Do not recommend this place at all. The management was rude as well as most of the staff. Always an excuse for something not being done. I had to find a place for my elderly parents to stay for 3 weeks while waiting for their new home to be ready. My parents are 91 and 88 and never once was anyone on our family treated with respect or concern. Asking for one roll of toilet paper by my father and being told they didn't have any is unacceptable. Their room was supposed to be cleaned after 2 weeks. It took 2 weeks and 4 days of waiting to finally get it cleaned after my asking for days and days when it would be cleaned. Never given an apology for the wait. They were eventually evicted. Great! Evicting an elderly couple from a hotel. We had to quickly move them into another Extended Stay place which turned out to be a wonderful experience for them. Staff was friendly and accommodating. I wish I had found this place first.There were so many issues with the manager but never a kind word or apology. Unfortunately I had to give them a one star rating to write this review.
