Zaxbys

I went here in May I posted my picture on my Instagram, but I cant get the picture to upload on here because I forgot to share to my Facebook I went to it when it was newly opened I came here to park and I waited till the time it opened but I don't know what the inside looks like or is like because when I went to the door it was still locked and lobby was not going to open. So I went back to car and went through drive thru.I think the drive thru person couldn't hear right, but I just ordered the Zax box with strawberry lemonade. I would say the strawberry lemonade was the best out of the whole meal. The crinkle fries were ok. the chicken tenders were small the toast was ok. Would I go back I would probably go back, but I think not anytime soon, I will try their other options of food on the menu and get more drinks.

With it being my first time at this location, my daughter and I decided to stop by for a quick bite to eat on a Sunday around 5pm. The line in the drive thru was pretty long but I figured it was due to the time of day so we patiently waited. Once it was our turn to order, we decided on the #1, a Big Zax Snak (3 chicken fingers & fries) and the #3, a Wings & Things (5 wings, 3 chicken fingers & fries). For the wings, my daughter wanted them coated in bbq sauce and we both ordered our drinks. For some reason, the associate taking the order could not comprehend all that we were ordering and it literally took us repeating the same order several times before he understood...or so we thought.As we approached the first window to pay the $30 for the food, which is absurd, we asked that he read back our order to ensure it was correct and unfortunately, he still read it back to us wrong. After we carefully explained what we asked for, he read it back to us correctly.We pull up to the next window to receive our food and thankfully I checked the bag before we left because it was not correct. There was a sandwich in the bag and other additional items that we did not order. We were asked to provide our receipt and waited patiently in hopes they could figure it out. Once we received our food and checked the bag, we realized the wings were coated in the wrong sauce but we had zero patience left and drove off. The food was mediocre. The chicken fingers were smaller than I remember but I hadn't been to a Zaxby's in years so things could have changed over time. I'm hoping our recent experience with Zaxby's was due to happenstance and not how they normally operate because if so, I'd probably never return.

Finally, a Zaxby's on this side of town. I went a few days ago and am just getting to the review. I tried to go inside, but the dining area was closed; I had to walk back out and go through the drive-thru. The place was swamped, and it's a new location, so I am taking it easy on them. The food and order were correct and fresh. No complaints here, I will give them another shot when I am in the mood for some quick fried chicken tendies

Kraft cheese slice on this chicken sandwich. Pretty frickin upset to say the least. Was only swinging by for a snack and man, I would have rather starved. Go elsewhere. Cheap.

I was really excited that Zaxby's was in this area. Unfortunately, I have to give the food one starThe first three times my order was horrible incomplete and I'm pretty sure it was due to staffing issues new restaurant opening up not enough people the dining area it was not open. This is my fourth time and last time placed an order for sweet and spicy wings cooked extra hard with a large fry the ;wings were not cooked , the way I requested and cold when I got home I had to put them in the air fryer and add additional seasoning.

The food SUCKED! There's no other way to say it. I ordered the signature chicken sandwich and my son had the chicken sliders, both combo meals. The fries tasted old and stale. The chicken sandwiches were nothing to rave about and really, just plain. The honey mustard sauce in the sandwiches tasted like pure salt. Freaking Walmart makes a better chicken sandwich. What threw me off was that I had to wait about 5 minutes for my order and so I'm thinking "Yea it's going to be nice and hot". Nope! It was like a hour before closing. My guess is that no one in the kitchen felt like making a new batch of anything. The only thing notable was that the young man taking my order was courteous, but that's not enough to save that place. Never going back and definitely not recommending Zaxbys to anyone.

The corporate office needs to know how terrible this place is. Rude manager, always getting orders wrong. Terrible service, they act like you're bothering them to take your order. Food is gross. Too much salt in everything. Run away from this place.

I ordered the Traditional Wings & Things Box. First of all, the wings I received were all flats. Two of them were really small. See the photos below. Customer service was excellent.

First day - restaurant is packed. Chicken sandwich and fingers are awesome. They have more than enough choices for sauces. Table next to us had a platter of wings and they put them down in minutes. Great location - again the place has a line down the street for the drive through.

Food was cold but the manager did call back and provide good customer service so we'll try again another day
