Guy Fieri famously doesn't like eggs because he has trauma from a rotten egg when he was little... so imagine my surprise to see an Eggs Benedict at the top of the "Guy Fieri's Favorites" section of the menu. Logically, I thought these eggs must be something else if Guy Fieri likes the dish and boy did I think right! This dish alone is why I can confidently say Voula's is my favorite breakfast/brunch spot in Seattle. The eggs are perfect, the meat is bursting with the flavor, and the biscuit has a perfect amount of crisp even under a liquid yolk. I've been to the restaurant 5 times now and each time I expect to try something new but I have now ordered the Piñata Benedict 5 times. And I like to try new things. Luckily, this review is not just based off one dish because I tried some of my family's food and it was just as good. TLDR: Great ambiance, great service, great portions, great Piñata Benedict, long wait but thats the price you pay.

We came to Voula's after dropping someone off at UW Medical Center early in the morning. We were very thankful to find somewhere so close to the hospital that had such a great expansive menu. The food is typical diner food nothing insanely special, but it was definitely still yummy! I ordered the grilled cheese at 8 in the morning and thankfully they have their full menu at all hours. I also had a chocolate chip pancake (I know, weird combo) and it was one of the best I have had. The pancake was perfectly cooked and the chocolate chips were small and spread evenly which made for the perfect pancake to chocolate ratio. Our table also ordered a mushroom and Swiss omelette and the hobo which were pretty good, however they needed a generous amount of ketchup due to lack of seasoning. The service was great and very attentive to what we needed. Overall I would probably return!

Voula's is the best-- this place never misses. Hands down my favorite diner in Seattle, and I always take visiting friends and family here. Hearty, delicious breakfast, 10/10

The sizes here are great for the price. The staff is very nice and helpful as well. There is also plenty of parking! However, if you are a UW student this is perfectly in walking distance although you'll have to go back up some stairs. My favorite thing here was the Fries: perfectly crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. My friend who joined me is a vegetarian and said she had many option to chose from and was very pleased!

I got breakfast with a friend and ordered the Naked Hobo with cheddar cheese and tomatoes and sourdough bread. The food looked really good, but I was left wanting a little more from each element. The portions were huge and made the prices more worth it. The sourdough bread was buttered, but I wanted the dough to taste a little more flavorful and have that unique sourdough tang to it. The Naked Hobo itself was decent. The cheese was melted and there was a good amount of ingredients, but I wish the hash browns were a little more crispy. They were good, just a little too soft for my taste. The service was great, though.

I heard about this place and had to check it out. I guess it's popular for its breakfast food. There were people waiting outside to get in at 7:30am and it opened at 8am! It wasn't too packed but people kept coming so I'd advise coming early just in case. Inside feels like a regular dinner and it's not too loud. I ordered the blueberry pancakes w/ bacon and sausage. Waitress was nice and food came out fast. Food tasted good and I had a good time there. I'd recommend this place to everyone

Good service, but not the best food. Was decent, but it didn't taste that fresh. For the price, though, it wasn't bad!!

Whenever we go out of town we like to find a Triple D (Diners, Drive-ins and Dives) restaurant to try out.We visited Seattle this week and found Voulas. It was conveniently super close to our hotel. We ate there twice in the 3.5 days we were there. We all got breakfast both times. (I'm sure lunch is good too). The portions are generous! The side of bacon was scrumptious. The pancakes fluffy. The hash browns crispy. The fresh squeezed OJ delicious!! Try it out if you're in town.

It was just okay. We went at 8am on a Thursday so it wasn't too crazy. Parking was easy for us but I can see how it can be difficult at a busier time with the small parking lot. I had the mushroom & Swiss omelette, it was very cheesy and a big portion. Unfortunately, the cheese overpowered the taste. It wasn't anything special. Our table also ordered grilled cheese, chocolate chip pancake, and Hobo. Every one seemed to enjoy their food. Service was pretty good. The waitress was attentive and got us everything we needed. The ambiance was a typical breakfast diner but chill vibes.
