Yes it's all you can eat but it's made to order. We have made this our go to place. Wife is Japanese and particular with her food. She commented she would eat there everyday.......Staff from the Hostess to all the servers we have had each has been Exceptional.

We ordered on their website for delivery. Then, I never received the order. Called about it, and they said we could pay again and come pick it up. Which we did. Over 25 years managing restaurants has taught me a lot. First of all, you find what happened to said delivery because that is an issue that can cost potential thousands in future business. As a manager/owner you should care less about the current day profit, probably somewhere around $10 to $15 after all costs, and care way more about the potential thousands that customer would come back to spend. Manager on duty said we wouldn't be charged for the delivery order. Now, a month in and fighting their 3rd party service, which plainly called us liars and thieves, I am unfortunately NEVER ever giving this establishment a single dollar again. Good luck with the business module, but you could care less about your customers. Food we picked up was ok, but I know better places. But it is ridiculous that the third party went out of their way to find our address and send us a letter stating we are liars and thieves. Best of luck in your business, but that is not how we handle things in our industry.

This place is really cool! I had the lunch buffet, which really isn't a buffet at all. You order each item you want individually. They make the food you order fresh for you and they bring it to you quickly. The food is very tasty, but not all the portions are large. That's not a problem, because you can just order more! The staff are really nice and they will share their recommendations with you. The staff really hustle to bring your food quickly. The restaurant is clean and the prices are fair.

Went in about 3pm - was a bit disappointed we were charged dinner prices for the all you can eat, but what can ya do. Sat in a bit of an awkward spot at a table right in the middle with many empty booths all around. I should have asked to move, but didn't. Our server Madison was great. She was super friendly and helpful and I felt bad for her because she was the only one helping everybody there. Food was brought out quickly, everything tasted pretty decent. We did have to ask for napkins and chopsticks as they weren't given to us initially. Also had to remind to bring us our drinks. Again, not a fault of our server, she clearly was working her butt off. We'd probably come back, but maybe at a later time.

This is the only all you can eat sushi place that I found in the Nashville/murfreesboro area. I've tried a lot of these places in other states and I have to say that this one was very good. Not only was the sushi very high quality, the portions were huge, and the service was very nice as well. It seems a bit expensive but it definitely worth the money. They are relatively new and have been open for less than a year but I do see them thriving once more people learn about them. I hope the quality and the portion sizes remain consistent over time. I will be returning!

Came here with my husband for the all-you-can eat lunch menu. It's $20.95 per person and well worth it. In total, we tried the Wako Roll, Tokyo Monster Roll, Fall In Love Roll, Golden Tokyo Roll, Godzila Roll, Hawaii Roll, Happy Crab, and Gyoza. My favorite was the Tokyo Monster Roll. Everything was delicious and fresh, the service was great, our drinks were refilled, etc. We will definitely be back to try some of the other rolls soon!

Menu has an all-you-can-eat section, but we didn't order off that. We ordered edamame, Titanic roll, Amazing roll & the Lobster King roll. Very helpful & attentive wait person! Restaurant is very clean & casual.

Really enjoyed this place! I'm not a harsh critic for all you can eat sushi. As long as they have rolls that sound yummy and are im fine! Not an expert by any means. They have soooo many specialty rolls and if you are not a real sushi eater, this place has so many options! The service was great, you get a free drink with ALYCE. I can't wait for my next visit.Update: a friend of mine who went with us and loved it went a week later and said the sushi was not good. I'm afraid they might be inconsistent. I will give it another try in a few months and update my review if needed.

We came here during lunch on a Sunday, and there was a pretty good amount of people here. They just recently opened, so they don't service alcohol yet. They should be getting it soon, though. You can either do the all you can eat, or you can just order a la carte. For lunch, the all you can eat was a pretty good deal. For $20, you can get all you can eat sushi, apps, soups, hibachi, and desserts. We don't eat that much, so we didn't do the all you can eat. For lunch, they had the pick any two rolls for about $11.95 so that's what I did. I was pretty happy with my rolls. I noticed they had a lot of sushi chefs behind the sushi bar so that's probably why my sushi came out pretty quick. The tech time for the sushi was pretty good. I also don't have any complaints about my sushi as it was rolled perfectly. My other half ordered the Scallop and Steak hibachi. We pretty much had our soups, ate my sushi, waited around, and never got his meal. When we finally asked for it, we were told it's still being worked on, so we told our server just to cancel it. After we cancel it, awhile later, someone else brought our food out to us. When I tried a bite of the steak, the steak was cold. We ended up just telling them to pack it to go for us. In all, I didn't think the food was bad, but I think because they're still new, they may need some time to get some stuff together.

You wouldn't expect much from an all you can eat sushi spot but Wako sets the standards high. It's actually really good. Lots of variety and items included at a decent price. I will point out that the rice with nigiri and the nigiri/sashimi cuts are smaller in general but I think that's just them being smart on their end since it's all you can eat. Just order more nigiri/sashimi if you want more. I liked the spicy kani salad a lot. Their lo mein is surprisingly very good too. Be sure to come hungry!
