Wormley Creek Marina

Wormley Creek Marina is by far my favorite marina so far. The staff is extremely friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. They have just opened the new bath house, laundry room and pool. There are a couple of beautiful flower gardens, not to mention the marina is nestled in a placid area surrounded by large trees. The entire marina is pristinely manicured. They have a full working service yard and haul out. The ship store is stocked with a wide variety of boater's needs. We are on the great loop and needed a repair to our bow thruster, the marina was happy to work us in even though they were booked through July! So much to do close by, Uber does pick up from here and food can be delivered. If you get the chance this is a great place to stay.

Great marina and people. This was not a planned stop, we just got lucky. After a few days waiting on weather to calm down we had witnessed the meticulous handling of boats being hauled in and out, admiring the attention to detail given to each one. We had planned to haul out in a few months for blister repair and bottom paint, after observing we decided we found our place. Excellent work, reasonably priced, and impeccable communication. Great pool and bath house, laundry, floating docks, dog park across the street, with instacart and walmart delivery options. Great short ride to Yorktown via dinghy to enjoy the free hop on and off trolly tour. Can't say enough great things about this place we will defiently return.

These guys are super! They'll give you a good quote and stick to it. If more work is needed, they'll discuss the pricing with you if you just ask. I had a propeller that I couldn't break free and they new the right techniques and just the right amount of force to use without damaging the drive. I am very happy to use them for all my marina needs!

Outstanding small yard -- accurate estimates, quick service, excellent work, friendly staff. Among the jobs performed on boat were hull waxing, bottom paint, electrical work, and cosmetic fiberglass repair. Couldn't be happier with our experience. Very highly recommended!

I've been very pleased with the service that I've gotten at Wormley Creek Marina. Doug has saved my butt on more than one occasion. Last Fall we took a family trip to Italy. I had arranged for a friend to check on my boat while we were gone to make sure everything was ok. Unfortunately, my friend neglected to look closely and my boat was sinking. Wormley Creek jumped in, they must check boats and noticed mine was listing. They called me in Italy, even went to my house. When we got back a couple days later I went to the boat--It was still floating but I noticed that the Marina put two industrial pumps on my boat to keep it afloat. They also put their own battery in the boat as my charger had failed so as to run the bilge pumps. We figured out the problem and they fixed it. They intervened before any damage occurred--all while I was unavailable in Italy. Thank you!I don't think that you can get that type of service at many marinas. Thank you Doug, Pam, Kurt and Jamie.

Very nice and friendly marina. They aim to please and go out of their way to help. Clean nice facility w gas and pump out. Easy to get in and out. Good bath facilities too. Comfortable docks.

Superb small marina close to Williamsburg, Jamestown and Yorktown. Very helpful yard for DIYers, and good labor rates when you need work done. The front office and yard manager are all great.
