Vito’s Pizza & Italian Ristorante

This place is over the top. People say that Felippe's pizza in Phoenix is the best? --- Well, they have never eaten pizzi at Vito's???Vito's pizzi put Fellippe's to shame.Disregard the negative comments you might find here? This place absolutely rocks. And the service is first class.Oh, be sure to have the _sausage stuffed_ chicken breast, with parmigan rice.I thought I had died and gone to heaven.

On our way to be seated the place reminded me of the show Kitchen Nightmares as it desperately needs a make over. Funny thing my wife said the same thing I was thinking. When we sat she said to me "what was that show with Gordon Ramsey that would makeover a horrible looking restaurant? He needs to come to this place."It took a long time to get a server but she was nice. She had a lot of tables to take care of which negatively effects service. We started with fried calamari which was okay. Side salad was boring. Veal parm was okay. The sauce was very salty. We all agreed nothing was bad or good. Our biggest issue was the temperature in the place. It was very warm with condensation from our drinks puddling all over the table. Seeing how it was 109 degrees outside that's not ideal. I would have said something however there was a lot of senior citizen eating at the restaurant. I am well aware of the fact that most seniors like the warm temps due to having a lower heart rate. My guess is there is a retirement community close by and they are catering towards the regulars. So, the place was not horrible but we will likely never be back.

One of my favorite southern Italian/ Chicago restaurants. The recipes could have been written by one of my relatives. It feels like home. Order a cocktail. Have some fried calamari Try the veal parmigiana Cannoli and espresso to you round out a delicious comfort food meal from Southern Italy. The service is great even on a busy night like Father's Day. It can get a little loud when every single table has 4 or more however when every table is laughing and happy it's an infectious feeling

Vito's never/ever disappoints! Vegetarian pizza is our favorite along with a small dinner salad! Wait staff are always engaging and attentive to our needs! Family oriented ambiance suits most diners! Prosecco or house sangria go with all menu choices!

This is a great restaurant for both carry-out and eating in. When eating in you feel like you're in an old somewhat authentic Italian restaurant. The atmosphere is great. They have a covered patio that's nice in both the warm months and cool months. It has propane heaters for the winter and misting fans for the summer. Food is great. I love their thin crust pizza for carryout. Their entrees are also good. The Lobster ravioli is great but a little pricy. They have $3 off appetizers during happy hour (4-6pm). I like their calamari.

Only had two appetizers and a sangria which was ALL AMAZING Garlic cheese knot's & calamari are a MUST!! Got Tiramisu & Chocolate lava cake for dessert which was delicious Sheyenne was the sweetest most adorable hostess I've met! Gives me faith in the youth again

Pretty good stuff for a small chain. Will definitely try it again. Just came in for a quick bite. Deserves another visit.

Stopped in close to closing time. Server was speedy to start. Ordered a few apps, drinks and main dishes. Food was meh- garlic toast was basic, the calamari was decent. Between the 4 of us we tried the recommended beef stroganoff, tortellini sunrise and added meatballs, chicken parm, and a kids spaghetti and meatballs.I wouldn't recommend the beef stroganoff.mild flavoring- steak was tender but not a lot going on with the dish flavor wise. Kids spaghetti and meatballs were ok- nothing to come back for.Chicken park was cooked well- juicy and flavorful.The tortellini was my preferred dish of all we ordered- sauce was interesting and flavorful.Couldn't find our server to get our bill but when we finally did he seemed to be rushing us out. We asked for a slice of plain cheesecake to go and we're told kitchen was closed and that the server couldn't get a slice to go because it was in the back and he would have to make it.. seems a bit far fetched from a former server. Most cheesecake I know just needs to be sliced! I think I'ld find another place for Italian if in the area again.

Another great happy hour at Vito's. Sat at the bar and Tiffany (the bartender) was great. Pizza was delicious and service was first class. Tiffany makes the whole experience worthwhile. Highly recommend.

I am absolutely ecstatic over finding Vito's Pizza & Italian Ristorante. Everything about this restaurant is amazing. The service, the food, the atmosphere, the employees, everything is excellent. Tonight was me and my families first time eating at the restaurant and was not disappointed. In-fact, I will be a lifetime patron of Vito's. My server Tasha was exceptional, she took care my family and I by making sure that we had everything we needed. If we needed anything Tasha would take care of it immediately, Great job Tasha. Because it was our families first time visiting Vito's the General Manager came out to greet our table and explain all of the perks that come along with being part of the Vito's Pizza family, Great job General Manager I would not be writing this review if I did not get the information you provided to me.
