grub on Friday. Whoever the cook/chef is...knows good quality food.

If you've always wanted to visit a non traditional Sports bar, Walk on Sports Bistreaux is the place to go. The look and feel of Walk on is that of your ordinary sports bar, BUT THE FOOD! - I was not expecting the food to be top tier like it was. This definitely no ordinary bar food/snacks, this 4 star restaurant quality food. What was ordered:Mozzarella Logs - These were so good and you can tell these were made in house and not previously frozen. They were very fresh and just oh so deliciousLouisiana Platter - Real catfish is served here, no swai at Walk on. Everything was fried perfect with good flavor and the crawfish etouffee was very very foodBuffalo Chicken Sandwich - You get two HUGE chickn breasts, again not what I was expecting. This was very delicious, the only downfall with my order were the fries. They weren't fresh, overcooked, and not hot which makes me think they had fries left over from their last rush. The fries were definitely the opposite of everything else that was ordered. Everything else came out hot and very freshWalk on is definitely living up to the name Sports Bistreaux and I am here for it. I definitely hope this place keeps up with the good quality of food and never slack.Rating for Walk On Sports Bistreaux 10/10

So I thought I loved it here. This was my worst experience at a Walk-ons. Pasta was absolutely flavorless and the gator bites were underdone. We were a large party. Like 50 people! So the staff did amazing with that!

This was our place, we loved to watch games and enjoy some good food. The food has gotten so bad that we'd be better off to drive thru McDonald's. The quality has potential but obviously the cooks don't care...cold fries x2, wings with no sauce or drowned in sauce, food comes out cold and seems stale. The service is so poor that we basically had to find our own silverware and napkins and forget about asking for condiments. They really need a manager to take this place over that can improve quality and service...lots of room for potential but unfortunately an F right now!!
