Really great store. Lots of fun things. My grandmothers favorite icecream is here. They offer a really great deal if you shop at the General Store first. We always come here atleast twice. People greet you when you walk in.

Was visiting williamsburg and bumped into this shop. Very colorful shop. Love the photo ops on the outside - the colorful van and the gorilla. Got some good stuff from here . They have a wide variety of gifts . They have swords and few other replicas which looked so good. Was a bit expensive though. They had hats, dresses, wall hangings and so much more . They also have a chocolate shop inside . We got few varieties and it was super good. Quick checkout and nice parking facilities .. . Liked it overall.

We used to come here for all of our touristy needs. Our most recent trip was our last trip here, I had the distinct pleasure of hearing their employee David being rude and nasty to the young girl working the fudge counter because she was trying to prevent cross contamination. He then launched into a tirade about how people with dietary needs don't need to come to their business and think they are owed something. Blatantly said he doesn't care about safety measures while the young girl tried to explain that people can die from cross contamination. Such a shame that this young girl has to tolerate and work with someone so rude and callous. Please try educating dear David in proper food handling and commend that girl. She's someone you want to treat kindly because she obviously cares about people.

This is a cool store that offers plenty of touristy t-shirts, knick-knacks, souvenirs, signs, fudge and much more. They have all kinds of goodies for decent prices including John Wayne bobble heads, giant flasks, knives, Peace Frog gear, Obama toilet paper and bacon novelties. The store is half cluttered, half organized, with every inch covered in some way or another. The store was clean and my interactions with the staff was limited. No one asked if I needed help, which wasn't too big of a deal, but it's not the best idea when you're completely empty and probably need the business. The parking lot had plenty of spaces and the outside decor is what drew me to the place.I made a small purchase and left feeling like I could have bought more, but I was saving for something else.*This business is gun carry friendly.

Store was nice. But as I was looking around I could hear a supervisor talking to the counter girl soooooo rudely in front of customers. Said she needed to do what they say, this is a open door policy, if she didn't want to follow their instructions she could leave. The conversation was about her being cold. He said we keep it this way for the customers not u! This conversation should have been done behind closed doors and in a more reasonable and encouraging way. As a supervisor, you need to mentor not degrade. And never in front of customers!

I do not recommend it. This store has way too many confederate flags on its merchandise for my taste (one would have been too many, but there is a whole section). It's also a "Yay, guns!" kind of place. I'm not anti-gun ownership, but the whole "shoot first and ask questions later" philosophy is terrible, and there was a section of that crap, too. The man at the register was unnecessarily terse with polite folks who were entering and checking out.

I came here as I always do and don't know why because it's so expensive and the workers are not very friendly at all. The fudge is not even fresh at all as it looks like its been sitting there all week long. I went to purchase two shirts from the clearance rack in the back of the store and they were supposed to be discounted off the price with a line through it and one of the shirts had an actual champion tag on it and the girl rang them up and i asked why it was so much money and she said she was told to charge the hanger prices not the tag price. I showed her why would you charge someone the hanger price when there is clearly a tag attach to the shirt and there was a line through it with 25 percent or 50 percent off. She said she was told to charge hanger price. I said fine take it off actually take both of them off. So I looked at the rack in front of store by the register and got the one for buy one get one free. Don't know why cause i should have left. This place is a rip off and I should have received the shirt for the price of the tag not the hanger price she was a young girl with an attitude of I don't care, and she didn't and wasn't going to do anything about it. I am surprised this place has stayed in business like it has. No one even greeted you or even asked if I needed help, but it's not the best when you're completely empty and probably need the business, shocked they are even still opened and continue to stay afloat. These people are not so nice who run this store. Shocked
