I can't believe I hadn't written a review for Wake N Bacon yet, we've ordered for Thanksgiving a couple years in a row and it's been a perfect meal to gorge on without having to worry about cooking or dishes. I got an email about a one day pop up and picked up a chicken, a rack of ribs, and a pound of brisket yesterday. Everything is delicious, sauce was provided on the side, and we have bbq for the next couple days.

Such delicious BBQ! We ordered two meat combo ribs and brisket with twice baked potato and Mac and Cheese. My mom ordered the two pork sliders with Mac and Cheese and she loved it as well. The pork ribs and brisket was perfectly tender and marbled with delicious rub.. Mac and Cheese just perfect real cheese cut not too cheesy. I really loved the mustard sauce it was my favorite but all the BBQ sauces were yummy my mom loved the sweet one.I can't wait to be back such friendly and fast service! Best BBQ I have had in the PNW!

Brisket was cooked to perfection. Beefer sandwich was also very good. They give you a good amount of meat for the sandwich, anymore would have fallen out.They don't have indoor seating, but do have one table outside the shop. The staff was so friendly, and she even gave us a plate for us to use while we dined! Would come again to try the different type of meat

Incredible bbq and wonderful people. I've had way too much bbq in my life from Texas, St. Louis, Kansas City, and South Carolina etc, and the pulled pork my wife ordered was probably the best I have ever tasted. My ribs were a huge portion and delicious, meat falling off the bone. Usually not a coleslaw fan but really enjoyed their coleslaw, the homemade jalapeño cheese muffins, and the collard greens. Picked up near closing and had a great conversation with the two folks who work there. Really nice people -they put a tremendous amount of time into each the menu items and it makes a difference. My new go-to barbecue spot in Seattle.

This is by far one of my favorite BBQ places. It is a HIDDEN GEM. Not only does this place have to die for food, I came for the first time 3 months ago and came again yesterday for the second time, and they remembered me! They have the best service and a overall amazing experience.

This is such an incredible spot for BBQ. The best I've had in WA and on par with what I've experienced in Texas. I am so, so disappointed they've changed their model to catering only. I totally get it from a business perspective, but wow, such a loss. This was a go-to takeout spot for me.

Haven't been back after two visits back in 2018.However, It has come to my attention that Wake N Bacon BBQ is no longer dine in or takeout, hence this update (2/27/23). Looks like they pivoted to just catering. Wish them all the best. Great alternatives are Blackbird and Le Petit Paquet if you've ended up in Richmond Beach. But if you still have a hankering for BBQ and don't want to breakout the grill or smoker, try Jeff's Texas Style BBQ in Marysville or Briley's in Lake Forest Park. They do both dine in, takeout, and catering/large orders.Always check respective businesses websites, Yelp, Instagram, or Google for additional and current information. Saves you the grief of venturing out and getting disappointed.

We saw the Memorial pop- up on their site and said Yes, let's. So glad we did. The ribs are the best I've ever had. Brisket, pulled pork, and chicken were so moist and absolutely delicious. And I can't forget the Southern Banana Pudding - it was incredible. We liked the beans, slaw and potato salad well enough but will make our own next time. Friendly, efficient service. You need to try the family-owned spot soon.
