Impressive!! Hidden Gem for the classy, collective & trappers! Food is good. Service is quick. Prices are reasonable. Establishment is clean. TV at the 6 seat bar for the sports lovers. 3 private karaoke rooms for entertainment with friends (hourly rate $$) (call for reservation). Definitely a go to for a one stop shop late evenings with friends or couples.Impressed!!

Lunchtime find !!! I was in the mood for some sushi for lunch and Volcano Sushi Bar definitely delivered !!! When I walked in I was blown away by the decor so cool !!! I was greeted by the waitress who took my order with a smile advised that I would like to order the Eel roll and a sweet tea. The roll was made fresh and the Tea was hitting !! Overall I give my experience a 5/5 !!! Will definitely be coming back for more good eats. If you find yourself in the Lynnhaven area stop in !!

Came here for lunch one day for the first time and tried it out by ordering the bento box. Everything tasted delicious. Only thing I was not a fan of was the salad, it was a little too heavy on the dressing and i was not expecting the taste of it. But, I would def come back here again and order everything else. I did have miso soup as well and that tasted very delicious as well. Service was pretty good. Waitress was kind. The place overall was clean and relaxing to sit and enjoy a meal.

Staff was friendly, everything was brought out fast ! Food was good I've had better sushi but these were still pretty good! The ramen was HUGE I loved that! Very chill if you go earlier in the day and later they start karaoke so music gets a little loud ! The drink I got was delicious I believe it was something with piña colada and rum. I would definitely go here again for the bar most likely and ramen yum ! I loved the scene the flowy images on the walls was very cool

As a family we love to have sushi at least once a month. We usually order take out but because we were going to see the holiday lights after dinner, we decided to dine in. It wasn't packed or crowded on our visit which was nice since we are still very cautious around crowds. We were instantly greeted from all staff members and seated right away. We really enjoyed our food from start to finish. The fried cheesecake was beyond amazing. All of the sushi was fresh and delicious. Staff members were kind and attentive and the restaurant was tidy and clean. We will definitely continue to order take out here and dine in when we can.

Better than most if not all in VB. They have chu toro, scallop and conch. Didn't love all the roll combos as there's an obsession with crab salad. But overall decent menu and solid options. For VB 4.5 stars. Wouldn't last 5 minutes in a city with good sushi options but I'll take it.

I thought I was going to give a 5 star review but then the service slipped after I got my food. I was immediately greeted and sat right before noon on a weekday. I got the correct order for my drink....I always ask for no ice and most times I get ice. Order was taken right away. My soup came out quickly and was steaming hot and delicious. The bento box came out quickly with a salad, 2 specialty rolls and white rice. Rolls were delicious and rolled tightly and did not fall apart. I ate everything and it was the perfect amount of food for lunch. The only thing is I wanted more Wasabi but no one came back to check on me. I finally had to get the attention of a waitress. Other than that it was a good, quick lunch, service was decent and friendly. I would go back for lunch again.

Came here post a long sit at AMC Lynnhaven 18 (saw Judas & the Black Messiah). Since I was exerting so much energy paying attention to the movie (shoutout to me for not checking my phone the entire time), I worked up a mean appeteat, and as soon as the moop ended I informed Neek that we were getting sushi and that it was "urgent." On the inside of what, at first glance, appears to be yet another, unassuming, strip mall restaurant on North Great Neck Rd, was a really bumping hotspot. And who doesn't love to feel like they are at tha Clurrb whilst eating sushi? Lighting is on point and decor is straight out of a 1980s Russian discotheque. I'm talkin' lacquer booths and frosted window decals. People laughing and drinking. Very sexy stuff. Now, before I go into the damage I did eating copious amounts of *almost* gluten free azn delicacies (and a fried cheesecake!), I have to compliment the waitstaff. So bravo to a group of gorgeous galz.The menu was pretty standard, but had some creative additions like a peanut and avocado roll (throw some eel sauce on top). It was very unique. will I order it again? Probably not, but it was a very interesting one-time sample. I also had some classics like a tuna tempora roll and some pork dumplinz. I am a dumpling. There is also another Very Interesting menu item, and I say that not for it's taste, but rather for its name. The dish is shrimp tempura on the inside with crab salad and avocado on the outside. And the name? Drumroll please...... "The Twin Tower Roll." Didn't try the Twin Tower Roll but I had to give it a shoutout here on Yelp. Overall everything was good and I would definitely cum back!

Ordered delivery, food was delicious, especially fried cheesecake with chocolate sauce drizzle. Pleased with red snapper sashimi. I'm going to order again from them today.

I like the sushi here better than anywhere else I've had it in va beach or even in larger cities like DC. I've never had better. The service is great and it's obvious that the owners take pride in their craft. Great atmosphere as well. You won't be disappointed
