The food was great! I had the chicken sliders & a burger that was top notch! Ambiance was amazing and large groups around us seemed to be having a great time!! Even though it was fairly busy I can't say enough good things about the service we received from Jessica! Her professionalism and warmth added a personal touch to our evening, and we left feeling thoroughly satisfied!

We had some drinks there, but the waitress made it clear from very early on that she thought were weren't consuming enough. She was very passive-aggressive, asked us every 3 minutes if we were still OK (i.e., if we wanted to order more, even though we hadn't finished our drinks yet), and when we wanted to leave and asked for the check, she suddenly let us wait for 30 minutes before she brought the check. I understand that they want to maximize their tip, but this kind of behavior is a bit annoying. Won't go there again.

Great lounge bar at The W. Live DJ on Thurs / Sat. Great vibe. Lots of interesting people. Good drinks and desserts. I'll return.

Awesome drink selection and a really cool vibe. Bartenders and staff are super friendly and helpful. My recommendation is the lemon mint drop drink - I may be getting the name slightly off and there are no online menus for me to check myself but it was good enough for us to order two nights in a row!

Sharon is a very friendly and amazing waitress in the lounge area. She is very accommodating, professional and personable. Great music and Aviance.

The food was not worth the price we paid. The servers were friendly and the music was a nice touch. However, I will not attend another "Brunch So Hard" the food was not worth it.

I'm reading the other reviews and I don't agree at all. Went into Boston for a show with my son (special night) and made a reservation for us for dinner. Never told me the restaurant wasn't even open on Monday nights so we had to go into the lounge. Drinks good....long wait for service. They were very nice but slow. Small menu and not what we were looking for. My biggest gripe.....who picked out the furniture. Looked like the Jetsons live there, but so ucomfortable. I saw two couples trying to navigate the booths and the seats are so wide they had to schootch forward to meet their food. For me it was very disappointing. The valet was a sweetie.

I am SOOOO bored of being ripped off. Since the pandemic it seems that we're all supposed to bend over and take it. The drinks in this place are comically overpriced. Ordinarily I don't mind paying for a really nicely crafted, interesting cocktail. But how about a gin and tonic for $21 ??!? Adding a tip gets you to $25 for a shot of Bombay and splash of tonic. That's insanity. This will be one of these cases where they price it based on nobody expecting it to be that ridiculously expensive, and only finding out at the end of the evening. Fortunately I only had the one.

Went there after a show last night. Ordered charcuterie board and bang bang shrimp. The food was awful! With so many other options so close by, don't choose this location!
