Visible Coffee Roasters

We came Saturday afternoon around 3ish and it was pretty packed but we were able to get one of the last tables. It was next to the fireplace which was great since it was chilly. I appreciate the glass windows on a sunny day & the long hours - open 7am-10pm almost everyday. A good chunk of ppl had laptops so it's a great place to study. I knocked off a star because sometimes the coffee tastes a little extra burnt and for their white chocolate mocha they use Powder instead of Syrup which my husband said tasted horrible.

One of my go-to work/study spots in the area, especially because there aren't many laptop-friendly coffee spots in the area. The main driver for me is the open setting and lots of natural light that comes in. It can get pretty loud and crowded here though and it gets very hot in the summer (I don't think they have AC).Visible Coffee also serves gelato, beer, and wine along with the usual coffee & pastry works. Great options for later visits - they close around 8 or 9pm.Iced mocha: Hits the spot for an 80 degree day. A solid classic choice.Vegan Banana Nut Muffin (GF): I don't recommend. They dumped way too much clove/spices in this. I barely tasted the banana at all, it tasted like a spice cake.

I wandered up to Visible, 30 minutes from home, because it was the only coffee shop open late on a Saturday. We're talking open til 10 pm on Saturday nights! It reminded me of my college days, both the closing time and the flood of 20-something's with their laptops that were there when I got there. There is a lot of seating, some of it even comfortable. My crochet hook and I were happy. Only downfall was the weak Americano I was served. That late, though, it was probably a blessing to have a bit less caffeine than desired.

Visible Coffee Roasters is a great coffee shop to pick up a coffee to go through Yelp Online ordering or to stay. The coffee is hot and tasty. My favorite order is the Mocha and sunrise wrap ( breakfast burrito). The staff always have a smile on their face and there is free Wi-Fi .

This is a delicious neighborhood coffee spot. While my studying days are over, thought it was awesome they had a quiet study room available for rent. The interior is large with tons of seating options. Service was quick. I got the house made bourbon vanilla syrup in a latte, just the right amount of sweet! A little expensive for my usual trips but to be expected for a boutique coffee shop.

Best coffee in mill creek area and the customer service is amazing. The quality of the coffee is 10/10 and they make most of their syrups in house. You won't be disappointed

Visible Coffee Roasters is one of the best coffee spots I've ever been too. They have an excellent variety of drinks, food, and bagged coffee. I occasionally come here if I need to have a change of scenery for remote work and want to be in a lively, yet relaxing atmosphere. I typically get whatever latte is in season here, but I've had the matcha drinks and iced coffee before and everything I've tried has been delicious. Another perk is that the drinks are never too sweet. If you're hungry, the food here is pretty solid too. All of their breakfast sandwiches and pastries I've tried so far have been good. Every barista that has served me at this location has been wonderful. Props to them for choosing employees that understand great customer service while being able to handle the busy hours excellently. Further, I've bought several varieties of the bagged coffee for the past two Christmases as gifts and everyone who's received it has loved it. I've since moved away from the area, but I try to stop here everytime I'm in Mill Creek. Keep up the good work VCR!

Popped in for an early morning roast and was immediately drawn to the board with their specialty drinks. Pumpkin situation, baileys brew, the caramel apple, manhattan mocha, and brown sugar thing. I'm holding on to fall as long as I can and needed the pumpkin situation of course. For my husband I ordered the baileys brew but I tried a little of both and my favorite turned out to be the Bailey's Brew. The roast was just perfect and the star of this drink from the first sip. I really came here with my heart set on the cinnamon roll. Pictures on yelp show a super frosted treat that is exactly what I've always wanted in a cinnamon roll. However when I got here early morning it just seemed like a lot for breakfast. Instead I tried an apple crumble type muffin and blueberry scone. They were both pretty sugary and I just snacked on some throughout the morning but they're good.

Really REALLY surprised when we walked in to see not one employee wearing a mask. This was on March 7th... the mask mandate is still in effect and their is a sign posted on the businesses front door that makes are required. My friend and I were very taken aback. In addition, it was very dirty/messy. Overflowing trash and trays and the staff were moving very slowly. I read other reviewers mention the lack of urgency and I couldn't agree more. There was one order in front of ours but our two iced beverages took close to 10 minutes to get to us. Super odd. We actually liked our drinks, by the way. However, the pastries we got to try were all very meh and I could get similar items from my local grocery store bakery. The coffee wasn't amazing enough to go back and with the absolute lack of government health safety and cleanliness, definitely not worth returning.

My first time here, and both the staff and manager were very welcoming and efficient. The space is spacious, with enough seats and sofas for various purposes and lengths of time spent in the shop.Good coffee, and open till late on Sunday night. Definitely a good option to spend some relaxing time here.
