Which Wich Superior Sandwiches - Norfolk

Sub-par food, bad service & wrong prices.The ordering process is pretty cool. Grab a bag, fill it out and take it to the counter. This was the only enjoyable part of our dinner tonight.Arrived on Sunday 6/2/24 about 5:50pm. The guy at the register was also the person making the first part of the sandwiches. He had several tickets he was working on and asked me to wait. He finished all of his orders before taking my order/cashing me out.Wrong prices - The menu board said a regular size sandwich was $9.25.Register price rang up $11.00.I asked about it, and he said, "I don't know. I'm not a manager." I asked if there was a manager and he said the manager was not there.Food - The sandwiches were completed 10-12 min later. My sandwich (turkey club) didn't have bacon or grilled onions. I went back up to advise the guy that my bacon was missing. He asked to make it again and I said just the bacon would be fine. It wasn't strips of bacon. It was crumbles of mostly fatty bacon. Yuck!The Wicked sandwich was supposed to be on white but came on wheat. They were out of white but neglected to tell us. I had to ask about the kids meal drink and treat as this was not explained or given during check out.The club was terrible. Fell apart when I picked it up. The meat tasted low quality. I barely ate half of my sandwich.Overall we were not impressed. None of us finished our meals.

Was in the area and was starving at the time. I notice Which Wich nearby and decided to give them a try. On entry, there is a menu board and order pads. The way it works is you fill out you're own order, and give it to the casher, pay for your order, get your drink and have a seat. Once it's ready they call your name and you come up and get it. Now orders are prepared to go rather you stay there and eat or not. The difference is if you dine in, you get a try. The sandwich was served toasted. Not sure if I ask for that or not but in my personal opinion the only sandwich that should be served toasted is a cuban. I really wish I had some thing good to say about the sandwich bit there just wasn't anything special about it. Not to mention the sandwiches were a little on the small side. I did order fries with my sandwich but they were served before the sandwich. Good thing is they were hot and seasoned just right. Service was really good. They took the time to explain the order process and they checked on me after my meal. The colors of the restaurant are this funky yellow. The place is very clean and tidy. I guess that's pretty much it. I do plan on going again and try somewhere else. This place is new and they have a few kinks to work out but they are good for lunch. Happy Yelping.

Really delicious sandwiches made up fresh to order. They also have milkshakes and crinkle cut fries. Service was friendly and the shop was clean. A tastier alternative to the usual chain sub shops.

The sandwiches are always flog the freshest quality, employees behind the counter are always very friendly and very knowledgeable! Great place to eat a great sub sub Wich!!

Food is quality!! Made a pretty bug order for the family and everyone was happy! Inside is clean and the workers are super helpful!!

My husband and I went here today for lunch. We have never been in location to eat and had so many questions... Lol! Shoutout to Jayla she took her time explaining everything to us. All of the staff is great here. Food was amazing and fresh. Nice clean area for you to sit and eat as well. THANKS AGAIN!!!!

Food is great, but it seems every other time I order online delivery there's always an issue. Tonight Feb 21 I ordered a large Pepsi. When I got my order I got the large cup but no Pepsi. I really hope that's not normal, as someone who has worked in food service myself that's ridiculous.

This restaurant is ridiculous. No one cares to say hi to you. The employees all walk to the back as soon as you walk in. New employees dont know anything about their job. The smart remarks made when asking questions to new customers. For my first experience, it was definitely a never again. I was asked to write down my order, which I refused because if I dont verbally explain what I want, it's always wrong. Nobody wanted to simply take my order, so I walked out & and didn't bother wasting anymre of my vaulable time. I got Chick-fil-a right next door & it was right, hot, & they actually said hi & were very nice. I dont recommend this restaurant to anyone. However, my bf got a sandwich & besides the fact that it took over 30 minutes with nobody else around to order, this is how it came out.

They were out of bacon and avocado. The French dip was originally served without au jus. When I asked and received, the sandwich and au jus was cold. Issues with credit card reader at register. About fell off of toilet bc toilet seat broken.

With more than 30 min to go in business hours, all dining room chairs were stacked on tables so there were no available tables to sit at. After choosing a sandwich and filling out the order on the associated bag and submitting it, they said they were out of bacon? So I ask them to tell me what they are out of and they say most of their drinks and bacon. Only two people working and they were overwhelmed with multiple people waiting after having ordered ahead of us. For $42 (before asking for 15% tip) I expected way better. A $6 sandwich at WaWa is just as good or better for literally 1/4 of the price! Not worth it.
