Great location for an event. Good space with open flow great for events. Very impressed with the ton of parking available. They take care of their facility. Definitely impressed and definitely recommend them!

Wow This is a pretty descent place to rent out! I didn't even know this place existed in Chesapeake. The location is in a business park, maybe that's why?It does have plenty of parking space.This building only have one room which is cool because you won't be dealing with other guests. The space itself is huge but very plain and dull looking. For example, the walls are white, the floors are white, the ceiling and even the ceiling fans are white!! No color anywhere. Oh and the chairs are old too, its the blue ones...you know those old overflow church chairs? Yeah those!The bathroom was at least nice, it has a sitting area and plenty of stalls & well kept. There's a kitchen area that's is separated by a double door with a window but visible in the rental space.The roomy space and plenty of parking space, makes this a descent place to rent.

I was really impressed with the venue I had my wedding there. It will hold up to 250 people. The staff is really great. The inside is really nice and not run down. I will recommend anytime!!
