Awful service the night manager was really rude seriously worst experience ever!!!!!!

I ended up stopping here a few times while I was in the area. My initial stop was to pick up some water and snacks for my room and maybe a few more items. Pulling in was simple, finding a spot was as well. This location was busy, but it was a busy that ended up being smooth.I walked around the store a bit, but I ended up in front of the food menu. Before I knew what was going on I was ordering food. I basically ended up with a meal to go with everything else I was taking back to my room.I believe I used the self checkout here. I really hope that is right. I was looking for a quick exit, that is after I picked up my food. It was a smooth transaction on the register, but the food was another thing.Watching the kitchen was odd, it was like a malfunctioning machine. Instead of completing orders together parts of orders were being completed and set aside to get cold until the whole order was done. Mine was one such order. And it was like the people working there were angry that they got the job, and angry at the customers.When I did finally get my food an headed out I knew I should have looked before leaving. I had ordered some mac n cheese and what is the one thing that I knew I was going to need, utensils. What one item was not included, utensils. The food, was subpar. Mostly because it wasn't all completed at the same time to give it equal freshness. My burger was lukewarm, the mac n cheese was decent (after finding my own utensils), and the fries were kind of like those that were sitting for a minute and started to have the fat set in.Make me glad that my next visit was just for fuel and no need to really go inside.

Newer Wawa off of Richmond Road - plenty of pumps, clean mart, and lower gas prices in the area (by at least 9 cents!)!The station is always packed and always busy, and if you step into the food mart, they have a variety of snacks, hot food, made-to-order sandwiches, coffee, and beverages.  Very easy to get in and out, and close to the interstate.+cheapest gas prices in the area

Bathroom wash sink is very cold water, not good for germs . Other location in Williamsburg has warm it's so nice!

I had a good experience here. My food was made to order. The cashier Anna was super friendly and nice, even staying positive with difficult customers in front of me, and also helping me out a 2nd time when I didn't notice the "closed register" sign and wished me a happy holiday. I had a positive experience with all the other workers as well. I would easily recommend this location.

Food is good. Quickly prepared. Lots of choices.Love the bun less hoagies. Also, the chicken sandwiches are excellent also.

Best Wawa i've been to yet! I got a frozen lemonade with mayo popping bubbles and it is delicious! The employees were quick to make my order and very nice!We had a quick conversation and it really brightened my night!

I've been to this Wawa many time for lunch and dinner, and it has been good every time. this morning I decided to go try it for breakfast and I decided to get a chicken biscuit. On the picture it had a single chicken patty on the image, it was two chicken strips instead on my sandwich. I didn't change the taste, nor did I really care if it was two pieces. when I was ordering I though about spending another .70 cents on two strips of bacon on my sandwich, I decided to get it, so after I got my food and decided to go home I eagerly opened my sandwich and to my dismay there was no bacon to be found. I was very upset and that I not only didn't have bacon, that I also wasted .70 cents on it. when I checked the order and my receipt it very clearly show that there was supposed to be bacon on.
