Anytime I am in Virginia Beach I must stop by Wong's. The wings are amazinggggggggggg. Always crispy. Well seasoned. Perfectly done. And, a pleasure to devour. If you are a wing eater you must place an order.Don't blame me if you get addicted. They are truly the highlight of my trip. LoL!

3.5 star average? I say four stars, I was right, you were Wong! Simple Americanized Chinese food, the kind of menu you will find in anytown America. But with menus being similar in such places, the food quality isn't always the same. The food at Wong's isn't too oily or salty. We had General Tso's tofu (off the menu for some reason) and Sezchuan shrimp. Tofu is very big cubes. In general all portions way bigger than normal. Good quality shrimp for the price, comes with onion, cabbage and an excessive amount of celery. You order and pay at the front. A few outdoor tables if you want to face the avenue. Main course prices from $9 and up. A nice change from all the fried food along the beachfront.

Really good Gen Tso's Chix. We've visited them on a number of our visits to VA Beach.

This spot right on Atlantic Ave. in Virginia Beach is great if you want Chinese & they do good with the pricing especially if you want lunch or dinner so you won't have issues & they do good with the portions. I had the Hunan Chicken lunch one & though it was good witht he veggies & white rice one hiccup is I called for the hot & spicy & they just didn't have the heat kick I'd have liked so that was the only roadblock of why not the fifth as I'd liked. But all in all if you got a room on the beach & need a bite of Chinese here's a bit to go with.

We were on a vacation. They had some good reviews, so we decided to give them a try.We waited a very long time after being seated. Our food was delivered to the table in "to go" containers. Food was pretty average, not great. Staff seemed very disorganized. We will not eat eat here again.

The general Tso's chicken was hard as a rock, and the sauce they put on it was as thick as Elmer's glue. They give you a plastic fork with no knife to try and eat it. The chicken pieces were huge, and since it was so hard, the plastic fork couldn't cut it. The fried rice upgrade was flavorless. Not a good experience.

Super spicy general chicken and extreme amounts of soy sauce on the rice, flavorless chicken and bland fried shrimp. This might be great for others peoples taste but for what I expected it does not meet my expectations.

Well, I don't like leaving a bad review however, I cannot let this go without something being said. I've lived here my entire life, and have yet to find an Asian establishment as good as those found in larger cities. That being said, I tried Wong's on Atlantic ave. I ordered crab Rangoon, and spicy basil. Fried rice. The fried rice was greasy. There was absolutely nothing spicy about it, and there was absolutely nothing Thai or basil incorporated. The crab Rangoon was a joke as you can see from the picture it looked like they were trying to make dumplings with what appeared to be crab that had turned bad. The door was so thick. It was as if it was a dumpling instead of the beautiful crab Rangoon which I had had at different places. I live so close by I was hoping this was going to be my go to place, and I'm incredibly disappointed and caution any of our visitors to this fine city to find another place to dine. Just absolutely a disgusting and disappointing meal
