I always order shrimp and chicken teriyaki. It is so delicious!! The prices are reasonable. The eating is not huge but spacious enough to enjoy a quaint lunch. You may struggle to find parking, though. Service was good- I was greeted and told of where condiments and utensils were located

Yomi just opened and i was excited to try their food. They have sushi, bento boxes, hibachi, and more. The prices were pretty reasonable. When i walked in i was promptly greeted. The owner was nice. The restaurant looked clean and had seating to dine in. I got the hibachi shrimp and beef with rice and veggies. The meal cost about $13. It looked really good and was hot!! The flavor was good but the beef was a little chewy. The shrimp were tasty and i enjoyed the veggies and rice... Mmmm. Their yum yum sauce is kinda bland but it tasted better mixed into the food. The portion is a good amount also.I'd like to go back to try the sushi and dumplings. Its a pretty decent place if your looking for low priced affordable hibachi. Check them out!!!

These guys just opened a couple of months ago so you should try them regardless, it's always nice to help out a new business.The place is clean, a few tables, fountain, can, and bottle drinks available. Sauces, plastic ware, and napkins next to the fountain drinks. Very organized but the napkins are the typical cheap ones, sandpaper like type.The food comes out pretty quick. Tried the chicken hibachi with rice & veggies and it was a pretty good size and tasted excellent.The salmon roll was pretty good for a place like this, generous with the salmon for sure.Prices are definitely fair, a hibachi dinner and a drink for about twelve bucks after tax.Will definitely try them again.

Whenever there's a grand opening you want to try everything! First off the,atmosphere is very nice and well decorated. Plus the service was awesome. I couldn't order everything, so just opt for Pokebowl and combo platter. If you want the most for your buck order the combo! I was definitely happy with it! The beef just melted in your mouth and shrimp cooked perfect. Plus you get 2 spring rolls and to potstickers and 4 pieces of California roll. Yummy! Will come back for sure

Talk about bang for your buck. I thoroughly enjoyed the food from yomi! The amount of food you get is crazy. I ate half of the tray and still had a whole bunch left. I ordered the chicken and salmon plate with noodle and mixed vegetables. The chicken was delicious but the salmon wasn't hitting for me. It was also on the dry side but a lil eel sauce and soy fixes that right up. I also tried the California roll (which was my favorite out of the whole meal) and the chicken dumplings - overall I rate this place a 8.5/10

Average wait time. Short-handed. Clean establishment. They tend to get orders wrong quite often. We have been there three times and each time it's something. First time they forgot my noodles. Second time they gave me the wrong rice. Third time they gave me no vegetables. They have great potential. Once they get more people hired I know they will be great. But for now I am giving them just three stars until they get it together. The food really is good but too many mistakes.

Noodles were dry. There was hardly any sauce on the chicken. The flavor was terrible. The sushi was was ok at best but could've been fresher. The service was fast and decent but never order online for this place.

Stumbled on this place on the way home from shopping in Virginia Beach. The food was on point. The people were pleasant. Greeted was with a hello as we stepped in . We will definitely be returning. Great job guys .
