Visited Vista the other night for my wife and I anniversary. We were seated promptly at our reservation time. We were lucky enough to be seated by a huge window overlooking the cascades. Ryan our server stopped by and introduced himself. Took our drink order and then gave us space. He checked on us a few times to see if we were ready and explained all of the items on the menu we had questions. We were just 2 sitting on a 4 top so he and the buss person cleared the extra silverware to give us some extra room.Salad was wonderful and deliver quickly. Our entrees were served a few minutes after our salad was cleared. My wife and I had ordered steaks. She chose the filet and I the rib eye. Both were cooked perfectly. Her steak was incredible. Tender, and one of the best steaks I've tasted. My rib eye was cooked perfectly. The taste with the peppercorn sauce was delicious. To me the rib eye was a bit less tender than I would have expected from an 45 day aged steak. Still delicious but not stellar. When Ryan came over and asked how everything was I decided not to complain as it was still delicious and honestly everything else was perfect. My wife had left the table for a moment and Ryan came up and gave me a long steamed rose to give to my wife as he knew it was our anniversary. All and all the atmosphere was terrific, the food was good, but the service was impeccable.Service post COVID is always hit or miss so you never know. Unfortunately most of the time it is terrible. Ryan our server was probably the best server I have EVER had in any restaurant and I'm old enough to remember smoking on an airplane.Recommendation; Everything on the menu looked fantastic.Bring a bottle of wine and pay the corking feeHopefully you get waited on by Ryan.

We've been to Snoqualmie Casino several times, and decided on Saturday (6/22) to have an early dinner there (1645). The atmosphere was very relaxing; cleanliness was impressive; and we had a view from our table out to through the window that was very noticeable. WRT service, they must have had their A-squad working; our waiter was absolutely astounding! He kept the conversation at a minimum while also providing some comic relief on the amount of food we were ordering among the three of us. He was very courteous and considerate towards the ladies I was dining with, which made their dining experience memorable. Additionally, the sommelier who we spoke with, provided us with excellent choices of French wine that perfectly paired with our food. I believe his name was Ahdy, but I may have butchered the spellingNow to the food - this, without question, was absolutely phenomenal! While I ordered the ribeye, both ladies ordered the shrimp scampi which was prepared at our table - making the dining experience more joyful and authentic. If you have not tried this place, I highly recommend so - you will not be disappointed!

Meal was generally fine, nice general ambiance, and service was cheerful but at these prices we will not be back. The shrimp scampi included a spectacular table-side display but ultimately the noodles were tepid and the prawns undercooked. The James beard burger did not do its name justice; the request was for a medium cook but it came back clearly "well done" (in the figurative sense) and was actually a little hard to chew. Not juicy. A giant hunk of hardened ground beef. The beat salad and espresso martini were the highlights. Overall it's fine but not "fine" dining. The steaks are the specialty so perhaps those are produced with more care.

Vista Prime is located inside Snoqualmie Casino and features gorgeous PNW mountain views. Every time I have been, there's a live piano player that adds to the ambiance. The food is all very tasty, but is on the pricey side! Scallops Rockefeller ($29) is my favorite appetizer. The table side Caesar salad ($21pp) is also fantastic and one of my favorite Caesar salads of all time. We typically order the shrimp scampi ($39) that's also prepared tableside and is so delicious. The downside to tableside is seeing how much butter they put in the dish! Tableside bananas foster ($16pp) is a great way to finish the night. So good!! Our server Henry provided great service and was very friendly and informative.

One of my friends brought me here for my birthday. She frequents it and has her favorite staff, that treat her well. First, it was a lot smaller than I thought. So you need to plan. The staff was friendly and very willing to walk you through the evening. They were part of the dinner. It was all about the meat and I had a wagyu steak. Solid but not earth rattling. Flaming nana's at the table for dessert. Quite the show. An overall solid but not white table cloth worthy

Vista Steak and Seafood Restaurant at Snoqualmie Casino is a must-visit for anyone seeking an upscale dining experience. From the moment you step into the restaurant until the last bite of your meal, you'll be treated to a delightful journey of flavors and impeccable service. With its inviting ambiance, exceptional cuisine, and attentive staff, it's no surprise that Vista Steak and Seafood Restaurant has earned its reputation as one of the finest dining establishments in the area. The only reason I did not give a perfect rating is that the prices at Vista Steak and Seafood Restaurant are on the higher side. While the quality of the food and the overall experience justifies the cost, it may not be suitable for those on a tight budget. Nevertheless, the value you receive in terms of the impeccable service, ambiance, and culinary excellence is well worth the investment

We have come here twice and it's fantastic. The food is delicious, hot and decent portion sizes. My only complaint is the table side Cesar for two says $21 not $21 Per Person. Both times we've been we've had great food and service. We've always gone early around 5-6pm. I've never smelled smoke in the restaurant.I'm really surprised by these terrible reviews, for a casino it's a hidden a gem.

Smoke-filled restaurant. It was our first and last time going here. The service was great. The presentation was fine, but the overwhelming smoke/cigar smell ruined the whole experience. Every bite was seasoned like fine dining and garnished with an ashtray. The cost of the meals is overpriced for what we experienced.Nothing but regret.

This is my first visit here and wasn't sure what to expect. It is on the pricey side. My eyes popped out seeing that a fancy steak cost more than my Nikes. At first, the service was great. Tyler was clean-cut, polite, and promptly gave us our waters. After we ordered, the wait was so long. We had a concern to go to and was concerned that we'd be late. We have ample time too and thought we'd be done by 630. We were actually a few minutes late to the concert at 7p. So, we waited a half an hour for our food to arrive. On the bright side, my partner's steak was cooked to perfection. One of my steaks from the flight was a bit underdone. The food was good but since we got the food so late, I had to scarf it down - dessert and all. The mushrooms were delish, a tad too buttery but seasoned well. It was an upgrade side too otherwise it would be seasoned veggies, baked potato, etc.

We haven't eaten here in quite some time and decided to take hubs there for fathers day. Let me just say that the prices have gotten so steep that a normal person can't afford them. Steaks are so expensive you have to mortgage your home to pay for them. They had a fresh sheet, most of the stuff sounded sort of odd for fathers day, I mean what dad wants to eat a red snapper salad? and the dessert was called Moose tracks, sounded good but it wasn't.So we shared a Caesar salad. They no longer make them at the table so they bring you one already all chopped up with a ton of salty dressing on it. I ate about a fourth of mine. I decided to order scallops. I've had them there before and they've always been good, not so this time. Not sure what the chef is thinking but they were sitting on a puree of something, I can't remember what it was, but it was a grey color, very thick and totally overwhelmed the scallops. It didn't even taste good. On top of that there were supposed to be micro greens on top, well there were but so many it was like an entire package that you buy in a store to serve four or five people. It literally would have filled up a large salad bowl. My husband got shrimp scampi which he used to get all the time. They no longer do it table side and he said the shrimp were over cooked and tough. To our server's credit, he noticed the micro green issue and when I told him the sauce under the scallops was awful he took my meal off the menu and offered us a free dessert. We messed up on that choice. It was moose tracks, a special for fathers day and a sad excuse for a dessert. The peanuts that were chocolate covered were horribly salty, there was some crust under a vanilla something, we couldn't tell what it was and it needed flavor for sure.I absolutely feel like two starts might even be too many. for that price everything should be perfect.
