Young Seafood

Great seafood takeout- good way to save money on eating seafood instead of at a restaurant. Fried flounder was soft and moist. Fried crabcake was 95% crab. Fried crabs - the top shell was taken off so all you had to do was dig in.Excellent service.

This place is right around the corner from my house. I ordered a dozen of steamed crabs with old bay seasoning and it cost $17.63 plus tax which is way cheaper than some other places I've been and the crabs were seasoned pretty good and they were nice and meaty. I ordered male crabs. I normally order from TNT crabs but it's alittle far from my house.

NEVER order pairs of fried crabs. I recently went there and ordered 6 pairs of fried crabs. They were all cooked and clumped together. When I phlled them apart, the dough was raw and the crabs weren't all the way cookes and they tasted burnt. I tooked the crabs back and the owner dropped them back in the grease. This is unsanitary. He pointed to the sign which said no refund. He did give me a 9.99 shrimp dinner. Needless to say I spent 20.00. Never again

We were very skeptical since we are not from VA but after reading other reviews and it was like 7 min from our hotel we went to try it out. And boy were we glad we did. The outside not the inside look like much but it's clean and the food was delicious. We ordered steamed crabs and steamed shrimp. We ordered some sides but I don't suggest getting sides they were good but they were extra small like two spoonfuls lol. But the steamed seafood was so delicious.

Today was my first day going to this business and I was treated in a very nasty, rude, and disrespectful manner. The short woman who took my order displayed frustration and raised her voice at me when I tried to clarify how I wanted to pay for my order. She clearly does not believe that customers make payday possible. She said several things in her language and she also slammed the door that led to the area she took the orders from. When foreigners, or anyone else for that matter, treat someone who is paying them for a product act like that, they deserve to loose business. In a nutshell, HER CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS SUCKED!!!!!

Disgusting! Seafood is not edible. This cannot be the same Young's from 20 years ago. He doesn't want to give a refund for his inedible gross food. Someone needs to call the health department.

Terrible customer service. Will never give my money. Very rude and needs to leave the community.

I use to love coming into town and going to Young Seafood for fried crabs, today that changed! The employees act like you are an inconvenience interrupting them. I ordered 4 pairs of crabs they were not properly cooked I could see the batter I had to go home and finish cooking them it took 30 minutes. I should have gone to the crab place in church street! Don't waste your money going to Young Seafood! I would have left them zero stars but a one star is the lowest you can go

The place is very clean. The food was delicious. I will be returning for future orders.

I never review places but I couldn't help but to for this place. Let's just say you get what you pay for. Fish sandwich was disgusting and old taste like the oil was old they reheated it in as well. Their fries were even bad tasting. And I'm almost positive he wasn't wearing a face covering while he was cooking it because when he brought me my paper sack he was hold a mask over his mouth. I will never waste my money in this establishment again and I discourage you to as well.
