Yaymaker

We had an absolute blast.This was so fun and we learned a lot about the plants themselves.I had attended many paint nights but this just really elevated things.The staff was super friendly and there was such a great variety.Everyones creation looked so different!It would be an event that you could attend over and over.I am definitely curious to try the other yaymaker events.Awesome job ladies

I have been to several paint nite events and have always had a great time. The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because of my poor painting skills! All of the events I have been to have been great. The staff is always wonderful and encouraging. There were two that I did recently that I never saw pictures for but that's ok, I still had an awesome time and ended up with some interesting artwork.

When my class was canceled due to restaurant closures I asked for a refund and explained that I would not be able to attend at a later date. I was told they don't give refunds. Period. Basically too bad so sad. So they have zero problem ripping people off, keeping money they didn't earn. Even if I was able to attend I would never go or give them another dime.

I ordered tickets and tried to sign up for classes and was told the code was no good, I emailed yaymaker 4 days ago and got no response, I ordered again from groupon because I really wanted the class for my best friend for her birthday, after I purchased my groupon tickets again i got it's not a good code. Very upset, when it was paintnite I never had issues.

The local Paint Nite team has a repeat customer rewards punch card program where you get a credit for every time you attend a session. I just recently attended my fifth session with the Paint Nite company and I will never return. Because that day I chose not to have my picture taken and participate in their online advertising, they would not punch my punch card. That's just ridiculous. I was told directly by to Paint Nite employees that afternoon that I did not get credit for the session if I did not want my picture taken for online advertising. I reached out to the Paint Nite company and was told that they have no control over what individual Paint Nite teams do. There are multiple companies doing paint nights in Virginia Beach, so I will no longer give money to support a company that allows such bad customer service.
