Wah Shing Chinese Food

I do love this place. I love them so much that this place catered our wedding. No, seriously. I wish I had some photos of the spread, but they gave us a killer deal on the salt & pepper wings. When they're open they're super fast, the food is good, greasy, exactly what you want out of some Chinese take out.

Service is exceptional along with their salt & pepper chicken wings. The Ambiance is nice. The Chicken wings were for a potluck, and there was nothing left. Highly recommended.

Great food and really good size portions. Worth the money. Some of the best cream cheese wontons I have had, They are filled all with cream cheese perfect balance! Quick and friendly service. Will be back with some friends .

The best salt and pepper chicken wings in SD. Yes even better than Royal Mandarin and Golden Chopsticks.Wings are made fresh to order not in big batches like Royal Mandarin. The seasoning is great and doesn't have a ton of MSG on them. Give them a try!

I happen to stumble into this gem by accident. While waiting on some carne asada fries for my wife and I next door (Armandos Taco shop which was a horrible) I peeked in here to see their menu. I looked around and saw 3 people working. The place looked sparkling clean. I could see down to the back wall and wow the floor was clean and swept in the kitchen and i saw an older lady washing her hands and smile. So i said F it lets try some salt and pepper wings. The female that helped me was super nice and told me my wings would be ready in 15 min. Thats when i knew these wings were going to be because it meant they were going to be made to order. Ive been to local chinese food spots and tried their wings from Golden mandarin to Golden chopsticks and Golden house but these wings DO NOT COMPARE!. I got home and saw the peppers in there something rare when you order wings around here in san diego. I took the first bite and . The crunchiness from the fresh deep fried wings (as you can see from the picture). I even got a slight burn from some oil still in there but who cares. Its rare to get wings this fresh nowadays and plus for the price . Let me just say that we (my wife and I) didnt even bother with the carne asada fries we had on the side. We ate the wings and thats it. Definitely cant wait to return and try something else on their menu.

I am a devoted disciple of their salt pepper chicken wing. I love the wing made by Royal Mandarin and Royal Canton, no doubt, but this place is closer to my home and you need to wait for the prep, but worth every minute. The owners are lovely and inspite of it's location and lack of parking, perhaps order ahead!

Small business , but great food , and custom service . I literally only came because I was carving chicken fried rice at 8:30 pm on a Friday night . The fried rice was made right when I ordered it . Took less than 10 minutes to get my food . Everything on their menu has decent prices and is very affordable with big potions . My rice was very satisfying & good enough for two people . This is a location I will be visiting again , I was not disappointed. As for parking it's a shared parking lot that's the only bad thing I have to say .

Great food, decent price. The parking lot is rough, but can't knock them for that. The food was ready fairly quickly as said over the phone. Friendly staff as well.

Tonight my husband and I tried this spot. It did not disappoint!! Great food great prices and amazing customer service. Definitely going to try more dishes soon. We got the house fried rice and orange chicken. Best we have had in a take away in a while. I would have posted pictures but the food was too good and we were ready to dive in.

So happy to find this place! Someone told me they had the best chicken wings ever, and it's true! This is my new go to spot for Chinese takeout. Friendly and have not had a bad meal yet.
