Wolff's Sandwich Shoppe

Stopped in on Wednesday and had the pulled pork sandwich special. Not disappointed, large portion, friendly service great price 9.8. & don't pass up on the peanut butter brownie.

A small restaurant, off the beaten path, with a big taste. Good food, reasonably priced, ran by country folks.

Quick homemade breakfast or lunch choices. Prices reasonable. Our favorite are bacon cheese burgers or Reuben. Perfect for eating inside, take out or telephone ordering too.

This was a great place to go get a quick bite to eat that was tasty and affordable. The food came out quick and my sister and I were well pleased.

We were coming into town late in Friday night. Had not been able to find a place to eat. Stopped here at 7:55pm. They close at 8pm. They welcomed us in and made us a really yummy dinner and were as nice about it as can be. Want to go back and try breakfast, which looked great! Highly recommend!!

The best place for lunch near Wallops Island. Food is prepared quickly, priced well, portioned perfectly, and also delicious. My favorite thing I have had is the bacon cheeseburger with an egg on top and fries. Depending on your per diem, I highly recommend a milkshake too

--- Short Synopsis ---Wolfe's shop is a great small store and deli with some good items that are reasonably priced! It is also open during the winter season when many other places close down. --- Detailed Review ---I enjoy the bread they use for their subs. It is soft and fluffy and provides the right taste and structure to compliment the inside. The crab cake sub in particular I enjoy with all the fillings and tartar sauce. I got the fillings (onions, lettuce, chilli sauce, tomatoes) on the side, so I could have control on how much went onto my sandwich. I think the tartar sauce put everything together. The crab cake provides a nice flavor contrast to the rest of the ingredients in the sub. There other sandwiches and subs are nice, like the cheeseburger sub.The curly fries are also pretty tasty and flavorful. They have a delicious smell to them that will make everyone around you want some. They also go well inside sandwiches/subs (if you are into that type of thing).I am also glad it is open during the non-tourist season when many other places close down for the "offseason." Another plus is the location since I usually am in the area for business travel at Wallops Island and this place is one of the closest food establishments to the base.

Good sandwiches for carry out. Reasonable prices too. Limited menu. Limited parking.

My favorite go to spot for lunch! You can't go wrong with anything on the menu! Favorites are burgers, BLT and the Jamie! Ohh and white chicken chilli!!
