Came in looking for bed frames for my daughters and myself. I ended up purchasing 3 bed frames. The store did not initially have what I selected online, so Kris eagerly offered to look up a few items for me. The best part about this wonderful experience was that she did not want to keep me waiting around, so she offered to contact me via telephone once she had some available options. The entire process was simple. Kris is the definition of excellent customer service!! She sent over my invoice and documents promptly and even helped me setup delivery and assembly. The frames arrived in great condition and were of excellent quality. I will definitely be returning for some other needs. My daughters and I thank her from the bottoms of our hearts!!!

I stopped by today at Wayne's Home on Sam's Circle in the heart of Chesapeake's Greenbrier section.The staff was friendly and helpful with questions and suggestions about their product lines.They also offer interactive services where if they do not have the item that you are interested in on their showroom floor, you can use their software to build exactly what you want to have it delivered to the store or directly to your home.They have a wide variety of items to view for both inside and outside of the home.They also offer convenient financing to make purchasing easier. Their prices are competitive and they offer good quality as well.

If I could give this store zero stars I would. The lack of customer service and the incompetence is ASTOUNDING. Appalling actually. I ordered FOUR barstools in the beginning of May of 2021. I was told they would be in at the end of May. I had to keep calling and following up to see where the chairs were. Nobody knew. Finally, MONTHS later, I was told there was a delay because of Covid. The excuse du jour these days. I FINALLY got the four barstools in August. I had to go and pick them up and once I got home I realized one was defective. Joy. I called the next day and let them know that one of the chairs was defective. They agreed to order a replacement. We are now in December and I STILL do not have a replacement chair. The chairs are sold in a set of 2. I need four. I have 3. After a TON of back and forth and just as many phone calls they agreed to refund half of the price of one of the sets for the inconvenience. Ok great thanks. I still need a 4th chair. I have called every single week...sometimes more than once a week to try and figure out where the replacement chair is. I called last week and the lady put me on hold to "check". 20 minutes later she comes back and says "Oh. How exciting! The chair just got here today! When did you want to pick it up?" How convenient. It got there the day I called. Yeah ok. (Eyeroll) I told her that they had agreed to deliver the replacement chair...again for the huge inconvenience and wait time. She told me that since they refunded me for one of the chairs and I didn't pay for delivery I would need to pick it up. The warehouse is an hour from my house. I said please have a manager call me back so we can discuss delivery. Shocker. Nobody called. I called a few days later. They said a manager would call me when he was out of his meeting. He didn't. I called the next day. He said he would get back to me that day. He didn't. Ffwd to today. I wait on hold for a manager and its the same gentleman who I spoke to last week. Again Joy...The one who said he would get back to me the same day...and didn't. He tells me TODAY that the chair is discontinued, they dont have it and thats why they refunded me my money. WHAT?! So then why did Melissa tell me last week they had it and for ME to come get it?! Unreal. He says he doesn't speak for Melissa, he doesn't work at the warehouse and doesnt know what they do or dont have in stock there and I already got a refund so whats my problem?! Whats. My. Problem. Whats my problem is his response. How professional. Well...MY PROBLEM IS I ORDERED FOUR BARSTOOLS IN MAY BECAUSE I NEEDED FOUR AND WE'RE NOW IN DECEMBER!! My PROBLEM is that absolutely every single person that works there is incompetent and doesn't give a shit. My problem is that I ordered four chairs because thats the amount of seating I need for my countertop. My problem is that your business stinks. Long story short. Do NOT purchase anything from this store. Youll get nothing but the run around and shitty quality furniture on top of it. I have never dealt with a company or employees that are so incompetent and who could care less honestly. Im still waiting for Jacob to call me back...as of right now he said he will PROBABLY get back to me by Wednesday. Because that seems like an appropriate time frame to locate said in stock chair right?! Im not holding my breath and I wish I had ordered from Amazon...who also sell the chairs...and have them in stock...so no Jacob they are not discontinued. Unreal.

Purchased a sofa table on-line in June 2024. After 2 mos. I had not received an email that item had shipped. So I sent them an email inquiring about my purchase. I never got a response back. I called the store & person I talked to said they would give info to store manager. No one called or reached out to me. I have now called twice & never once talked to anyone in management to request a refund since item is no longer available. It is now September & no refund has been received.

Purchased an Ashley Signature dining table here. Farmhouse style. We assembled it ourselves and found it very easy to follow. The table is both heavy and study. It looks great in my home! Customer service was fantastic. I was fortunate to have Melissa assist us in the purchase. She helped us get what we needed and we were in and out in about an hour and a half. (Took the time to look around the store.) No pesky salesy guy following you. She gave us space and we came back when we had questions. My concern also was credit! Thankfully they provide financing through Snap Finance, which got approved and they offered military discount so that shaved a few bucks. Overall, I am satisfied with the purchase. I'm looking to buy a living room set next.

If I could give zero stars I would. I ordered a bedroom set. It was to be delivered on Monday (24Jan2022). My furniture arrived. I was told that assembly wasn't included in the $110 delivery fee. I've never purchased furniture from a local store that would require me to put it together. Otherwise I would've ordered something from Walmart or Amazon. My bed frame was damaged, the night stand was damaged and the dresser was the wrong color. I ordered a white set, the one delivered was black. I called the store. I was told to email the pictures and I would get a call right back to fix the issue. No one ever called so I went to the store. I was taped to as if they were doing me a favor by including assembly with the next delivery. Yesterday (Tuesday. 25Jan2022) the new set arrived. The delivery team assembled the bed, the rest was already assembled. I inspected everything before allowing them to leave. The bed was good, the night stand was good. The dresser had a crack on the top. I had them take it away. Reported it again over the phone with the store. I was told they had another one and that it was inspected, there were no discrepancies and will be delivered the next day. Today (26Jan2022, Wednesday )the dresser arrives. I inspect it and noticed one of the 6 drawers kept falling off the track. I will never purchase another item from this store. They have caused a major inconvenience for me and my family. I've had to take off work for 3 days already just to be available for the large window for the delivery. They are very unprofessional. I don't understand why all of their furniture is broken. I didn't even bother to take a picture of the broken drawer today because I'm just pissed. I paid $1,500 including delivery for what seems to be a piece of shit bedroom set. This is unacceptable. This is the first and the last time I will ever make a purchase with this company. And then they have the audacity to not want to give refunds but a store credit. I don't see how they are still in business.
