Ive never gone here before 10pm honestly, service is usually "what you want??" vibes, but its fresh & made to order. I also ONLY get the chicken sandwich and have never been disappointed, do with that information what you please. There is no inside seating, take out only. Overall: 8/10

I made an order through door dash, when my order was delivered. I was missing half of my order. I called Wingstop and they had mentioned they forgot to place it in the bag, so I asked for any compensation because of the inconvenience of me picking up the rest of my order when I already paid for door dash delivery. All they could offer me was ranch for making a mistake on my order, so I had to go pick up the rest of my order while the other half of my food sat at home and got cold. Not happy at all. So when I got home and opened the bag, it was NOT what I ordered. I specifically came to pick up 20 boneless wings with 4 different sauces, I received 10 boneless bbq wings and 6 garlic Parmesan chicken tenders. I should have checked the reviews before making an order, I don't think I'll ever order here again.

This location is brand new, the place is very clean!Everyone is very friendly and polite, greeted immediately and they're very helpful.Their wings are always a must with a lot of flavors, they definitely cook them all the way so you get that crisp not slimy skin from undercooked wings.The chicken sandwich and tenders are not bad either.Prices are fair.Definitely give them a try if you're nearby.

This was our first time eating Wing Stop and I am very disappointed. We ordered three 8pc combos. I always hear good things but these wings were very over cooked and covered in oil and completely flavorless! The fries were so soggy and too sweet. However the girl that helped my husband was very nice. We will probably not be back unfortunately.

Recently moved to the area and have ordered here twice. Something is off with this location, the food and the service are both terrible. Walking in you feel like you're bothering the staff by being there. Whatever, it doesn't hurt my feelings if the food backs up the attitude. But it doesn't. Both times I picked up right as scheduled and it was cold and flavorless. There was no crunch to the boneless wings, and when I visited the second time I questioned if they even added the seasoning and sauces we ordered. We've eaten at Wing Stop dozens of times throughout the years so are aware of what their products should taste like, but this location isn't it.

Picked up my mobile order 13 mins after I ordered and everything was cold. First and last time ordering from this location. I usually order from the Holland road location and I've never received cold/stale food from them.

I decided to give this business a second chance after I placed an order at one of their locations (Holland Road, Virginia Beach) a couple of years ago only to get 10 of the 15 wings ordered and paid for. When I called they wouldn't answer the phone. Chatted with corporate online only to be told that I had to deal with the store I placed the order with. Wasn't up to driving all the way back up there at 10pm. So with all that being said I decided to give them another try at a new and different location. I only wanted wings but could not place my order without including a ($2 dip). I could buy a whole bottle of dip for that much. So I'm done with their money-grubbing ways. As good as the product is I'm not out to be taken an gouged.

DON'T ORDER FROM HERE. Quality has gone downhill order 20 boneless and this is what I got. Popcorn chicken. Lol

called asking if they were still open 30 minutes early. proceeded to tell me they arent serving. after not answering the phone. crappy service with minimal response. wont be eating here anymore

If I could give this store a triple zero I would ! I ordered online $30 worth of food . Recieved my order got all the way home about 10 min only to realize that I was missing a whole order of wings (15) . Did not think to open the stapled bag at the store to check . Called the store to let them know that I didn't received half my order would like to come pick it up Caitlyn told me she was not refunding me nor making my order that was missing . Went back and forth with her rude axx for 2 minutes . She told me that I can come talk to a manager at 5pm to get a refund which current time was 2:45 pm . Absolutely NOT . I told her I was coming back up for my refund now and she hung up in my ear . When I called back she hesitate giving me her name & still was rude after hanging up in my ear . I got to the location and Jason was very helpful offered to accommodate me and make my missing food with no hesitation ! Caitlyn needs to be fired she was rude I'll never order wing stop ever in life again . Also did a report on her and I won't stop until she's out of there ! This location sucks because of her and I'm pretty sure she's rude to everyone !!!
