Worth the Wait

awesome little shop, you get fabulous deals for your money. The staff is great, you should check it out if you are in the area.

This consignment store is a fun spot to find awesome deals! They add new stuff every Tuesday, and they have some amazing name-brand steals! I found some gorgeous Michael Kors heels, Sam Edelman boots, and a few name-brand tops for a fraction of the price you would buy new - all of them barely worn or still with the tags on! I was torn on whether to write a review because I want to keep this hidden gem all to myself :-) But I'm a firm believer of sharing the love and promoting great small businesses. Caution: You might find yourself frequenting this place and buying things you never knew you needed!I gave it a 4 star because from week-to-week it is "hit or miss", but it is always fun to stop by when in the area and see what I find.

Dropped by on my lunch hour to look for a new LV to add to my collection. Let's just say customer service must have been on a break! 2 employees - no "Hello" not even an attempt to make eye contact. Although the handbags were nice the cold shoulder will make me shop elsewhere

This consignment shop is laid out beautifully. It's easy to find your size and style. Some of the racks are separated by designer, which makes it convenient if you are looking for a particular brand. Most of the prices seemed a bit high to me, so definitely wait for the discounted prices to take effect, unless you can't live without the item! There's a good selection of shoes and an enormous jewelry department. Much of the jewelry is crafted by artisans and quite unique. They also stock nice gift items, books, mugs, pens, etc. Be sure to look in the back clearance room... up to 50-75% off. I found some amazing deals on jewelry, a cool yellow bracelet for $3, some necklaces for $4, and even a picture for $12. The service was a bit slow but Worth the Wait is definitely worth the stop!

These people are the worst. No idea why everyone working there is so condescending when the merch isnt that great. Selling as a consignor process is overly complicated and a ripoff. I went to retrieve my items today and was sneered at by a 25 year old with a Mohawk. Couldn't find one item and she refused to help me. You'd do better on Thredup.com.

I just had a terrible experience when trying to sell something. I asked for paperwork showing what I dropped off for them to price and sell. Without hesitation, the woman ripped up my contract I had just signed, told me they have been in business for 25 years and said this wasn't for me. They had me sign a contract to protect them, but nothing to protect the customer selling when leaving items of value. Awful experience.**Edited to add after owner commented.*I was never offered a separate contract with the items on it. If that was the case I would have gone back another day no problem. *After you made it clear you didn't want my business, I tried to pick up the paperwork that I had just written all my information on and you pulled it away not allowing me to take it and then ripped it up. I would have never left my information on the counter for someone to "steal". *This is not about trust. This was my first experience with you and never in my life have I been asked to leave items of value with a business and not receive some sort of paperwork saying so. Our stories do not match up. I appreciate reviews and just left this information so someone doesn't have the same experience as myself.

Neat little place, great finds for all sorts of sizes and occasions. The shop is also well maintained.

I love this place. They have some really nice clothing and accessories here with new things added every week. The pricing is great and I really appreciate the variety. It's by far, my favorite consignment store in the area. I always enjoy interacting with the staff as they truly seem excited to be there and willing to help with any questions I might have. Give them a try. I think that you will be pleasantly surprised!

My 93 year old mom visiting for the holidays spends a good half hour trying on shoes and finds two pair that fit perfectly. She asks the manager if she could use the restroom and was told "No, it's an insurance policy issue and I can't let you". The manager then proceeds to threaten throwing her out of the store. She even has the audacity to come out of her "hole" as she is taking off the shoes to say to my mom, that she was on the phone with the owner and still wouldn't let her use their restroom. I had to take my mom next door, order some food, so that my mom could get some relief. I use to be a frequent shopper here when it was ran and operated by a lovely woman with employees who knew how to run a business and to treat their customers. They had a public restroom. The quality of their consigned clothing at that time was a place you knew you would find something nice and leave happy and with a free caramel something that the new owner chose to do away with, guess that was an insurance issue too.
