I've been here three times. The first two visits were perfect. I absolutely loved the experience and the service. It was normally my daughter and I shopping together. Today I brought in my son, he's Autistic and an eloper. Meaning he tends to run away. The older woman at the register was very annoyed by this, and she did not have the same welcoming attitude that she had with other customers. It felt unwelcoming. It's hard enough as a mother with a child of a disability. It's even hard when other people are watching us struggle and choose to not be kind. I won't be coming back if this is the kind of person that will be working the register. I'm sorry...

Cute little store! Staff is friendly and they have plenty of items if you are shopping for a baby or kid. They have some reasonably priced used items that vary and some new items such as clothing, books, toys and more. I'm an expecting mom and was able to find a baby carrier,stroller fan and a good breast feeding pillow here used for good prices.

This boutique style consignment shop is cute and offers tons of affordable name brand kids clothes. I found my little one's first pair of good shoes and like new baby moccasins here! The staff is usually pretty friendly and very helpful, although I've had at least one experience where my simple questions seemed to irritate the cashier. That didn't stop me from coming back!Be on the look out because sometimes you'll get a sweet deal on name brand baby carriers and strollers.

Whoever just answered the phone could use a lesson in customer service. I called and politely asked if the store carried a certain brand and in what size. The woman said "I don't know. You will have to come in and look". Really? You work at a kids consignment shop and you can't tell me what sizes you carry before I drive all the way to the location?? Unreal. So incredibly rude. Makes me want to mark that one off my list.

It's hit or miss because it's mostly consignment but they do have a few new items in there - books, toys, and whatnot. But when you do come at the right moment, you can score some great items on the super cheap. I always make sure to stop in at least once a month. The ladies who work there are very approachable and not pushy at all - which is really nice. It is a small shop packed with stuff for your little one, so don't bring your them when shopping.

What a cute baby and children's boutique! I am definitely going to remember this place as I'm buying up shower gifts for my friends. This store sells new and used clothing for babies and kids. The used clothing is in great shape, of the best brands, and a good deal. Like a Gymboree sweater for $7. Cant' beat it. For unique gifts, they have all kinds of books and toys. They also have baby spoon sets that are really cute.

This place is a hidden gem. We have found so many things for my son here. Everyone is always super nice and don't mind my toddler running about playing with the toys. They have high quality stuff and if you are looking for something specific, there are sometimes hidden things in the back the staff will share. We found a wooden walker they pulled out for us when we mentioned wanting a walker tall enough for my son.

A wide variety of jelly cats!!! My go to place in Norfolk area. 11/10 would recommend.

This is such an adorable store with the most personable staff! They have a wide variety of affordable merchandise that is suitable for children of all ages. The location is also easy to locate with lots do do all around it!

White Rabbit is the place to shop for your kids clothes! They gave consignment and retail parts of the store and a great deal of the consignment things are brand new or almost brand new! Because if you're a mom or grandmother you KNOW how fast kids grow and you buy them an "expensive" pair of shoes or sneakers and BAM first day wearing them, scuffed, dirty and you want to pull your hair out! Right? Well they gave so many kids shoes, boots, slippers, snow boots, dance(ballet and tap) and just as many girl and baby shoes too! And their selection of kids books can't be beat! And Rebecca the owner is awesome and quite knowledgeable about all the products in her beautiful little shop! Go you're bound to spend more than you want to! I do every time I go!
